Such a nice space to live for a week! We loved the fire pit, outdoor ping pong, basketball hoop and close proximity to Katama General Store, South Beach and Edgartown. The neighborhood allows for daily bike riding and the front porch perfect for morning coffee. The guest house in the backyard was a great addition for us to spread out and eat dinners outside.

House was amazing. Everything you need and more. Location was perfect. Great for large families with kids. Definitely visiting again.

The house/guest house was perfect for our group of three families including middle school, high school and college students. Walkable area, all the amenities you want. Plenty of space to spread out. Great yard. Owner was easy to work with.

We had the most incredible vacation here. The house is perfect for children. The location is ideal; a beautiful bike ride to town and to south beach. Thank you so much!

We’ve stayed at a lot of rental homes and this just wasn’t my fav. It was much further from town than expected (not bikeable) had to rent bikes - had to rent linens for bed and bath towels - had never ever heard of that and wasn’t aware when booked. Beach is about 15 min bike ride but no way to bring stuff with you. The guest house is more out dated then the main house but the main house is rather outdated too. The kitchen is updated but otherwise the rest is outdated. Stains on sofa, etc… wood paneled 70’s sun room. Separate acs in each room - so very warm in summer. Just not what I had hoped for or expected for the price. Debated on hotel and would’ve rather gone with that as in town, bikes and pool. Traffic on the island is a pain - if you’re looking fur relaxation - this might not be it…

The 2 houses were perfect for our large group visiting for a wedding nearby. The owner was very responsive!

Beautiful Katama gem. Plenty of room for 14 - for a couple of days we had 14 people and everyone had a bed and was comfortable. The space inside and out is wonderful - can hang in the kitchen, family room, Sun room, either deck, the front porch or the fire pit - we used em all. Location is great for going to South Beach or Norton - 15 min. Bike ride or 5 min car ride to beach. Same for downtown. House was super clean, ready on time and we had zero issues - and the house has just about everything you would need. Highly recommend this house.

This home was fantastic! I highly recommend it for any family with small children - plenty of room for them to play! My nieces and nephew loved it as well as their parents.
