Basic and good. Clean and comfortable.

The location. Its situated in close proximity to White Town, but the street isn’t in a good condition with construction work going on around the hotel.

A spacious living with comfortable furniture and gadgets. Clean and cozy. Friendly staff good service.

Car has to be parked in the basement which is not quite spacious. Limited parking

The hotel looks good initially, checkin was smooth

We realised that the blankets provided to us were dirty, when we informed this to reception they charged us 200rs for that blaming that we did it, but we did not even use that one. The staff was too rude to talk and abusive, he even cancelled the booking after our checkout to hide this from getting on reviews and thretened us to provide bad reviews to me instead

The location was within walking distance of important sites and the space was clean, they provide laundry service, at the end I found it was charged by piece. Wifi in the room on the top floor, the one with the kitchen and astronauts was perfect. In the second floor room facing the street, love theme, it was terrible, I needed to work and I have to find another place because it was disconnected from the network all the time.

When I called I was told that it was a new place, recently renovated and that was the reason of not so many reviews, but it is not true, on the walls you could see cracks and mold due to humidity, which leads to a musty smell. The staff has no sense of respect for privacy, they were knocking on my door desperately at 9am, as if they wanted to knock down the door. If you take 10 minutes to checkout they start harassing you by phone, doorbell, everything. The room was facing the street, there is a construction right in front, some days they kept working at 2am, not pleasant to sleep there, very noisy street.
