This was a ski vacation for 6adults and 2 young children. Location was excellent. Bus right across the street for a very short ride to the base. Great kitchen and eating area. Two locations to hang out in. Every bedroom had a bathroom plus room for a child on the floor. This was our second stay here and we love it. Kay was also great and communicative.

This property was perfect for three couples with more than enough space. The shuttle was mere steps away and we had a wonderful weekend

Lovely roomy 3 BR condo. Great locations. Across the street from the bus stop. So easy to ride the bus. Also a very short drive to slopes, grocery & other shopping. Host is so very warm, welcoming, & accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here

Is it a second time renting at this property and we love it! It’s big and spread out with enough room for everybody to still be together but also have their space. The location is great, very clean with a lot of extra amenities that are great for families. The owner is super responsive if you need something while you’re there and goes above and beyond to help make the stay perfect! You won’t be disappointed!

This was our second Christmas to spend in this property. Everything about it is absolutely wonderful! The owners are great to deal with, the property is in great condition - warm and comfortable. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our needs and the hostess always goes above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcome in her property. We will be back again! As soon as possible!

This place is huge! Tons of space so people feel like they are together but not on top of each other. Super clean, nice finishes, fully stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds. The pool was sooo fun for the kids. Would recommend this place in a heart beat! We had a wonderful time!

Nice condo in good location. It is well stocked and a great layout for couples. The split level allowed each couple to have separation and their own private bedroom and bath.

Location was perfect. Right on the bus route. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need.

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Kay was so wonderful in helping us trouble shoot a few things in the beginning! My family loved being so close to the bus stop and village! Very nice roomy condo that was just across the street from the bus stop for easy 5 min travel to ski resort. Owner was very nice to talk to and arranged for a late check out. We love to cook on vacation and the kitchen had all we needed for cooking and serving our group. We plan to come back.

Overall good. Unit is terrific, with excellent location, super well appointed. Property owner is very good and responsive. We had a couple hiccups but Kay responded immediately with good follow up.

We needed a quick getaway weekend and found the home the week we wanted to go.. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive. We had a great time hanging out and spending time with each other. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown where we walked around and went tubing. I also got up early and went to Fish Falls which was beautiful.

This was the perfect place for my family. Plenty of space to move around, very quiet, very comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked with utensils and that made it so easy to make most meals there. We would definitely love to come back!

The layout is great as each room as it’s own bathroom and floor for privacy. Shuttle stop next to parking lot takes you to the slopes in 2 stops. Kay the owner is very helpful! Great find.

This was a perfect place for our family. Our daughter and son in law with a 3 year old and a baby used the bedroom with the twin sleeper and set up a pak and play for the baby to sleep in - it was roomy enough and comfortable. The master was fantastic and the steamer was enjoyed. Location to the bus route (right across the street) and access to a locker for our skis were great bonuses. All in all a fantastic stay.

The property location and layout was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers for our stay over New Years. Great location and quick access to the slopes via the free bus. The ski locker at the Christy Sports was very helpful. The steam shower great for post ski recovery. We appreciated the personal touches such as the Christmas tree and decorations and the basket of New Year hats. Overall a fabulous stay and we made memories and hope to return again soon. Thank you!

We booked this Mountain Getaway from Kay for a Christmas ski vacation with our three 22-year-old college seniors (yes, they’re triplets), and our experience could not have been more perfect from start to finish. Kay made the process of booking a great experience and she even emailed us places to eat and things to do while in Steamboat Springs. Kay’s property was immaculately decorated; couches and seating areas were brand new and comfortable, and all amenities were exceptional. Kay even provided shampoos, soaps, dishwashing liquid and detergent to wash clothes. There’s literally nothing she didn’t think of. In this capacity, after learning that we would be spending Christmas day in Steamboat, Kay set up and decorated a Christmas tree, and contacted me, asking questions about each member of our family. To our surprise, Kay purchased and wrapped a Christmas present for each of us. All I can say is WOW; what a way to treat your guests on Christmas! The property was also conveniently located to everything in Steamboat, and the bus stop is literally 100 years from Kay’s front door. The bus is free and it will take you anyplace in Steamboat. It’s also only two bus stops away from Steamboat’s ski village. Can’t get much better than that! Overall I rate this condo a 5.0 out of 5.0; I’d give it a higher rating if I could. Needless to say, we hope to return soon!

We had the best experience staying at the Luster’s home in Steamboat! We enjoyed everything about our 3 night stay. The condo was clean and it was stocked with everything we needed. We can’t wait to return. -The Felts
