Great house and location, was perfect for a week long stay with the family! Beautiful neighborhood!

My son and I came down for a baseball tournament and this house didn't disappoint at all. Our host Bill made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The pool and beach access were great! If you're on the fence about this place, I suggest you book it before someone else gets to enjoy. Rest assured I'll be booking again!! Thanks Bill!!

We have stayed at many PGA National cottages over the years. This one was among the best. It is clean, updated, and the access to the Singer Island Beach is a bonus. Bob was a delight to work with and made our entire trip easy. We will be back again.

The cottage is perfect. Very clean and well appointed. Everything went smoothly. The owner contacted us ahead of time to give us some pointers and suggestions about the area. Excellent experience all around.

What can I say, our visit was made amazing by our fantastic condo and Bob our contact! Everything was clean and exactly as stated in the description. The beds were beyond comfy, and gave us the rest we need during our fast an furious visit! Thank you so much for answering all our questions, and being one step ahead of us the entire trip!

Everything was great! Nice bedrooms and clean showers. The home was very relaxing and pleasant. Great area and nice neighbors. Overall would love to book again! Side Note: Dust a little more.

If you're a golfer this is a great location within the PGA community and many nearby golf courses. Pool is less than a 5-minute walk, clean and saw very few other people in the pool during our 8-day stay. The closest beach is MacArthur Beach State Park about 20 minutes drive with 1/3 mile walk over a boardwalk to the quiet natural beach with small snorkeling reef - beautiful. Juno & Jupiter Beaches are about 25 minutes drive if you prefer a more manicured beach. Battlefield Park was a great place for bike riding on trails. Lots of restaurants nearby, Publix grocery store & Walgreens 5-minutes drive away. The unit is clean but could use some TLC: no BBQ on-site as advertised, mattresses all have divots, pantry door falling off, guide for glass-door in master shower is missing and leaks onto bathroom floor, we had to wash all dishes prior to use, pots/pans could be in better condition, patio furniture and living area couch are dated. Alas, we had a great stay! Plenty of towels and linens on-site, and a stackable laundry machine in kitchen area. Beach chairs, beach umbrella & cooler provided (we did not use since we had family nearby who let us borrow theirs). No pack-n-play or any "child friendly" items provided but it was not a problem even with an 11-year old, 2 year old, and 2-month old. Plenty of parking. VERY quiet neighborhood. Host is very responsive. We would stay here again.

Just as described. It was so convenient to the PGA resort (less than 5 minutes) away. Great place to relax with the family after a long day. House well-stocked with supplies.

Nice cottage, close to pool, and to club resort. Every thing was taken care of. Bed very comfortable. Golfing was great

First impression was a good one when I walked in. I can be very particular on where where I stay and the first thing I noticed when walking into this villa was that it had a warm cozy feel to it. The second thing I noticed is what a great job the cleaning crew did because it was spotless. Overall a great and comfortable cottage. Owner was easily accessible by phone or text. No parking issues, TV, Cable, Internet, all amenities worked as they should. Restaurants and grocery stores were close. Thanks for a great Stay!
