We were not provided an address to our rental but rather a location that was vague..US 1 Palm Beach Gardens. After driving around for about an hour we contact the property manager. 30 minutes later he told us the property was double booked and he promptly canceled our reservation. He made no offer to compensate us for our trouble and no offered no assistance for us to find lodging for the holiday weekend. It took us until 4:30 am in the morning to locate a hotel with an open room. We had to pay an extra charge to check in early. We are very disappointed in the service we provided.

This is a lovely property on a quiet, residential street. It was ideal for myself and my small dog. The back yard has a beautiful pool area and a screened porch. The owners, Anthony and Ang, are very responsive to any question or concern. The location is ideal. I rented the unit for several weeks and felt like it was a home away from home.

We stayed in several locations in Florida over the last month, and this was at or near the top of our list. First, the owner was very responsive and had items which we were accustomed to have in the house hand delivered the same day requested. (pen, paper, baggies, paper towels etc.) It was perfect for my wife and my stay and had guests one night on the wide porch to be safe during Covid and it worked out wonderfully and all agreed this was a very nice spot for our stay. These are people who live locally and loved the area themselves. Walked into the beautiful nature preserve a quarter mile away, twice. Highly recommend Frenchman's Nature Preserve. Birds, open area, well marked trails, lovely. Has a clean and easily accessible private heated pool shared with tenants who we never saw saved the first day on arrival. First rate appliances and central air and heat. Plenty of towels supplied which other spots we had to request. Bed is decent, not great. Parking is a breeze and restaurants, state park, beach, shopping is minutes away driving, or if you don't mind, a long walk. Would recommend for a couple and small family, this would be fantastic. It's not in a fancy neighborhood, but everyone is friendly and it feels super safe. We give it five stars without qualification.

We had a wonderfull time and Angela was very helpfull when we had questions. The matin house is a bit noisy when other guest next door came home late To get hot water in the shower took ages this needs attention

The pool and the back yard was amazing this property has it's own private oasis! The owners were so accommodating, they helped and were there any time they were needed.

Very comfortable and updated rooms. ALex, our caregiver, was exceptional with all of our needs. Would definitely return for another stay. *****

Very clean. Updated unit on a private quiet street near shopping and dining. 15 mins from dog friendly Jupiter beach. Owner very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Loved everything. House was very updated and clean. Very nice to have the screened room in back and the pool. This house made us feel at home while on vacation. Angela and Anthony were awesome host and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Really hope this home is available for our next Florida trip.
