11 of us spent a week there and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet location and beach. The house had more than enough room for all of us and was wonderful. A definite place to return to in the years to come. Thank you.

First time to Hawaii for almost all of us! Bobby and Jennifer were wonderful hosts. The house accommodated our multiple families with plenty of room for everyone. This was a beautiful stay on a part of the island that felt like we had it all to ourselves! Nobody on the beaches, just us. The wildlife that was around was totally amazing - a monk seal on the first day, we swam with turtles, plenty of fish to see, we saw a mongoose, on and on. Just no end of fascination! The house was great for our 3 families. Plenty of room for all of us. Bobby (the owner) was a wonderful host, always available and responsive to any questions. We all had an absolutely delightful time!

This house is amazing! It provided the perfect spot for our family celebration, which included adults, teens, and a toddler. Plenty of room and beds for all. Huge kitchen with two refrigerators which we kept stocked the whole stay. The dining table allowed for wonderful family dinners each night. Breakfasts were enjoyed each morning on the lanai. The view is just spectacular. We enjoyed stargazing at night and fires in the yard. The beach is right outside the property but it is a bit rocky so be sure to have water shoes. We explored other beaches throughout the island but loved the convenience of the beach right at our fingertips. Great body surfing waves. We even spotted a stingray on our last morning! Close to hiking trails at the end of the island. Close to a greAt little town, Haleiwa, which has bars, restaurants, and shave ice. This house provided the space for a family trip that will be remembered forever. Thank you Bobby and Jennifer! Aloha and we hope to be back again one day.

Great location, great hosts and great house! Our extended family had plenty of room and the snorkeling was great each day. And our hosts were so helpful! They even advised us how to deal with a very painful sea urchin encounter (vinegar!). Also, this the most complete kitchen we’ve ever had. Thank you again Bobby & Jennifer!

We will be back, we had a fantastic time, the house suited us perfectly considering there was 13 of us. We all felt so comfortable here, great beach, plenty of room for the little kids to play. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The town of Haleiwa had great shopping and restaurants for dinner, such a cool town. We vacation in Hawaii almost every other year and I think this might be the best spot yet. Plenty of room for our three families. Six adults and six children total. Giant loft upstairs with two king size beds and several twin beds were perfect for the kids to have their own space and give us ours! Flowers in all the bedrooms was a nice touch. Kitchen had everything. Beds were comfortable. Nice front lawn great for fierce croquet games and cocktails at sunset. The fire pit was a welcome surprise and became a nightly event. The beach was beautiful and secluded and felt like it was our own private beach. The kids snorkeled in front and saw lots of turtles. We even saw whales from the front deck in the mornings. All and all, a great beach house that suited all our needs. We would definitely recommend this property and would come back again!! Thank you to our hosts! The Lombardo family and friends

We hosted our 3 adult children and all the grand kids for a once in a lifetime family gathering on the beach in Hawaii. We were 8 adults and 6 grandkids ranging from 2-17yrs old, traveling from all over so it was important that we found the right property….and thank God we did! We had read a 3 star review on this property that posted just days before our trip and to be honest we were a bit nervous. But to our delight, the house was perfect for us! Large and spacious and spotless on our arrival. We had great weather the whole week and no problem with wet pillows lol. The kitchen was huge and fully stocked with everything we needed. There were even 2 large refrigerators which came in handy with 14 people. The dinning room was spacious with a large dinning table big enough for all 14 people to eat together—that was key. The house is right on the beach with a front yard facing the ocean. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful lawn which was perfect for the kids to play croquet and baci ball. They even have a fire pit in the front yard and every night the kids had a bonfire from drift wood they collected from the beach during the day. Roasting marshmallows on the beach in Hawaii in March was a far cry from shoveling snow in N. Dakota! We explored away from the beach house and found gorgeous beaches all along the north shore. We found the cutest little surf town called Haleiwa about 10 minutes away from the beach house which was great for walking around and shopping or eating out when we didn’t feel like cooking. This property was ideal for our large family and hopefully we’ll be back again! The Morgans from Grand Forks

We stayed for 4 nights with three couples (6 adults, 6 kids ages 7,5,4,3,1,1). We came away with mixed feelings. Good: location was private, secluded. grass backyard was great. Beach was close and great (a bit of plastic, admittedly... but, what can you do). Turtle was spotted on beach. And the house had lots of space for kids to play & gather Not good: the house is worn. The couch in the main room has a big tear. Many of the faucets are rusted, and other rust stains pervade. Pillows in the main room were damp always. They felt gross. Most beachhouses feel this way... other than the torn couch, I wouldn't say it was gross or completely off-putting. But it wasn't as comfortable as we'd hoped for the price.

