Best House in Spanish Wells !!! Loved this spacious Well Stocked with all the amenities house. Definately a must stay at house with a big group of friends or family. Great bed layout, spacious Living/Kitchen area, and stocked with anything you would want in the house and for your beach activities. Sacha was the most gracious hostess ! thanks so much!

Perfect house right on the beach!!! We have been to a lot of islands and this is definitely one that we will be returning to. The house was a perfect place to stay with our group of friends. We had 8 people and the setup was perfect. Tons of space and it had everything we needed. Location was perfect as well. We are looking forward to returning with our family.

Fantastic stay at this property! Sacha, the property manager, communicated through he process and responded to questions I had the whole time. Met us at the dock coming off the water taxi and was in contact with me the whole trip. The house is great and beautiful views all week. Short walk to the beach(30 yards) and not crowded ever. Kitchen is well appointed(only complaint is change the knife set out!), and we cooked every night. I would(and will) come back to this house again in the future. One of the best trips you could ever take!!

This home was beyond perfect for our three families to share for a week. Three master suites for the couples and a huge loft with a bathroom for our adult children. As soon as we arrived, it was evident that we made the perfect choice for our stay on Spanish Wells. The views from the porch and the two upper decks were breathtaking. Our deepest heartfelt thank you to Sacha for her patience with our group during the planning stages. She answered our countless questions and offered suggestions for months prior to our arrival. She was a phone call away during our stay and took care of everything we needed. Her genuine willingness to help us in any way, was much appreciated. Her goal is to make sure guests fall in love with Spanish Wells and want to return-and we definitely did. We will be back!!

We’ve been coming to Spanish Wells and staying here for 5 years, and we couldn’t recommend it more! It has truly become our vacation home, having everything we could need or want. The property manager always makes sure the home is perfect for our stay. With the most fabulous view of the ocean, and being just a few feet from it, there is no other place I’d rather stay! Thank you for the wonderful memories we’ve made staying there!

There were eight of us , including a 7 month old, on this family vacation and this house was perfect! Sacha is an outstanding manager. She met us at the dock and we got into our golf cart and followed her to the house. The house is just gorgeous. It sits on a shallow cove of warm Bahamian blue water. Each couple in the family had their own room with a bath. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked. There is a water dispenser for chilled and hot water and Sacha kept us supplied with water. Days were spent at the beach. Spanish Wells can have a wonderful tradewind that keeps it cool and comfortable. We never needed the air conditioning. One of our favorite places to go at night was the deck around the third floor where we could stargaze. Dinners were fish that we bought on the island and cooked ( delicious grouper), gathering at Budda’s , or putting together a meal with the food that we had brought in a cooler. The grocery store is extremely well stocked and we made frequent trips for Johnny Cakes. This house was perfect in every way and we would return over and over again. This was my fourth visit to Spanish Wells ( first time with this large a group). This is definitely the nicest home we have rented. Thank you Sacha for making this a special stay at Paradiso Oasis!

I accidentally found this rental, while searching for 3 houses for 3 families. We realized we could all stay here comfortably, so we decided to go for it. Wow…just wow. First of all, the location could not be better. It was perfect. We could watch our kids swim 100 yards out (still in knee deep water), while drinking coffee on the back porch. The house came with everything we needed. They had beach towels, sunscreen, toys, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and more. They even had a fire pit for s’mores. There were 12 of us (6 kids). The 3rd floor is perfect for kids. It has 9 twin beds on the top floor. And Sacha (the manager) was wonderful. She lined up our taxi, answered my multiple questions and even met us at the dock to help us transport our luggage. Sacha also does photography, so we were able to hire her for a family photo shoot during our trip. I can’t say enough good things about our experience, and we can’t wait to return.

This was our first trip to Spanish Wells and it did not disappoint. The island is beautiful and the people extremely welcoming and helpful. The house was well stocked and very conducive to having a large group and young kids. The property manager, Sacha, was responsive throughout our stay and helped with getting us a pack and play, crib, whatever we needed! We will definitely be back!

The house was everything we expected and more. This is our second time to Spanish Wells and love, love this stretch of beach. We stayed at the house next door on our first trip and decided then that Paradiso Oasis was going to be our next house to rent. Now it is the only house we want to rent. Property Manager was great to work with and had excellent response time to our questions and needs.

We’ve rented several vacation homes in SW. This one has it all. Beautiful beach view and great access to beach. Spacious and comfortable house. Very well appointed. Little things, like boxes of kleenex and water provided. Bog things, like the icemaker and dishwasher. Nice gas grill. Things were all in working order. Ceiling fans in every room, including bathrooms. Large clean showers. Extra pillows and blankets. Soap and shampoo. So thoughtfully done. Sasha was a fantastic caretaker. Thanks so much.

