Great location and living room

Everything about this place is great. The location, the house, the amenities (love the outdoor shower), the price, the maintenance. I really do love it. I've stayed here twice, and will probably stay here again. But I'd pay another $150/night if they replaced the mattresses. The beds in this house are not merely uncomfortable. They are uncomfortable to an almost intentional degree. My wife and I joked about picking up a mattress that was on the side of the road, marked "Free". I slept on the couch the last 3 nights so my wife could get actual rest. These are, with no exaggeration, the worst beds I've ever encountered in my life. They are unsleepably soft. We've had other guests with us both times we've visited, and they agreed with us. Literally any other mattress on earth would be better than these mattresses. They are horrible. But the house is great! Honestly, it is. As long as you don't really want to sleep comfortably. I will be back, because I like this house. But Jesus, those beds.

It was very cozy and comfortable to be downstairs and chatting in the living room or eating at the table. Upstairs had 3 very comfortable bedrooms and sufficient number of bathrooms. Since we were 3 people, it accomadated us very well.

This was the perfect place for a weekend away! Walkable to downtown Oak Bluffs and with a car it was easy to go everywhere else on the island. Everything about this place worked great for us! Only complaint was that the mattresses were not great.

This place is adorable! There were five cousins sharing the space and it was a perfect fit. Loved the location and the beauty of MV. I cannot wait to return. I will definitely use vacasa again. The access was easy, everything clean and easy to find. I had no surprises and that was great. I and my cuzzies had a wonderful stay. Shout out to Biscuits!

Although the house was in a good location the cleanliness of the house was an issue. The house had a swampy smell, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests and the mattress cover had blood on it. There were broken blindss and the rugs were very dirty especially in the kitchen.

Amazing house for a vacation/weekend getaway! The house has everything you need and more, from beach chairs to a grill. Walk to everywhere in oak bluffs within 10 minutes. Great porches for hanging out late night or morning coffee. We will be back!

Excellent location! Clean! Previous owner (Mr. Gore) was a dream to work with! The TV and internet never worked. After repeat calls to Nicole and Leah they finally had someone fix it the night before we left. Leah did not want to talk about compensating me for the lack of services.

An easy walk to everything, we loved being able to put our kids to bed and go out for the evening without feeling far away. The house is cute and clean.

Upon arrival, the home looked like it may have be cleaned by the home owners, the microwave and oven were not clean, there was no “just cleaned” smell you usually get when renting. The showers all had hair in them, which was disgusting. None of the beds have side tables of lamps so if you’re looking to read or enjoy tea before bed, it’s more a comfy option. The stairs from the bedroom to the toilet in the adjoining bedrooms are a hazard. Furniture throughout the home felt cheap. Not worth the price the paid

What a wonderful home with easy access to all the down island activities! And such a bonus to be able to walk directly into Oak Bluffs for dinner and ice cream. The beds were comfortable and the home very clean. Look forward to coming back!

We would definitely stay again here, it’s on a quiet street in Oak Bluffs but within easy walking distance of where the action is. The home is exactly as described and pictured, and was very clean and well- appointed. The only recommendation is that it could use another sturdy side table and/or coffee table in the family room to put drinks and snacks on. Overall two thumbs up!

Cottage was immaculate and well equipped. Great location: easy walking distance to center of town. Great porches, lots of room to spread out; very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

I was unable to check in early as I was previously told I could do so, and did not get a call back to discuss. However the house was very clean, convenient and accommodating. We had a great time staying there. Thank you!

Excellent vacation accommodation. Very clean and nice amenities. Two negatives (easily correctable): beds very uncomfortable due to mattress and bed frames; 2 of 3 toilet seats need tightening or replacement. Despite these slight problems we would willingly stay here again.

The house had all the essentials for our stay. As a previous review states, only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had A/C. It was a short walk to Circuit Ave and there was an outdoor shower which was great. Check-in/check-out times were not ideal as they really cut into your ability to do much on those days and they did not allow us to leave our bags at the house while waiting for the 4 pm check in.

Property was clean and they did supply linens and towels which is a plus. Close to town which was great. Loved that it had an outdoor shower.

The kids and I were all very pleased with the home. Nicely kept and easy walk into town to shops and the beach. One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning, despite the description clearly stating all three have it. So that was disappointing but not the end of the world. I also discovered the oven had a bunch of pots and pans inside of it - as well as a plastic cutting board - but only after I turned the oven on to preheat, which could’ve turned into a lot of damage had I not happened to have opened the oven prior to it full preheating. They also did not have a sheet pan or a brush to clean the grill with, which was surprising. My only other complaint, which is more reflective of the cleaning company they use- none of the bathrooms had paper towels/hand towels to dry your hands and all of the soap dispensers had clearly been watered down rather than simply refilling them or supplying a new one. Overall happy with the stay and would stay again.

I got a text saying that because of the “extra cleaning time”, our check in time would be 4:00 pm. We arrived at 4:00 only to find that the place had not been cleaned. Called the 800 number, got a call back from Daniel who said he would send a crew over. Seriously in the age of Covid you can really clean and disinfect in a couple of hours?? In the meantime we could not shower and had purchased food at the store to cook. We had to store our food in the uncleanes fridge and go out to dinner wet and cold from the beach and spend more money. Daniel said he would refund our night, but not the cleaning fee. Completely absurd since even after the cleaning, the place was clearly not disinfected or thoroughly cleaned. The coffee maker listed as an amenity was brown w/unidentifiable stuff on it, and was sitting in the laundry room, as an example. The toilet seat was broken and slid sideways. Luckily we did not have any elderly people with us who could have fallen. I will never book a vacation with Vacasa again.

Having 2 1/2 baths was convenient even though one of the showers was tiny, we managed. The bed sizes stated queen but they were full size. Two of the bedrooms had AC. The house had all the basics but we wished there were some chairs on the porches and some beach chairs to use.

The property was nicely updated and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.