I stayed here with my family of seven, six adults and one ten year old in the beginning of February. The location is lovely! Right at the end of the road- which for us was a major plus being away from the hustle and bustle. The house is enormous! Really quite spacious such that everyone can have their own little hide out. You have to check out some of the local hikes! We walked out to the point- so many sea birds! And also a grueling hike up into the hills. Pros: Right on the beach, lovely porch overlooking the waves, grassy area outside where we threw a football, big and spacious, nice big kitchen. Cons: A thousand dollars a night is A LOT. The house was spotlessly clean but a little shabby for that much money- three of the bedrooms were a little dark and musty (the two ocean view bedrooms gorgeous). I don't need much of anything when so close to the beach, but there were not many amenities to justify the price; there were no usable boogie boards (all were broken) fins for snorkeling etc... I think for that much money that might have been included. That's all. I guess as someone who would never dream of spending that much on a vacation rental and viewing this a major splurge, I expected the house itself to be a little more updated and modern. But hey- its Hawaii right on the shore.

Just got back a week ago from a much needed family trip and stayed at this sweet beach house...Bobby and Jennifer had such a quick response helping us get out trip planned and we loved their place! My grandkids went out late at night and found all kinds of crabs to play with and snorkeled just down from our cottage! We had 13 people and plenty of room with comfy beds and pillows...kitchen well stocked to cook some of our meals...we loved our stay and wanted to say “mahaolo” for sharing your beautiful spot in the world with us! We are a hard working family and it’s very hard to find time to get away and play and we are ever so grateful to have found your cottage to create some fun family memories...God bless!!

Location, Location, Location! I realize this is a cliche' but there is no better way to encapsulate the beauty of this place without mentioning this right off the bat. The secluded ("private") beachfront property embodies a tranquil and surreal quality that is second to none! Bobby, our very gracious and knowledgeable host, was always available if needed while being mindful and respectful of our privacy. Jennifer was was very easy to work with (excellent and timely communication) and sensitive to our tight schedule as evidenced by her willingness and flexibility to save our dates while "the check was in the mail". This is a comfortable Beach House that had everything you would need, notwithstanding basic groceries for meals, should you decide to stay on the property for days on end. It is a pleasure to write this review and I would, without hesitation or reservation, say to people who are considering a stay here: "What are you waiting for?" A lifetime of memories awaits you. The beach house is wonderful, plenty of space for all in our party. Loved sitting out on the deck relaxing, with the ocean steps away. Toured Pearl Harbor and went to the luau at the Polynesian Center, which was a great place to visit. Bobby was a great host, anything we needed he provided right away. House has everything you need, would love to visit again and stay at the beach house. Thanks for sharing your house with us!!!

Jennifer/Bobby, thank you so very much for the opportunity to stay in your fabulous beach home. It was the best vacation we've ever had, and every one of us (from grandkids to grandparents) truly enjoyed the real Hawaii on Mokuleia Beach...we only ventured out of the area to Honolulu once, to Chief's Luau on Christmas day, as we all wanted to stay at the house on the peaceful, private beach every minute that we could. Your perfect home had absoutely everything needed. We cooked family meals, played bocce ball & croquette, and spent untold hours snorkeling, boogie boarding, body surfing, fishing and just relaxing on the beach enjoying the blue ocean, warm sand and rainbows. We didn't want to leave, and we will never forget this magical place! Mahalo nui loa

This was truly a magical experiance for our whole family. The house was amazing, the views are spectacular. It really felt like paradise. We will make sure to reach out again for this house on our next trip back to Hawaii.

We've been coming to Hawaii with family for over 40 years. We've been to every island. This trip on Oahu at the Mokuleia Beach House was the best ever. Fabulous house, magnificent setting, wonderful beach, which we had all to ourselves. It could not have been better! Plus the kitchen and dining table allowed all twelve of us to cook and dine together. Many thanks ..... we all eagerly look forward to another stay.

Mahalo to Bobby & Jennifer for sharing your beautiful vacation home with our family. We spent 2 amazing weeks with our entire Ohana ranging in age from 6-72. We lived in Hawaii for 25 years and it was like going home for us and our children. To be able to share our love of the Islands with our 7 grandchildren was truly amazing. They had an absolute blast playing in the waves in front of the house, along with snorkeling, fishing, and walking the beach looking for sea glass & shells. We spent the 4th of July evening sitting on the beach in front of the house watching the fireworks display 20 miles down the coast at Turtle Bay!! The property is located away from the city lights, so star gazing was awesome as well. Many late afternoons & early evenings were spent on the large lawn area play soccer, volleyball; minus the net, & croquet. Bobby was wonderful and accommodated all our needs during our stay. If you are looking for a beautiful retreat away from all the crowds, then this is the place! We would come back in a heartbeat, and were all so sad when it came time to leave! I stayed with my brother's family for six days in March at the Mokuleia Beach House and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious with a large kitchen. The landscaping and deck is fabulous. The bedrooms are large and comfortable too. The snorkeling was the best. The owner Bob is a real nice guy, he even mailed my Kindle to Minnesota after I mistakenly left it at the house. The one improvement I would suggest - more attention to the small things such as waste paper baskets and clothes hangers in all the rooms, bars of soup in the bathrooms. A clothes line outside to hang wet bathing suits. I recommend the Mokuleia Beach House.

This Beachhouse is incredible right on the ocean and with all the amenities anyone would need. It was beautifully decorated and sufficiently outfitted for our whole family for a week. Our host was very welcoming and ready to meet any reasonable request we made. This is a one-of-a-kind experience and we hope to come back again next year. Mahalo
