They had no bath soaps , there was no coffee, tea , milk and sugar. No condiments.

Service for us was not good

The location was good. we were able to see ships and boats leaving and coming in from the sea. The view is also satisfactory. There is no noise and the place is not far from the beach. The place was neat as well.

Fumigate the place and ensure that there are no cockroaches. Also make your guests aware of the tv options available and access to YouTube and Netflix. Arrange a variety of choices for the guest to choose from and make it known whether it is free or not or whether there is limited data or not. Also fix the sliding door curtain, it looks horrible because the rails are not strong enough for the curtain used and it does not cover the door at the top. Just put the same rails as the one in the bedroom and cover the two single couches neatly with a cover that doesn't have wholes in it.

They gave us 1 towel for 3 nights and they do not come and take dustbin

Loved the location, amazing view over the sea harbor. Ships passing every hour. Absolutely breathtaking balcony view, restaurants, ushaka and all beaches are a walking distance and very safe to walk at night. Would definitely book again

The strong chemical smell in the area, smells extremely bad at night and the apartment got roaches, I was extremely exhausted upon my arrival I had to call the agent 2-3 times to get checked it, she never came down and left me waiting in the lobby for 30-40 minutes after a 2 hour flight.

Checking in was a bit of a hassle I advise you start calling before you heard there the host is amazing.

Location

The fact that I had to pay for all the days booked although we checked out early due to the President's declaration of level 3 and Kwazulu Natal announcement as a hotspot for COVID 19.We were not even credited the remaining days for future stay as per our request.Felt it was highly unfair as this was beyond our control 😒.We still request the host to credit the days for a future visit to Durban as we enjoyed staying in the apartment.

Host is helpful and always willing to help. The view was amazing from the balcony and all our requests were met by the host.

The kitchen needs more stuff.
