Uitstekende ligging, pal tegen het oude centrum van Parma aan. Het appartement ligt in een rustig zijstraatje. Ruim appartement, modern ingericht, prima faciliteiten, fijn keukentje.

Minpuntje vond ik de krappe douchecabine. Daar kon je je nauwelijks in omdraaien.

L'appartamento è curato e carino, curato e ben allestito anche nell'arredamento, nei colori delle pareti e nei quadri. Anche se piccolino ha tutti i confort, per due è molto comodo. La posizione è eccellente, tutti i punti d'interesse di Parma sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La cucina completa di lavastoviglie è completa e funzionale, l'ho utilizzata diverse volte durante il soggiorno. Presente anche un'armadio con le stampelle per appendere i vestiti, la televisione, vari giochi e libri. La proprietaria risponde velocemente nel caso di necessità.

Il bagno è un punto un debole, piccolino e senza finestre. L'ingresso allo stabile è molto angusto, è necessario usare scale (no ascensore) per arrivare all'appartamento (per fortuna solo al primo piano). Infine miglierei l'illuminazione interna dell'appartamento.

Piccolo appartamento davvero grazioso! L’arredamento è stupendo e curato nei minimi particolari, non manca nulla! L’intero ambiente è funzionale, la cucina super attrezzata ed al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche già presenti cialde per il caffè, biscotti ed altri snack, acqua fresca già nel frigo. Anche lenzuola da camera ed asciugamani, insomma tutto perfetto! La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere il centro a piedi, nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e negozi di vario genere: la zona è molto tranquilla ed abbiamo riposato benissimo.

An apartment/big studio in a very convenient location in the limits of Parma and the nicer part of town. Very clean and comfortable with restaurants, gelaterias, supermarkets and very close to Tardini stadium. Overall, quite ok for a solo trip but I could see how it could not be convenient for everyone (see below)

There were only two things that could be improved, in my view, for this place - one easier than the other. I spent a bit over a week and the kitchen is quite functional and rather well equipped but lacking some basic stuff like olive oil, proper salt & pepper, etc. I went to the supermarket and bought what I needed but if people are going for a shorter period of time, it is not convenient to be buying condiments. Having some in the apartment would be welcome and a easy fix. The other point that was not the best was the shower. As others have mentioned, it is truly small... and I live in France so I have seen small showers. I think a first attempt to improve would be to -perhaps- change the 'door' to something that opens outward and, eventually, remodel the bathroom to make the shower a bit bigger. The space is there and the apartment would benefit a lot from it, and it may cost a bit, but the apartment is also not the cheapest one, so it just makes sense all in all. I'd still go back to this place if I came back to Parma for a stay of several nights.

Wirklich nettes Appartement in guter Lage. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten direkt im Zentrum von Parma und kann dort essen, trinken und etwas flanieren. Gastgeberinnen waren sehr nett.

Alles super. Für etwas korpulentere Menschen ist die Dusche vielleicht etwas zu eng - bei normaler Statur passt es aber.

La posizione è perfetta per chi arriva in auto. L'appartamento è giusto all'inizio della Ztl, ma nel viale limitrofo si trova facilmente parcheggio. Appartamento confortevole e ben arredato. Fornito delle cose essenziali per una colazione.

Non c'è un impianto di riscaldamento, ma un termosifone elettrico ed una stufa elettrica. La casa non era fredda, ma poteva essere più calda.

Am 2.Tag wurde vor dem Haus eine grosse Baustelle eröffnet. Der Vermieter meintendass er nichts dafür könne. Das ist klar aber normalerweise erhält man bei einer solch extremen Lärm Belästigung eine Mietzinsreduktion. Anfangs September ging dann Netflix nicht mehr da hiess es man müsse halt unter dem eigenen Account einloggen.
