A very nice flat with fast Wi-Fi – 36 Mbps. A pub with good food just around the corner, thought it only had draught beer from Cornwall rather than a local Yorkshire beer—very strange and very costly transport.

A weird layout. Having parked the car, the only way to the front door is across a grassed area – not good in these wet times. French windows in the bedroom with seats outside, but the seats are almost in the road and look out into the rubbish collection area. There are no EV chargers in the resort.

Everything was great we had a wonderful stay and we would recommend to family and friends and we will be happy to come again thanks everyone 😃😃

The less than 2 minute walk to the swimming pool , shop and pub , also it was very quiet at night

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a fantastic stay,so close to the beach only a 10 minute walk ...and what a beach it is lovely and safe very dog friendly and you are able to walk in to Filey

My only very small and it's a personal thing criticism was the bedroom curtains could have been better and by that i mean kept more light out as i like a dark bedroom
