We loved our stay. It was perfect. Having an enclosed patio was perfect - kept our 2 year contained! The little beach was like having our own beach. We just booked for next year!

This house is actually bigger than the pictures look, and has an even better view (which I did not think was possible). Great communication from the owners, throughly clean home, gorgeous patio, we cannot say enough good things about it. The lake is extremely shallow for a long way out, the kids loved being in the "middle of the lake", but only up to their knees. Very peaceful and relaxing, we will be back

We grew up in this area and returned for a week at Sylvan Beach on Oneida Lake. Many relatives who live in NY State came to visit us during this week and enjoy this beautiful lake from our comfortable homes spacious waterfront patio. Lots of memories shared and the younger family members met the extended family. Was a precious time.

I have rented this property before and some friends wanted to return with me for a relaxing visit. We loved the fantastic view of the lake and found some delicious restaurants still open. The fall foilage was beautiful. The house was in great shape and stocked with everything we needed. I found the owners to be quickly responsive to a question I had, just like in the past. I really appreciate being able to reach you so easily, Adam and Glen. Hope to return to your amazing house in the future.

We enjoyed the large spacious lake view patio most of all. We liked the open-ness of the main living area. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us. Once again the dining table is positioned overlooking the patio. The amusement park in town was a bonus. All in all a wonderful week together.

We don't get away from work often and needed a place close-by for a staycation. We invited friends whom we don't get to see often. This property blew us all away. I would pay money just to walk through the front door and look at the lake view from the wall-to-wall living/dining room picture windows for 5 minutes. The sunrise and sunset are not to be missed! The house itself is clean, roomy, and well-stocked. There is plenty of water pressure, good cell signal, refreshing AC, TVs in every room, nice appliances, quiet neighbors, and plenty of parking. The outdoor patio is expansive, with plenty of seating for lounging and dining. Our hosts were attentive and reliable when we needed to communicate. We hope to be lucky enough to stay here again. We truly enjoyed our stay at this properly. Everything was perfect. The owners were helpful and communicative when we needed them. Would recommend this for families or anyone to stay.

This is a beautiful spot in Sylvan Beach. The location of the house affords some privacy with a nice fence on one side and the street between you and the neighbors on the other side. That said, the neighbors are friendly and nice. The extra large patio allows for fantastic views of the water(watching the ducks) and the sunsets as well as a fireplace for s'mores! We parked three cars easily. You could park 4 smaller ones. The air conditioning works well. The beds are comfy. The house is well stocked with every thing you need. Didn't find a close grocery store but the Dollar General is very close and will have whatever you forgot, if the owners didn't already think of it! The owners respond to any issues or questions very quickly. The town is quiet during the week. The food is good, but the best thing about Sylvan Beach is the people. Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming. We visited Verona State Park for a picnic. We brought food but also sampled the delicious food at the Snack bar there. We enjoyed Point Place casino and ice cream at What's the Scoop. We loved The Pancake House, too. Thankyou, Glenn and Adam for quick responses to all my questons.

It was a great location and we spent most of the time on the amazing back patio. The owners were friendly and accessible and even offered us a late check out because they weren’t expecting anybody for a few days. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was the perfect getaway for a three day weekend. Everything in the house was wonderful and we had a great time!!!’ You will love it too!!

The size of the deck was amazing and allowed social distancing in these uncertain times. Having grown up near this location, but moved away 11 years ago, this was a perfect spot to host family and friends. Would love to rent this place again for a week every summer going forward. You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to restaurants, beach, and amusement park. The kids loved the warm, shallow water. Bring beach or camp chairs if you have them to hang out on the sandbar. We really loved the huge tables for eating together and doing board games and puzzles. Highly recommend!

The town was walking distance with many fun restaurants. Definitely loved the Grace Tyler Estate Winery short drive away. Many parks to see just due to COVID the trails were not open. The house had many amenities. We would definitely go back.

Good experience the house was nice we enjoyed the patio and the sunsets where great owners where helpful with info on where to launch our boats and made a place on there other property for us to park our boat trailers. Boating was a bit rougher than we where used too.Great swimming for the kids.

We usually vacation on a lake in Ontario, but because of the border closure, we chose Oneida Lake instead. This home is the perfect space to spend time with family because the kitchen, living room and dining room are open and easily accessible. Plus, it's literally right on the lake. We especially enjoyed the huge patio where we could sit in the sun, play corn hole, and even make s'mores together. The owners were easy to communicate with and the house itself was very clean. It's a great place to spend a relaxing week!

My overall impression was a great location, wonderful waterside patio. Interior I would suggest getting better pillows and sheets. I managed a bed and breakfast before and found that guests really preferred as well as I do, white linens and down or down like pillows. Also where a king bed fits it would have been much more comfortable. Thanks for the stay

The little beach town was quite but preparing for the madness of Memorial Day Weekend, which actually made our stay a bit better in my opinion, a bit less hectic than it probably would be during peak season. The patio and views from the patio are the highlight of this place, not to slight the interior which was also very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to Turning Stone Casino/Golf where we spent most of our time between the Casino and Golf Courses. Adam was very responsive to my inquiries and Glenn was also very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in a hidden little beach town in upstate NY. Also if you do go, you have to hit the Pizza King and get the Utica Greens!
