We had a lovely long weekend stay with a group of friends. Very friendly owner. Golf course within walking distance was a bonus, the house is lovely however a little TLC required on the property & would suggest updating the bed linen.

We had a lovely time at Matt’s place. He was very responsive to messages and really seems guest focused. We really liked the house and location. Lots of space and ideal for a large family.
The only negative is that the property wasn’t well cleaned when we arrived. But Matt was very apologetic and hopefully that was a one off.

Amazing home, close to everything you need, well maintained, owners are very helpful and responsive. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a get away

It is a well thought out and set out holiday house. We had a small glitch when we got there. We had paid for linen service and linen had not been provided but property owners responded straight away to my email and phone call and rectified. From then on we enjoyed our stay. Would love to stay again but longer.

This house is the perfect holiday rental. The house is beautiful with lots of little homely touches making it feel very inviting and comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and their service has been amazing, making the whole process so easy. Thank you for such a lively stay.

We had a great time during our stay. The house is very nice and clean and the surroundings very pleasant. It is very big to accommodate our families. Matthew was very prompt to all my queries and concerns. It is near the beach so kids enjoy swimming while adults enjoy crabbing and squiding.

Matt and Jo were great. Really good spot. East walk to the beach. Lovely sunsets on the deck and great little yard for outdoor games

Wonderful property with horrible linen policy. We where very happy to pay for linen.if thats the way you run business.. we expect beds made sine we paid for it in advance.
Arriving late night with half sleepy kids, finding wrong covers on wrong bed's , trying to make the bed's and settle crying kids at the same time was not my idea of how I should start a holiday.. please consider this and change the policy.

Perfect house for a getaway as a group with friends and their children.
Plenty of room and amenities to keep them occupied. Comfortable beds and seating. Even down to have some beanbags in the lounge for extra seating. Perfect location with get places to eat nearby.

Nicely located home which is within a comfortable walking distance to the town jetty area. Spacious with a homely feel which we found comfortable and suitably appointed to fill our families needs. Will certainly return another day.

Perfect location and facilities for large families. It could’ve been cleaner though and the linen needs to fit the beds. But overall a good stay.
