The Sand Dollar Beach house is a little slice of heaven. Beautiful home with everything you need - full kitchen, lovely bedding and loads of fresh towels! Tonnes of room for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The beach is spectacular with red sand and crystal clear waters! We will be back to this home away from home.

Super cute cottage. Clean and quaint. Comfortable beds. It was unfortunately really cold and rainy the days we went, but still had a day to explore the beautiful beach.

Perfect spot for long walks on the beach where when the tide is out you can walk for hours barefoot looking for sand dollars of which there are many. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and is large enough for 2 families. Kids would love the upstairs loft room! The property is large enough for our games and still room for an outdoor fire pit although we’ve just gone to the beach to build a fire. Neighbours are awesome and quiet but would help anyone if asked. Lots of fans for when it’s hot and ceiling fans everywhere! Nice, open and airy seaside house to hang your hat and nicely decorated for when you want to invite friends over for dinner and cook some lobster that you can easily pick up just down the road where the fishing boats come in. The screened in room and the huge veranda are excellent for watching the unique sunsets that are breathtaking every year we go! The owner is super and always accommodating especially through our many COVID reservation changes. Thanks Kim!

This is a very cosy cottage with nicely decorated bedrooms. The layout is well thought out and a sunroom is a very good addition. The kitchen has many extras. We enjoyed our stay and would have no reservation about recommending this gem to others. Very quiet environment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Puppy Lane. The cottage has all the comforts of home, clean and very well equipped!

We love staying at the Sand Dollar Beach House as it provides all the comforts of home and the beach is amazing! It’s such a soulful paradise and we appreciate all the extra touches Kim has provided!

Our family of three had a great time at this cottage, though there is room for many more. The beach was fantastic, especially at low tide. Our seven year old spent hours watching the hermit crabs and digging for clams/sand dollars. The cottage was exactly as advertised and we would absolutely stay here again.

Comfy beds with lovely sheets and covers, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, tons of kids games, tons of beach toys, lots of beach chairs, tons and tons of towels and beach towels, lots of deck seating! We had a perfect Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at this beach house. The views are stunning, the beach is beautiful and the water is calm and warm. We found the location to be excellent and the cottage offered everything we needed.

This location and property are amazing -- especially for a family with two young children (ours are 5 and 3). The beach is just at the end of the drive over a small sand dune. The kids LOVED exploring the tidal flats every day... and I can't imagine a safer place for them to do so! And the sunsets were amazing! The cottage is so well equipped and comfortable: we had plenty of space for four adults and the two kids. The kids also loved all the books, games, art supplies, and movies. The location of the cottage is great for day trips too. Everything felt like it was no more than an hour away!

It was such a great place and so quiet , ocean is so close and so relaxing . This is our second year there and we love it !

This beach cottage was amazing and certainly helped make our vacation so enjoyable ! It was decorated very tastefully, had all the amenities you would ever need and the location was spectacular! Such a beautiful and picturesque part of Prince Edward Island that we have been visiting for over twenty five years! The location is relaxing, quiet and has amazing sunsets! The hosts were very accommodating and we certainly felt grateful to have stayed in their property!

Sand Dollar Cottage offers a restful, peaceful getaway. We loved the view, the sound of the waves, and swimming. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely like to return. Thanks for sharing your paradise Kim!

What a great week! We came back after staying here last summer and had an amazing week once again. The weather and the beach were perfect. The cottage is exactly what our family needs. Lots of room for everyone, but still cozy. We spent a ton of time on the beach, in and out of the water. Our older kids enjoyed "free-ranging" because the beach is so safe and quiet, and we could see them from the cottage. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful ocean sunsets! Cottage is steps from the beach. Quiet and spacious cottage with plenty of room for my adult children and grandson. I would highly recommend!

My partner and I, along with our 2 year old son spent a weekend here in June and wow, what a beautiful property! We were blown away by the view and everything that was available in the cottage (i.e every kitchen tool you could ever imagine needing). What pleased us the most (well, our son) was the number of children's toys, books and DVD's that were available. It was such a lovely surprise. We had lots of friends/family pop in throughout the weekend and loved that there was plenty of room for them to stay if needed. For those that aren't familiar with the area (or are visiting PEI in general), a lovely binder noting popular sites and restaurants was available which was a great touch. We certainly hope to be back!

We arrived to a very easy check-in process, everything was clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen has every gadget you could need! The beds were so comfortable, and our 7 year old boys were absolutely enthralled with the cool lord (was so awesome as there are books and activity books up there that they were excited to see and read)! There is a beautiful screened in porch that was helpful as we were ending the June Bug season! The beach is literally a 10 second walk from the front steps, the water was so warm and every day there were tons of sand bars we could walk out and explore! The outdoor shower is SO convenient when you return, and appreciated that you could have warm water from it!! I had messaged Kim about a cord we couldn’t find, and were provided with one very quickly!! There were 8 of us staying here and we all still have our own space! Lots of room! I would highly recommend staying at the Sand Dollar Beach House! Before we left we already talked about booking here again!

The cottage was bright and airy and had lots of room for our family of two adults and four kids. The kids loved hanging out in the loft and we spent lots of time out in the sun porch. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Thanks again, we'll definitely be back!

Our stay here was lovely! We stayed at this home for a few days as a part of a 2-week northern Atlantic Maritimes adventure, and ALL of our kids agree that our stay here was their favorite part. They loved the loft, the coziness of the downstairs bedrooms, the porches, the toys and games, and the beach!!!

Sand Dollar Cottage is a wonderful spot..well stocked with cooking appliances & dishes, clean spacious sleeping & living areas. We enjoyed one sunset & a couple of walks along the sandy beach before Hurricane Dorian landed. Kim the owner sent us messages before the hurricane & came to see us the next morning. The power had been out since the night before & it was anticipated days before it would be back on. We had to leave then, but Kim understood & refunded our money for the stay 5/6 nights immediately. We hope to come back again to experience the west coast of PEI.

Sand Dollar Beach House was such a wonderful vacation home! It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and specious, wonderfully decorated. Attention to detail was everywhere. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Kim was excellent to deal with and even provided some extra things that I inquired about. The view was breath taking every day and we spent part of each day on the beach in amoungst our island travels. I highly recommend this cottage!

The cottage was perfect, clean with everything we needed in a nice community of cottages with an outstanding view and steps to a perfect private beach. We’d stay here again. Kim was very responsive and replied quickly, checkin was easy with lockbox.

We had another wonderful experience at Sand Dollar Beach House. Kim, the owner, was so responsive leading up to and during our stay. For instance, one day we ran out of BBQ propane at lunch and we had a replacement by dinner hour! The property is fantastic, with all the comforts of home. We had many great evenings watching the sunset on the screened in porch. I also can’t say enough about how great this place is with kids. Kim has thought of everything, right down to supplying a pack-n-play and change pad for our baby and nice books and games for our toddler. Also, the water is warm, the beach shallow and there’s no big waves or currents as a result - I have no issues about the kids playing safely near and in the water. A parents dream. We will be back again - it’s truly a magical place!

Kim was wonderful to work with. Very easy to contact and clearly concerned about making sure we had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our family of four who wanted some peace and quiet. Thanks for a phenomenal vacation!
