I booked the house on Schubert for my sister's 70th birthday. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The house is absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed it! The only thing we didn't like was the kitchen door didn't lock so there was access to our area from the laundry room area. The backyard was not nearly as nice as shown in pictures, but the easy walk to Main Street was wonderful! Overall we had a very fun, relaxing time.

My 5 friends and I spent a weekend and the location was absolutely perfect! We were able to enjoy the hot tub and had plenty of room to gather in the kitchen and both sitting areas. Main Street is super close and that was very convenient. There was a maintenance issue with the refrigerator and some burned out lights in the loft. The very friendly maintenance man came quickly after I called and took care of our issues. I would definitely stay here again!

Our friends and I had a great stay in this beautiful home. It was nice and clean, cool and spacious. Outdoor area was also nice but too hot this time to use outdoor fire pit or hot tub. Thanks for a great stay. Will be back!

Good location and property. Not “super clean” when we checked in. Floor, kitchen counters and master bath needed a little attention. We cooked a few meals at the house. Kitchen knives were dull as well as the potato peeler. Peeler was unable to peel a cucumber. WiFi was weak and the tv would frequently pause for a minute or two. This got a little old. If they could address these issues, it would greatly enhance the experience.

Good location but still ended up driving to Main St. due to heat and dropping off purchases so we don't have to carry them everywhere. Hot tub was dirty and mold on the ceiling. Cookware had old food in it. Needs a little attention but overall nice.

Electrical issues
The power was out in half of the house. It was a problem the entire stay. We had no air conditioning for the last night.
There was no closet to hang up your clothes. The dresser doesn’t work. The toilets don’t flush. One of the rooms is outside and upstairs. The windows upstairs don’t close.

Wonderful stay
The house was very tastefully decorated and was very charming. We had three couples and it would have been absolutely perfect for two couples. The third bedroom and bathroom upstairs are just too not accommodating for adults, there isn’t a shower or and it is set up for twin beds.

Best of all, it is super-convenient to downtown Fredericksburg - only a short walk. Parking was great too, right in front of the home.Only quibble is that the hot tub apparently is for use for ALL the rental units there, not just the main house. (the listing said private hot tub) Thus, it was occupied by our gregarious neighbors in the evening, which is right outside our living area. I would recommend clarifying that in the description. Besides that, it was absolutely perfect.
