the property is very close to the Old Town and all the great restaurants and amenities. There are several beaches within walking distance . The apartment is tastefully decorated. There were ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area which were very welcome. Caroline and her husband Oliver were very welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable! The complex was quiet. We had a very relaxing holiday and definitely would go back.

Apartment was spotless and spacious. Everything required was supplied, from bed linen, beach and bath towels to all kitchen, cleaning and laundry essentials. Oliver and Caroline were excellent hosts, easily contactable and happy to provide extra services, such as ordering our taxi for the airport. Apartment complex is lovely and is within steps of an excellent restaurant, La Chalana.

Nothing!!! The only thing I would change is to have more of a sea view. Because it is a ground floor apartment, the sea view is a distant one over rooftops. The immediate vicinity is well maintained though, so it is still a very pleasant aspect.

Super apartment - everything you needed had been thought of and was in the apartment. Our hosts were excellent.

Loved the quietness of the apartment area but is a bit of a walk from the old town harbour and the beach (plenty of taxis available though!)

The pool and pool area were definitely lacking. Ladder in pool was broken and the pool wasn't very clean

fabulous apartment. recently renovated .. beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. shower amazing. washing machine great. centrally located in quiet complex approx 5 mins walk to harbour. Balcony which got the sun all day - also had 2 sun loungers directly outside apartment for guests use. hosts Oliver and Caroline met us on arrival at apartment to show us around and give general info- they were very helpful and had provided contact details prior to our arrival which was very reassuring. it was nice to know they were available should we have any issues but they were also not intrusive which was lovely. Loved our stay in apartment.

The apartment has just been refurbished to a high standard. Lovely comfortable bed. Even had a nice area at the front with 2x sun beds. And lovely hosts who gave us details of the island, the resort and restaurants etc

Pool was cold,but very few are heated in the Canaries

The apartment is newly renovated but still feels very homely and has everything you could ask for. It is bright, sunny and modern. It is in a good position close to the pool but in a quiet corner. The terrace is south facing and sunny all day with really comfortable patio furniture We were met on arrival by Caroline and her husband Oliver, who were fantastic, very genuine people, we could not praise them enough. Caroline is there during your stay if you need any help, her smile and personality shine through.

just one very small thing perhaps a shelf or shower hanger inside the shower would be good

Caroline was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything about the apartment. From the moment of booking the apartment until the day we left Caroline was most helpful and would answer any questions we had very quickly.

Accommodation was a very high standard and ideally placed both within its complex (quiet location not far from the pool) and near to the old town with its restaurants and bars. Carolina was very good host with excellent communication.

Problems with WiFi but Carolina was helpful and as proactive as she could be in getting sorted.
