Property poorly maintained and not very clean, considering the nightly rate

Great house, great location, house had all the basics needed for a relaxing getaway without dragging up half the house in the car.

This house is the perfect holiday rental. The house is beautiful with lots of little homely touches making it feel very inviting and comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and their service has been amazing, making the whole process so easy. Thank you for such a lively stay.

We had a great time during our stay. The house is very nice and clean and the surroundings very pleasant. It is very big to accommodate our families. Matthew was very prompt to all my queries and concerns. It is near the beach so kids enjoy swimming while adults enjoy crabbing and squiding.

Wonderful property with horrible linen policy. We where very happy to pay for linen.if thats the way you run business.. we expect beds made sine we paid for it in advance. Arriving late night with half sleepy kids, finding wrong covers on wrong bed's , trying to make the bed's and settle crying kids at the same time was not my idea of how I should start a holiday.. please consider this and change the policy. Otherwise it's a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect for a family getaway - quiet neighbourhood walking distance to the beach

Perfect house for a getaway as a group with friends and their children. Plenty of room and amenities to keep them occupied. Comfortable beds and seating. Even down to have some beanbags in the lounge for extra seating. Perfect location with get places to eat nearby.

Nicely located home which is within a comfortable walking distance to the town jetty area. Spacious with a homely feel which we found comfortable and suitably appointed to fill our families needs. Will certainly return another day.

Perfect location and facilities for large families. It could’ve been cleaner though and the linen needs to fit the beds. But overall a good stay.

Great location with a great view! House was great with a few minor issues with BBQ out of gas and some minor cleaning, otherwise really good thank you.

Perfect for two young families. Great shady outdoor space for little ones to play, and only a short walk to the beach. The property could have been cleaned a little better - there was dust and toys under furniture. This didn’t actually bother us though - the bathrooms were very clean and that matters more. The kitchen is lovely and very functional but while some miscellaneous leftovers in the pantry, there wasn’t a good supply of staples available (I.e salt, pepper, oil etc). We stayed with three kids under 3 and so appreciated the high chair and cot that were supplied. A baby gate would have been handy though. The AC worked well and the deck upstairs was lovely. Would recommend for families or multiple couples.

We were very happy with the place plenty of room 2 living areas which is great with yhe kids.

Great few days away. Unfortunately the weather was not too kind to us. Enjoyed the seperate living areas, as kids had their space and so too did the adults. Lovely beach, only a short walk away. My only grumble, it that we paid additional for linen and then discovered we had to make all the beds. This was a first for us. Otherwise, property was clean & tidy.

Literally felt like a home away from home. The house was very accommodating for all our needs. We would definitely stay again. My only constructive criticism is the clean needed to be more thorough as we had two kids under two crawling around that found lego from previous tenants... lucky we saw them pick it up. Also there are big outdoor staples protruding from the inside stairs that need attending to.

A very tidy and well equipped property, perfect house for two families to stay. We really enjoyed our stay and found the owners very easy to communicate with. Great location and would happily stay again.
