Very enjoyable stay and the home has lots of nice amenities. The hosts were so helpful and attentive to all our needs. We would like to stay here again!

Great location. Great property. Very responsive owners.

Spent 3+ weeks at this very nice home with some friends visiting us. Great pool and hot tub which worked without and problems. Walking distance to two great mountain hikes and bike rides. Very nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping, spring training games and some great restaurants. Home was nice and clean and as advertised upon our arrival. One maintenance issue was handled quickly by the owner - and he was very responsive to communications.

This was a nice property that met our needs. Check in and out very well documented and clear. Great neighborhood with sidewalks, easy for walking. Minor issues we didn't bother to contact the owner about. Would have been nice to have screens on the doors or windows so we could open them. There was a very strong smell from the cleaning at check in. (The home was very clean.) Used the pool and the hot tub, followed the instructions to turn on the heat and both worked perfectly. We found the bed in the master to be uncomfortable - solid in the middle, saggy on both sides. Well setup with comfortable linens and towels, beach towels for the pool. Many nice touches - luggage racks, well appointed kitchen with coffee, plenty of board games. We didn't use the casita, but it looked great with the extra bedroom and bath. Fantastic outdoor space both in front and back for enjoying the perfect weather. Overall the home was exactly what we expected and met our needs.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. The casita is great for guests who want to be alone. Good restaurants and groceries nearby.

Clean, a few hiccups, but figured that was to be expected. Overall worked well for us. There was enough room for 7 adults ranging from 18 to 72 years old. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

The property looks as good as the pictures indicate. The house was very clean and well cared for. The owners were very responsive to the minor issues we encountered. The location was close to most anything you would need or want to do locally.

This VBRO was very clean, spacious, quiet, peaceful with beautiful design . The large open kitchen was well equipped and conducive to lots of great conversations while making dinner and dining. The bedrooms were accommodating and comfortable. When the Jacuzzi was not working, we contacted Dwayne the homeowner, and he promptly had the repair performed. Dwayne also provided a very clear and concise email (and hard copy) in the foyer that talked about the entry and exit procedure, which was easy to follow. There are a few opportunities for improvement: compared to other VBROs, this one did not provide soap bars in the bathrooms. Also it would’ve been helpful to have more towels in the bathrooms, a small amount of laundry detergent, wine glasses (even if they’re plastic). We would like the owner to know that the casita shower drains very slowly. Overall, we highly recommend this property/location and commend its owner for the hard work he does to keep it in great shape.

We had a several day stay here for a family wedding. It was a great location, nearby everything we need. Host was great communicating with us and it was a lovely neighborhood with a park and walking paths. Outdoor pool was great, hot tub too dirty to use, inside a foosball table which the kids loved. Biggest recommendation would be getting room darkening shades for the master and the larger upstairs bedroom. We were up at the crack of dawn with the brightness. May not bother others. We will definitely be back as my in laws live 15 min away - perfect for me to have some space!

The house and pool were clean, nice neighborhood and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay here! We did a leadership retreat and had a productive three days with a couple nice breaks by the pool.

This house was amazing. We had our family of 5 with 3 young kids under 10. The pool, the foosball table, the entertainment room, the space was perfect for us. Great access to hiking trails, and shopping/dining. We even made a morning at the zoo very easily. We had an issue with the cleaning team, but the owners did everything they could to accommodate and were very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Phoenix!

Pool and house were nice. House was very spacious. Bbq did not work well and had no propane.

Our weekend was great. Check in process was effortless and easy to do. The house was gorgeous looks just like the pics. I would recommend to place to anybody looking for a quiet large house for a vacation.

Our extended family enjoyed this house during our annual winter visit to Arizona. The neighborhood was quiet and close to trails for hiking up the mountain in the mornings. The hot tub and pool, along with the back patio area, were great for some relaxing fun in the sun and grilling on the BBQ. We even held a double-elimination tournament on the decent-quality foosball table in the rec room (I won). Owner Dwayne was quick to respond to questions and some initial concerns we had. Overall a good experience!

The home is very nice and in a great neighborhood. We were within a couple miles of areas to hike, restaurants, and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home!

Properly was very tidy and comfortable. Pool heated quickly. Nice view of the wildlife ln the area behind the house. Landlords were very responsive when the HVAC needed work in the Casita.

The property is just as described with plenty of space for everyone! I was even able to use an office nook to get some work done while on vacation. Dwayne and Diane provide all amenities we needed - dish soap, laundry detergent, propane gas, etc. Need spices? Check the cabinet before you go to the store. There was even plenty of coffee! We would definitely recommend and we'll keep this on our list for future visits to Phoenix!

Very nice house. Perfect for our family. Loved the casita!! Little hiccups like all the light switches are label but when you turn them on nothing comes on. They lights in the upstairs bedroom flicker. Took a while to figure out how to turn on the lights outside to the pool. Communication took a couple of days to get an answer and by that point half of our vacation was over. The owner was apologetic for the late response. Also the kitchen is stocked with basic stuff and minimal pots and pans. All there glassware is plastic. That was unimpressive but understand probably in the past people took glassware out to the pool and broken them. So now you get plastic. We had to by stemware to drink wine. Thankfully we have friends there and we’re able to pass the stemware to them when we left. We would rent there again if the need arises. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to have a late checkout. That was nice.

Well built and spacious

This home was better than stated. It is spacious and well appointed. We came for our nieces wedding and the home accommodated all 6 adults perfectly. The casita was a very nice addition. We spent most of our time pool side which was spacious and private. There is a green space behind the home so it made for a very quiet and relaxing break for us. Dwayne was very easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had any questions. We didn’t have many because the home info is well explained. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the lack of staples that we have come to expect from our many other stays at VRBO’s. There was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foil, basic condiments. No biggie but noticeable to us due to our other experiences. There are fabulous hiking trails that you can walk to from the house. This was one of the best homes we have stayed at!

We rented this home for 2 families during our teenaged sons’ week long baseball tournament. It served as a comfortable home base for all of us with plenty of room for relaxing in between games. Dwayne was prompt in responding to questions and was flexible with our other requests.

The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. Neighborhood is awesome and quiet. I will definitely stay here again!
