We had an amazing short getaway before a cruise at this property! The place was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. We will definitely stay again if ever in cocoa beach again! Thanks so much for a great start to our vacation!

The location of this unit cannot be beat! It is like having your own beach house even though you are in a condo. Will definitely be looking forward to another stay here in the future.

Excellent condition, clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. Perfect location within the complex, corner unit only steps from the pool and close to the walkway to the beach. Loads of amenities - beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of beach and pool toys, loads of towels. Kitchen well equipped and all appliances working well. Working cable tvs and internet availability. This is a special rental!

My experience was perfect. Great communication with Paul. Property managers were very nice. All pictures and description of condo is correct. Enjoyed my stay and would love to come back. As I said everything was perfect.

This was our family vacation to celebrate my retirement from 27 years of teaching. Cocoa Beach was super. The condo was mere STEPS from the ocean and pool! The condo was well represented in the property description. The only thing we missed was that the 2nd bedroom was a double bed. I thought it was a queen size mattress, but we worked out the sleeping arrangements and had a great week. Games, books, beach toys, linens, towels—all supplied and in great shape. The only time I had to contact the property owner, Paul, I received a prompt reply with the information I needed. We were very happy with our stay.

Great location! Home was very comfortable and clean for the whole family. Loved being within walking distance to the beach.

Excellent location. We were able to wake up every morning and walk out the patio to the beach. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and this location is great. I was able to rent a beach cruiser and take advantage of riding on the beach or any of the many dedicated bike lanes available in this city.

We had planned a cruise for this week but had to postpone. We decided to go to Cocoa Beach since we had the week off. We had 6 people and our dog. The unit was ground level and oceanfront so it was perfect! Had everything we needed and more. Conveniently located and the perfect size. Sitting out on the back patio and watching the sunrise and hearing the ocean was awesome! Highly recommend. Thank you Paul!

We’ve used VRBO quite a bit throughout the years, but my husband and I both agreed, this was probably the nicest unit we have stayed in. We stayed for 5 nights with 3 teenagers and it accommodated all of us wonderfully. Truly, there has not been a detail overlooked. It’s conveniently located with easy access to the beach, the pool was really nice and the water wasn’t freezing cold, our bed was comfy, neighbors all seem very respectful, tvs in every room (which is great if you’re like me and need to fall asleep with one), nicely updated, plenty of space for us all (including indoor and outdoor seating), and super important, especially for parents…it felt really safe. The sliding door and the front door both have two locks. I wanted to make a special mention just about the CLEANLINESS! Also very important when staying places where dozens of other people have stayed, and I just can’t say enough about the standards of the person(s) cleaning this unit after all of us sandy beach bums. When we arrived, it was almost literally sparkling! Everything was clean…everything. Not a crumb or speck of sand anywhere from previous dwellers. Really, just wow. The host was very easy to communicate with and kind, and we are just thrilled that we were able to book this space. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I and our two pups spent a month in Paul’s condo and it was just lovely. Communicating with Paul was seamless and he was so friendly and accommodating. The condo is well equipped with everything you need, in home washer and dryer is a huge plus! Location was amazing-out your front door is the pool and out your patio door is the walkway to the beach 🏖! The people we met will be friends for life! Perfect beachside getaway!

The location is really great, first floor with patio opens to dune and a walkway to beach, only a few hundred yards from pier. Very comfortable condo in good condition.

I will give five stars to this beautiful place!

Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. You can hear the waves from the living room and master bedroom. Fantastic!

The condo had everything you could need. Kitchen had all the amenities, beach toys to use, lots of tv channels and mostly felt like we were home. Great beach access and next to pool. Loved our visit for quick family getaway for husbands birthday. Restaurants and shopping close.

This was one of the best last minute vacations we could have ever made. The condominium was amazing, it was spacious and clean and so close to both the pool and beach we were amazed. We do not like to eat out to much, so conveniently there is a Winn Dixie & Publix right up the street. And for some local fun far, your can go see the pier just 1 block away from the condo. or Ron Jon Surf Shop just a few blocks away. Overall, you can't miss with such a great place.

This condo is well maintained and has everything you need for your stay. If not the Publix is five minutes away. The pool is wonderful and not crowded. The owner was very accommodating when we requested a later checkout since we could not board our cruise ship until 3:00. We will be back the next time we cruise.

We’ve stayed in this building for many years, but this was our first stay in this unit. It was fantastic! Great to have easy access to the beach. The unit was just as we expected, and there were great beach chairs, boogie boards, etc to borrow. The building and unit are well maintained. And parking is easy too. We’ll visit again!

We sure were wishing we had more time there.... it was very nice. It wasn't fancy, but everything was comfortable and no hidden fees for anything. The Owner Paul was super nice and very accommodating. Lovely granite counters and nice floors, stainless appliances. Lots of good size pots & pans and utensils that are in good shape for preparing meals and a grocery store that is close by. And the best thing was the sunrises... it sure amazed me how many people made their way onto the beach to watch the sunrise. I thought I was going to be the only one out there but by the time it broke the horizon, there had to be a good 25 other people that showed up out there too, taking pictures of it, or just walking the beach, watching it rise as they walked or jogged. I thoroughly enjoyed it each day with a beach chair and a cup of coffee. It was actually the highlight for me! I'm tellin ya.... it doesn't get much better than this! :-) We all want to go back again!

Lovely stay!

This condo unit is a 1st story end unit with excellent access to the beach, pier, etc.. Very quiet and comfortable location.

We had a great experience! The condo was perfect and the location was perfect. It is right on the beach and next to the pool on the ground floor. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Paul is an polite host. He was great with communication. Issue: the front door is very difficult to open. I could not do it. Its a good thing my daughter was with me. It would prevent me from going back because it was stressful. I didn't like that I was asked to strip the beds, run the washer and dishwasher and take out the trash. I did pay to stay there. The floors inside could have been cleaner and the patio furnature needs to be cleaned. The furnature inside and out is not comfortable due to age.Over all it was good but not great. The upgrade that were made where appreciated. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed stay. Wile the complex itself is somewhat dated the unit we stayed in had renovated bathrooms, was exceptionally clean, was awesomely appointed with towels dishes, coffee, etc and WAS RIGHT ON THE BEACH with fantastic patio. Pool was very nice. Would make a nice vacation for families
