Breakfast was fantastic and the banter with the owners even better.

A beautiful property in an amazing location with views of the water. The owner was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfasts were amazing! It was nice to have a fridge and coffee maker in the room.
The full size bed was a little small for me and my wife, but understandable for the size of the room. It was nice to have the extra single bed to use later in the night.

The breakfasts are delicious! We enjoyed having a choice of French Toast or eggs cooked whichever way we want.
However, my one complaint is that the inn offered only bacon with the eggs or French Toast. It would be nice if the inn offered a choice of 3 meats, such as bacon, sausage, or ham.

I always looked forward to the breakfast in the morning. Lots of choice. Served just as I liked it. Andrea and Judy were great hosts. Felt like we were family rather than guests. Judy is a walking encyclopedia of the Islander.
And Andrea has a great sense of humour.
Can’t think of anything I would change.

Lovely family owned property, with great breakfast and interesting decor. Dining recommendation for Rustico was great. Would stay again.

Breakfast was excellent and so were our hosts. Judy was a delight and she knew so much history of the island. Andrea was lovely and gave us a very warm welcome. Public rooms were full of antiques and nicely decorated but the art on the walls was absolutely captivating!
Having some extra bedding choices would be nice as the pillows were a bit flat for me and the blankets too hot. Windows were a bit finicky to keep open but then it is a beautiful old house.

Andrea and the family were delightful hosts. This historic stay really had us fantasizing about Anne and the charm of PEI

The innkeepers are gems! They are so friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were delicious!

Beautiful, family-run B&B in a perfect and historic location. warm and welcoming mother and daughter, good basic breakfast, and a great porch for relaxing. three excellent nights!

The family were so wonderful to welcome us into their home. It truly felt like staying with relatives rather than strangers. They are such loving and caring people who genuinely want to make your stay as incredible as can be!
We never saw the sauna or gym so we have no measure of what those are like, but I have no reasons to doubt that they were anything less than spectacular.

The property was stunning, so clean you could eat off the floor, so brilliantly kept.

The hosts were really warm and kind and the location from Charlottetown was half an hour awaywhich was very convenient.
The floors were squeaky every time we walked around. The beds were squeaky. We could hear the hosts family yelling at 2am because the other host snores. The spa was not working nor were the gym machines. They listed the rooms sounds proof when they were not. The doors had gaps through them. The bathroom did not have locks. There was so much that was listed that was not there. However, the staff were really nice and kind. Definitely, not 5 star. The breakfast menu was nothing special. Not even Irish, just English breakfast.

The quality and comfort of this B&B was outstanding, the staff very professional and the location charming. Definitely a must stay if on Prince Edward Island.
