Place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. Cannot beat location for kids and adults. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards left in garage. We added umbrellas and some more boards.

Great place with pool, hot tub and ocean right out the back door. Big place with plenty of room for everyone. Had everything needed and was nicely furnished. Great place to stay.

Only with the intention of contributing since without thinking about it I would rent this property again, excellent and without major incidents. The tank float in the master bedroom sometimes has problems filling, and I report (check-out) problems with the lock on the back door of the house. Thank you

This home was perfect. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom The location right on the beach was wonderful.

Very nice home and location. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was outstanding and the sunrises as well. Stairs aren't my favorite but the little landing area helps.

We met at SPI for a family reunion. What a wonderful house for all of us…grandparents, parents and grandchildren! The house is lovely, the pool was great, and being right next to the beach was incredible! Thank you to the SPI rental team, and the owners.

Exactly as described. Close to many shops bars restaurants if you don’t mind walking. The Island shuttle bus is always available. The pool and hot tub were used almost every day. Right next to the beach for daily walks. Nice size grill to cook dinner for several people. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely book here again. Great place. Love SPI.

This was a great beach house to rent. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic and was walkable to many restaurants. The only minor issue we had was we had trouble getting the hot tub to warm up, short of that it was perfect.

The house was very nice. I give it a 10. My only complaint is the weather. The location was great, and the house was exceptional. My family and I want to come back and stay at this same house. We are hoping the weather will be better. We didn't get to enjoy the beach or any outdoor activities. Some of my family did get in the pool and the hot tub. My son left his medication there. Did your cleaning people find it?

The home was very clean when we arrived and SPI Realty was responsive to taking care of requests for minor repair issues. What you see online is what you get. Would definitely stay here again after a great week.

This house was a very pleasant surprise; incredibly clean and just as described in the add. We will definitely return to this beautiful home! The ONLY negative was the rental office requiring masks to enter... not what we were looking forward to dealing with while vacationing away from our incredibly liberal state... Can't fault the home though, it was perfect!

Fully equipped kitchen, clean house, plenty of space for our family of 10. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and hot tub. There were even some beach toys and a beach umbrella in the garage for us to use. We could only pack one beach towel per person, additional house beach towels would have been convenient. House is within easy walking distance to stores and restaurants as well as bike & golf cart rental. Lots of college students on spring break, but they never bothered us. In fact, it was nice to see the beach so active and full of people. A suggestion I would offer is to keep unopened items from previous guests. For example, we stocked up at the grocery store, as I am sure each guest does. We had to leave behind unopened salt/pepper shakers, canned food in the pantry, soda, and even wine. It would be nice if instead of these items going to waste, the next group of guests could benefit and maybe save a little money too. Otherwise stay was amazing, easy check-in / check-out and easy beach access. Also, within walking distance of John L Tompkins Park - kids loves the playground and adults enjoyed the workout stations.

We ate in most of the time and felt the kitchen could be better equipped. Example: Keurig coffee maker, hand mixer, more tea towels & dish clothes. Would definitely enjoy staying here again.

This is not an easy feat, and one we have tried to accomplish in several other vacation properties around the US, as this is our Thanksgiving tradition, and this house was one of the best we have rented. Not only is the location ideal for beachcombing, relaxing, and visiting the local shops and restaurants, it is well laid out and offers plenty of sleeping and living space for all. We could have easily fit another 2-3 family members into the space, if only they had the time off from work. We were able to prepare a few small meals, but with so many great restaurants nearby, it was hard to justify staying in and cooking. I would definitely stay here again with a big group and would suggest it to any large families as a great getaway !

We really enjoyed our stay, however the one thing that I want to complain about is the landscaping company came by and was blowing the patio area while we were in the pool and hot tube. It was very inappropriate and he blew sand in our eyes while we were in the pool.

Family reunion with children and grandchildren. Plenty of space for everyone, perfect size pool, quality building and furnishings, good parking, and easy beach access, made for a great trip.
