Gary is SUPER accommodating and easy to reach with any questions. Really LOVED the enclosed parking and front yard!

We liked the property. Everything was there and more. The only thing was no hairdryer, but we should have brought our own. The property and house were in a nice setting. The property manager was there to check on things, and took care of things immediately. Convenient to town. A few things need fixed to make it a perfect stay. On the beach was a real plus. We would return. Very beautiful setting and relaxing.

Our family had a great stay here. The place was as advertised. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with the ac at first and Gary was prompt to fix it. The ac worked great!

The host Gary was available and lived close to this property. He brought us a bag of ice when the machine didn't work. This property has a water filtration system that made drinking the water safe. The kitchen cookware was well stocked, but some of the non-stick pans need to be replaced soon. The beds where comfortable and bathrooms clean and fresh towels. The internet service was better than what we've experienced in the past when visiting Rocky Point.The beach is right off the steps and during high tide the water is very close to the steps. My wife and I will be coming back to this property in the future with our dog.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Gary's property in Rocky Point, and it outshone all other vacation rentals we've experienced in the area. The cleanliness was absolutely meticulous—every surface and corner was sparkling. What set this stay apart was its child-friendly environment. The house came with a selection of toys that transported me back to my own childhood—a nostalgic touch that elevated our trip. Our kids were thrilled to have their own space, filled with toys, making it a true home away from home. The well-stocked kitchen was another standout feature, filled with all the cooking supplies we needed. This convenience allowed us to prepare our favorite meals without having to dine out all the time—a real asset for a family vacation. Of course, we couldn't overlook the breathtaking sunset views. The outdoor area offered the perfect backdrop for unwinding at the end of the day, as we watched the sky turn vivid shades of orange and pink. Lastly, Gary's prompt and efficient communication made our stay seamless from start to finish. We're already planning our next trip; this property is now our first choice when vacationing in Rocky Point! Thank you, Gary, for making our stay truly unforgettable!

The is nice clean w lots of things u can use for the beach and like chairs beach toys over all great on the not so good this is the hottes days of summer so we arrrived w/cool beers and some parishable foods that we put in the refrigerator and after 45mns to 1hour everything was getting warm not colder we got a quick responde and later the refrigerator was cooling could be that they turn it of if no one is staying and was turn on just before we arrived.the other the ac was not sufficient the living areas got hot every afternoon I would recommend it to stay just not on July

Beautiful views. Clean house with everything needed.

The place was very clean. The power went off a couple times which wasn't that long. When it did it turn off breaker for water but as soon as I text Gary within 5 min water was back on. All of us enjoyed our time there and highly recommend this place for a stay.

The house was perfect. Location is great and had everything that was needed. The front courtyard was perfect for our dog and we really enjoyed the fire pit in the evening.

The location was great but the property needs a lot of TLC. Broken blinds, towels that were ragged and thin, mis matched chipped dishes and glasses, no handles on the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen was completely disorganized, the Septic tank was full so we could not take showers the first morning of our stay until it got emptied. The house needs a lot of maintenance!

We love the comfort and location of this spacious beach house. The couches, bed, and window seats are all comfortable and well placed. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The outdoor patio is perfect for all day sitting and watching the beach combers and sea life. Our dog loves hanging out there because it has room for him to chase the gently thrown ball. Also, the outdoor shower and hose both work! Very important for sand removal. We love the location in the Las Concha’s neighborhood and the beachy vibe of this home. Gary is a great manager and very responsive with requests. We highly recommend.

Went for a family get together on the beach. The property was perfect for our needs. Lots of seating, plenty of football games to watch, and a nice patio for the kids to play on. Can't recommend it highly enough. We had a couple of minor problems which were taken care of same day. Kitchen was functional, with lots of assorted dishes and pots and pans. I am used to receiving check in instructions in the app a few days before the rental, but this information is apparently sent with the confirmation (which was months before the rental), so I had no idea how to get in. It wasn't a big deal, resolved with a quick phone call, but if you find yourself in the same position, check you old messages and emails, and you'll probably find the info. We had a perfectly lovely stay, and will have it on our short list for the next trip down there.

One of the finest experience right from the beginning to the end. We were lost initially locating the property but then an angel arrived from now where who was the security guard and escorted us to the property. We entered the house but looked like I was entering my own home. Everything in the house was perfect. Morning when we got up and walked straight to the beach. Every room has beautiful decorations adding beauty to the home. Host was always reachable on phone and very helpful. We all loved our stay. Looking forward to visiting again.

Property was nice and clean. Gary greeted us right away to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. House was stocked with everything you may need. Stairs to the beach were a bit steep and could use a handrail but other than that it was great! Couldn't ask for a more beautiful view of the water.

Spent 4 days and 3 nights. The weather was amazing and the house we rented was good. The only complaint that I would have is that our check-in time was 3pm but the cleaning crew were still there when we arrived so we had to wait to get in until they were finished as the floors were still very wet. Finally were able to enter at approximately 3:45. Otherwise our stay was good. Great view!

Property was very clean inside and out. Having a enclosed parking area was a great bonus. Firepit on the back deck was nice. Some of the deck furniture needs replacing due to sun and weather damage, especially the lounge chairs. The stairs to the beach are a little steep, but managable. All the amenities seemed to work and were good shape. I will definitely consider staying here again.

The house was perfect for our 3 nights where we just wanted to relax and watch the beach activity. Gary, the manager was helpful in every way and ready to answer any questions. I look forward to another visit when the air temps are more conducive to being outside. Fortunately the A/C worked great.