I can't say enough about Paradise Oasis. Beginning with booking the property, to the communication with the property manager (Sacha) leading up to arriving, and finally enjoying our vacation, the experience was fantastic. Sacha was in communication leading up to our arrival, offering helpful information as well as the ability to coordinate excursions. She met us at the dock when we arrived, and we were able to follow her to the house in our rented golf carts. Sacha took time to go through information about the house, and was only a phone call away the entire time. She also checked in on us, and we were able to meet her lovely daughters! The home is fantastic and has amazing views. After walking the beach each morning, we believe it is situated on the best part of the island. There are numerous windows and doors in the home which offer fantastic breezes. We had two other couples with us which was perfect as each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The beds are incredibly comfortable and even the towels are higher end. One of the couples are both chefs, and they were surprised at how well equipped the kitchen is. It had everything needed and more. There is also a Weber gas grill on the porch that was fantastic to cook burgers and steak. We did not use the third floor which has an additional bathroom and nine twin beds, but this would be perfect for families with children to stay together on vacation. One suggestion would be to add a queen bed to this space. For an adults only vacation, we could have brought another couple to enjoy the week with us!! We will definitely be back, and are so appreciative of Sacha!

The house worked out very well for our family. It was nice to have separate bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The included kayaks, bikes and the hammock got a lot of use. Sacha was a great host and very helpful when we missed our connecting flight due to the FAA shutdown. We had a problem with the washing machine while there and she had someone there within 10 minutes of calling her and had the washing machine replaced with a new one the next day. We would recommend this home to anyone with a group of people. We plan on coming back and staying here again when we bring family.

This was our second year visiting this property so obviously we love it. The house is spacious with room for our whole family. It has all the modern conveniences we needed. The location is perfect, on the beach, by the sandbars where we explored seeing turtles, stingrays, starfish, conches, fish and more! We highly recommend this property. It is one of the larger houses on Spanish Wells and has 3 stories with wrap around porches on each floor.

The house was located right on one of the beautiful pink beaches! Sacha was a great host and provided a ton of information up front and throughout our stay.

The best place I’ve ever visited. My stay this year was shortened due to my medical emergency. The property manager and her husband went above and beyond to get me off the island to Miami. The local clinic was superb helping me. I can’t wait to come back again for a normal vacation. The rest of the family enjoyed the big, comfortable home for a few more days after I left. Love, love the house and the locals there!

The location of this house is outstanding! Beautiful views from almost every room and steps to one of the widest areas of the beach. We enjoyed our stay and had a blast but frankly we were a bit disappointed in the house vs. the cost to rent. We stayed in the house 4-5 years ago when it first became a rental and that experience was top notch. However the house has not been kept up all that well and there were a series of small things that while not earth shattering were a bit disappointing. The water for the showers have an absolutely horrible smell of sulfur and on our first visit we were told that is very common, but I have been to Spanish Wells 9 time in the last 10 years and stayed at 6 different homes and no others had this issue. We all agreed that the first thing we were all looking forward to upon returning home was a shower that didn’t smell like garbage. The TV also did not work the entire 9 days we were there. Now we don’t watch much TV when on the Island, but it should be available when you want to watch something. They did come down and got it working but the next time we turned it on, it didn’t work and stayed that way the whole visit. Many of the windows are broken (won’t stay up) and we had to use books on 50% of them to keep them open. 90% of the remotes for the AC units did not work. We had to use one remote for all three floors. We only used the AC in 2 of the rooms on a few nights and always turned them off in the AM and they billed us for overage. As I said we have been there 9 times and always went in July and have never been billed for an electricity overage. I asked nicely for a proof of the overage, as it made no sense. I was told it would be provided and it was never sent. Simply not possible we were that far over in our April stay. The kitchen is not as well equipped as other high end rentals we have stayed on the island. The Grill ruined $200 worth of steak we brought as we left it for a few minutes not knowing it was a filthy grease pit and had we not come back quickly could have burned down the house. Lastly, the care-taker was a unresponsive and not very helpful.

This is the 2nd time we've rented this house and it did not disappoint! Arrival could not have been easier as Sacha (house manager) arranged for our transportation from ELH and met us at the dock. The house was sparkling clean with everything we needed, and Sacha checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We were 2 families with many adult kids coming and going, so the 3rd floor overflow with many single beds worked wonderfully well for us. We especially appreciated that there was crib for our 1-year-old grandson. The kitchen was well equipped so making dinners for the hordes was easy, and there was plenty of seating for everyone--both indoors & out. The house is showing a little wear & tear with saggy mattresses and recalcitrant windows, but we so appreciated the many new wonderful adirondack chairs that are on the porches. The best part of the whole experience is the easy access to the most beautiful beach in the Bahamas!

This house was perfect. We had a party of 7. Everyone had plenty of room and the private bathrooms were a bonus. Excellent views from everywhere in this house. Spanish Wells is beautiful on its own, staying in such a perfect house made it even better. Never made it to papa scoops so we are all going back next year!

The property was conveniently located close to the grocery store. Our views of the beach were spectacular.and it was only steps to the beach. The house was well equipped with most anything you would need. We were extremely happy with the property.

I hate to brag too much, because I don’t want anyone else to find out about this place! This home was absolutely wonderful for us, and the beach is stunning! Can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time I have rented this beach house for the yoga retreats I host yearly. The location couldn't be better. This time we worked directly with the property manger, who was absolutely lovely. We were well taken care of the entire time. The house has gorgeous views, and is well equipped to host a "bigger" group of people. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved that we could play music throughout the whole house! My only suggestion to the owners would be to make the time for some small improvements to the house... (like updating the paint, and fixing some of the structural damage on the staircases and porches)-- This house is so close to the sand and salt that simple things like that have to be kept up in order to maintain the appeal of such an extraordinary house and LOCATION. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
