The location was great in the complex and overall in distance to everything. Just a block away from shopping and restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza. The on-site pool was nice and well-maintained. Also close to our villa. We used the gas grill on our patio which required attention. Management came right over and got us up and running for cooking out that same night. We would definitely recommend Coligny Villa 1 and hope to return.

This condo/villa was #1, on the corner, which was nice. The kitchen area is small, not room for much more than one person to be cooking at once. Some bar stools would be nice to have for extra seating. The villa was very nicely decorated. The sliding glass door off the master bedroom needs replaced, it is very hard to open/close and gets off the track. The walk to the beach was about a half mile, a little longer than I would have liked while having to carry beach chairs and everything. Location other than that was great, walking distance to grocery, shops and several restaurants.

Condo was clean, very cozy. Love the layout, my son’s room across the hall from Master. Good size , clean pool was steps away. Quiet off the street location. 10 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to coffee shops, grocery and souvenir shops and restaurants. Would recommend and stay again!

The floor was full of sand, there was trash under the master bed, the closet reck was off the hing , the out side grill was not clean , the dishwasher put it brown stuff on the dishes , there were no kitchen trash bag., the patio was a mess and table . Had to clean it just to sit out side and wash by hand some dishes . I contact the office and was told would get back with us but we are home know and still no word from any one . The condo didn’t even smell clean .

This is our first time renting a place to stay while on vacation. We loved your place! Very clean. Homey and very pretty decorated. As family we decided to skip one day at the beach to enjoy the place to read and rest.

There were several other guests in the same predicament. Pacing back & forth with carloads of vacationers! After waiting 1 1/2hrs & frozen food beginning to thaw, and complaining again they finally gave us the key. When we arrived, the condo had not been touched. The cleaning crew that showed up was very apologetic. #2 - I was told there was an issue with the dryer and a repair was scheduled for Monday. I called Tuesday to let them know them know no-one had shown up and was snarkly advised "It works". The heat setting was on low and could not be changed. No one called me back after promising to check on it. On Thurs, after I called back I was told a part needed to be ordered. It took 2hrs to dry a regular load of clothes. Even more painful keeping up with beach towels. I would rent this unit again but only through a different rental company. Nice décor, great location, well maintained pool.

The management company was easy to communicate with, the villa was clean upon arrival, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were updated, the patio was private, the pool was warm and a 1 min walk from the villa, the beach was a 6 min walk away, and the location is perfect. You are a 5 min walk from anything you may need including the grocery store, restaurants, shops, etc. Would 10/10 recommend this villa to anyone considering it.

The property was very nice and as pictured on the site. It was within walking distance of a lot a things to do: Coligny Plaza, the beach, and trails. When we arrived and went in right after the cleaning people had left, the floors were very dirty. Management did send someone to sweep and mop. Also, the ad says there is a gas grill which there is but only able to be used if you are one of the lucky ones that gets there after the person before you was there to fill the propane tank. We were going to grill the first day we got there and it was out of propane. When I called to see if we could get a full tank, I was told it was our responsiblity to fill it if we wanted to use it. Probably shouldn't list this in the amenities if it is not usable.

The condo was clean and well kept when we arrived. The beach was a couple of blocks away which was nice.

This villa was very nice and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, plans and dishes. The swimming pool was very nice and had plenty of seating. Just a couple blocks to the beach and close to Coligny. We had a great time during our week stay.

We accidentally came across this villa after a reservation was cancelled last minute by another host/rental co. It ended up being the perfect spot for us. Convenient location on and off the island and easy short walk to the beach. We much prefer smaller properties with fewer vacation renters so this was perfect for us.

Good location. We could walk to restaurants, shopping center, grocery store and the beach was also within walking distance (less than a 10 min walk). There were free trolleys available in the area also, which we only used once (we tipped them) The villa was cute, comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was nice. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The condo is average, location was very convenient to everything, 5-8 minute walk to beach.

Everything in the post was 100% accurate we were right next to a piggy wiggy and a 5 min walk from the beach the condo was clean and everything was is good shape.

But the downstairs was dated and worn. The kitchen is a mismatched collection of lots of stuff (dishes, glasses, pans, utensils, etc). There is no room to store anything! But we made the best of it and enjoyed 3 weeks here. The washer / dryer and Weber grill worked great! The pool is just a few steps away with lots of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Unit is also walking distance to many stores, restaurants and the beach. The unit just needs a deep cleaning and an update! With all the properties to choose from I am not sure I would stay in this one again.

Less expensive than being right on the beach, especially since beachfront is fairly limited at HHI. Cant wait to go to this same spot again ASAP.
