Marena beach resort is perfectly located near grocery stores, pharmacy restaurants etc. Quiet area for families.
Pool is too small unfortunately we never went. Room is a little tight for family of 4 though. But you can’t beat ocean views.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious for me and three guests. Everything was great the only thing I did not love was that the beach chairs were all very close together. That has nothing to do with the apartment itself. Loved it!

Beautiful ocean view and bay views. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Kitchen , washer dryer. Clean. 20 minutes from Miami, and everything is within walking distance. Publix, Navarro, cvs, restaurants.. Would stay again. Property manager host excellent .

We rented this condo for a family vacation. The host was easy to get a hold of and answered every question I had. The resort was beautiful and clean. I couldn’t have asked for more from the staff. Everyone was friendly and every need we had was met. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. View was out of this world from both balconies. The condo can use some updating but I understand the resort is responsible for updating the condo’s. I would 100% stay here again and hope to very soon.

The condos ocean front views are breathtaking, right on the beach and very easy to access. There’s a view of the ocean from every room and a wrap around balcony that can be accessed from both bedrooms. Restaurants, shopping and activities are close by. David, the host, was very attentive and followed up within minutes to all inquiries. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. You won’t be disappointed.

Was a great place to stay. Ocean front with two balconies with the second looking at the intercoastal. Be prepared for valet parking and resort fees. You cannot park your own car. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the umbrellas and chairs on the beach included in resort fees.

Condo was located on the main strip on Collins Ave., walking distance to beach and short distance to shopping and restaurants. The condo offered plenty of space and a beautiful view. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Sunny Isles!

Master bath door knob fell off. No lights in Mater. Couch that makes into bed needs new mattress. No communication.

Great location and views for sure. We enjoyed it! Very response to questions. It is a hybrid so you get privacy, no maid service but beach side service. You get your own kitchen and a publix is 5 minutes away. Not fancy but beautiful views and relaxing times and very functional. It met our needs very well!

We came for the weekend as a couples getaway. The room was perfect for what we needed. Great beach access and plenty of space. The room could use some basic updates like the toilet paper roll holder was removed from the wall and some of the drawers were broken in the closets, but honestly we were not there to hang out in a hotel room! The owners were kind enough to let us check in early and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely rent again!
