We had such a great time staying at this beautiful home. Was close to everything we wanted to see and experience. The pool was perfect for our kids who wanted to be in a pool too.

First time we stayed in Bradenton after many Florida vacations. Rental was great and is just as described/shown. Alex who was Property Manager was terrific. Location to everything was a short drive away. Will definitely stay here again.

Villa was spacious and clean.it was very well equipped but it was let down by the area it was in.no street lights . Not much in area within 15 minutes walk .would be difficult with people with mobility problems

We were late to the booking game and were lucky to find this lovely home still available. The insides look just the like the pictures, everything thing has been updated and was beautiful, especially the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and I tend to the the princess and the pea. The pool is not as big as it looks in the pictures, but does the trick. The water was warm and clean. The tile under the outside table is very slippery when it gets wet. We had a few minor issues and Alex from Island Dreams responded quickly and resolved all of the issues. They were a dream to work with as hosts. This home was one of the nicest houses in this residential area. It felt very safe and friendly. I would recommend staying at this here. We had a wonderful time in the sun and water and just relaxing.

Exactly as described inside was spotlessly clean however the pool area had a lot of dead bugs on the floor inside & sand it looked like the outside area hadn’t been cleaned properly or at all.
Great location would definitely stay in this rental home again.

Everything you could ask for on the Gulf coast. Great facilities and beach chairs provided, property is clean and functional and felt like a real home from home in a safe friendly neighbourhood.
Some shops and restaurants walkable - and a great base to explore the wider area by car. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I thought everything was great with this house. Everything was really clean and the grill was in excellent condition. The pool was clean and heated. Only about a 15 minute drive to Ana Maria Island beaches. The only thing in the entire rental that could improve is the shower water pressure.

House is spacious even for a family of six. Nice pool with some pool toys available. Loved the floaties. We appreciated having all beach equipment and kids beach toys. Good water pressure in the shower.

Property was well maintained, clean and private. The only drawback was no necessities on hand. Foil, salt and pepper, maybe a hair dryer. Maybe consider some playing cards or more games for rainy days. Not a deal breaker, just a thought. Enjoyed the house and would stay there again.

The perfect getaway!
Everything was so clean and efficient! House is a calm neighborhood allowing me and my family to relax and have a blast. Beaches are close to the house and plenty of restaurants nearby! Overall it was a 10/10 vacation. Thank You Island Dreams!

Overall , Great Stay
We stay in the Sarasota/ Bradenton area every year and this house was very centrally located to all of favorites! The house was very clean and a few needed starter supplies were graciously provided. The beds were a little harder than we are used to at home but we survived…LOL. It should be noted that the entire pool is only 4ft deep. I didn’t notice this anywhere in the property listing, so I thought I would mention here. We are a very tall family with my 12 y/o being 5’8 and my 16 y/o being 6’4” so this was kind of a bummer for them but would be awesome for younger children! The area is very quite and we would definitely stay here again!

The beginning left us discouraged and disappointed. After the initial shock the remainder was okay.
The freezer ice maker didn’t work. No hot water and bare wires on the hot water heater meter, low water pressure. The bedding appeared unclean and we had to wash them before we went to bed. The washing machine didn’t do a very good job.
The laundry area was filthy. The kitchen counter surface was not finished. Not enough seating in the TV area. No TV in on of the bedrooms. The brick landscaping was not complete or poorly done. The garage was in disarray.
The location was good. The size of the home was good.

Property was just advertised and very nice. It’s in a great location to Anna Marie island and many other places we wanted to visit.

Bliss
The property was quite clean, large kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice size TV. It's close to the 2 main roads in Bradenton and grocery was just down the street. The best part was the POOL!! We so enjoyed our time lounging in/by the pool, the pool heater worked great, and all our stress just floated away. Hope to stay at this location again.

Wonderful

Makes me want to move to Florida
Our stay at this property made me want to reconsider my home address... place was light and airy, open and laid out well. Kitchen was amazing and the outdoor space was fantastic!

Family vacation
We spent 2 weeks while our son was at the IMG academy. Location was perfect - 12min away. Great restaurants and near beech. House was amazing, cozy, clean and comfortable. Alex the property manager was awesome aswell.

Great house and pool
House is in a quiet residential area. Very private. Pool is great. Bradenton itself has limited restaurant and retail options. The house could be a base for daytrips to nearby beaches, but you need to plan on a 30 minute drive and then limited beach parking. The only negative about the house is it’s lack of pantry basics (probably because of Covid precautions).

Home was perfect. Had everything but the groceries. Home looks like the pictures clean and updated. Pool is not large but perfect for cooling off. Not to far from beaches, restaurants and shops.

Relaxation at its Best
This property was AMAZING! Plenty of room for the 6 of us! The beds were comfortable for a good nights rest! The house was equipped with everything needed to enjoy the week away from home. Extra bonus having beach chairs, wagon, sand toys etc. Location is great as well. Close to everything and just a short drive to the beaches! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice, spacious house! Pool was great for the teens and the adults. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Has more beach gear than posted. Chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon. Made the beach days so nice!!

Great family vacation
We truly enjoyed our stay at the sand dollar. The location is awesome to the beaches. The pool was enjoyed , but my little guy wouldn’t get in , he is spoiled by a hot tub at home. Thanks! And we would definitely stay again!
