The property was smaller than it looked on line. The entry is disappointing but once you get upstairs it is nicer. Bathrooms and bedrooms were a very nice size and comfortable. The unit was very clean except for the area rugs in the dining and living area. They were worn and stained and not vacuumed well. The property is a short walk to the beautiful beach. When trying to crank open a bedroom window the crank actually fell out of the wall.

The property closely resembles the pictures and write-up. It was clean, comfortable, on the golf course and a short walk to the beach. The only suggestion I have is that the kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced. The non-stick surfaces are scratched and aside from the large stock pots, there are not enough pots and pans and they don't have lids. But aside from that, it was great.

Spacious unit with a few upgrades including converting single beds to fulls, updates bathroom. Easy walk to the beach and near good bike paths and wildlife viewing. Would stay a 3rd time

We had a wonderful stay that completely accommodated eight people. The home was clean, accommodating, and in an excellent location! We loved it ❤️

My family of 8 was in town for a family wedding. The unit had recently been renovated ... new applicances, upgrades. We had a couple of issues that the management took care of immediately. I would recommend this property, VRBO owner & property management. Thanks for making our weekend great.

Nice that there were plenty of bathrooms so we could all get ready at the same time. Tasteful updates in the kitchen and bathrooms! Loved the bar area. Nice view of the golf course and very close to West Beach. Can access the bike path from the backyard. We would definitely return to this property.

My wife and I have vacationed on Kiawah Island for many years. We consider it our Paradise. And now our children and grandchildren are adopting the same feeling. This was our second time using Akers Ellis Realestate. The villa we rented had four roomy bedrooms and three baths. The layout was great. And access to the beach was only a five minute walk. The villa was upgraded with granite countertops and stainless appliances and was furnished nicely. We would rent it again.
