Loved having a day bed in the bedroom for my kids to sleep on. The condo was clean, check in was easy (after hours with the security team), and we had a great time. The complex was confusing to navigate at first, but we figured it out. Wi-fi was great and there were plenty of amenities. The building did shut down water from 9am to 12pm the day we checked out, which made showers and running the dishwasher tough. Pool was heated but it was too cold and breezy in mid april to really swim.

This particular unit didn’t have the best views and was a bit darker than others we’ve stayed in. The furnishing was great though. The bed was comfortable and the side trundle bed was nice to have as well. Would have been better to have large pool/beach towels but I understand why they limited it to what they did. Oceanside is always a good place to stay. Close enough to go to Disney one day and to head down to the Midway in San Diego another.

The property is as listed but I have two small issues. First, the complex is massive and finding your way around is not easy. I parked where instructed but I still had to haul by luggage up and down a few stair cases until the correct building and floor. That could probably be avoided with a more complete conversation with the check in team. The second issue I had was the property is located close to railroad tracks - which were used by the local surf rider commuter train - as well as Amtrak. That was a surprise as the trains ran early and often during commute time. Other than the above, the place was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to bars or places to eat - and the beach was directly across the street.

North coast village was a perfect place. Had all the amenities you need. Beach and pool!! Quiet at night so much to do in the area and close to the 5 for easy travel.

The condo was great, everything we needed was there. The location was perfect. On the beach side and right next to the pier. Multiple store in the area. We had planned various activities during our stay and decided to cancel some to enjoy the place. Would recommend.

The location is very nice, situated in a gated HOA with a very nicely landscaped common area and nice amenities. The unit is very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom could use blackout curtains to keep it dark at night, but we came up with a workable temporary solution. Kitchen is nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean, with plenty of towels & a well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable situation. The grounds were beautiful, with lots of trees, flowers & water features to make walks enjoyable. Plus all the amenities made it a great place to be. I plan on coming back & bringing more family!

We were very comfortable here for a 3 week stay during the winter. It was immaculate and updated, nice furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Plenty of linens and towels and a comfortable mattress. Laundry downstairs. We enjoyed the hot tub, gym and sauna on site and having the beach close by. We had a couple of snafus which were handled immediately by the friendly staff (a shower drain issue and a broken toaster, which were taken care of within a few of hours). The only con, which may be important to some folks: the curtains in the bedroom were not the black-out type and the landscape lights and outdoor lights from units nearby stay on all night. Also, the gas fireplace works but you can barely see the flame which was a disappointment since we stayed during the winter when a fireplace would have been enjoyed. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Pool was 80 degrees and hot tub was hot. A little difficult to find the lay of the land especially in the dark. Takes a few times to figure out which paths are best. Beach is super close no matter where you stay on the property. Close to the pier snd marina. If you want a nice walk on the beach this is the place. Parking in the underground garage is awesome and close to your unit. Laundry facility (pay) was convenient but wish it was in the room. We had issues with the payment app as did others we met so hopefully they get that resolved and it’s reasonably priced. In the unit you have pretty much all you need but bring shampoo and conditioner as they do not provide. Not a big deal. I would stay at this unit again! Check in east, check out easy. Nice staff all around. Beautifully kept!

Took my family over the holidays and had an excellent time. Property is right on the beach and right next door to the harbor with many restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed and then some to cook our meals on the nights that we didn't go out to eat. Check in was very easy and the only negative I could say is I wish check out was a little later than 10:00 We will definitely go back for another stay.

I have no complaints about this unit. It was welcoming and has everything we needed. When it got cold we used a space heater provided. Amazing restaurants nearby, so close to the beach and the pier.

Nice condo that was clean and cozy. Plenty of extra towels and wash cloths. They even had a small stroller which we used to go to Legoland. There was also a pack n play and small child’s seat as well as step stool for the bathroom sink, so kid friendly place. The area was close to many eating establishments and was across the street from the beach. Owners contacted us once we were settled in and checked to make sure we didn’t need anything else! We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

VRBO charges a higher fee but that condo provided EVERYTHING! Wagons, toys, boards, umbrellas. I’m very disappointed in Makemyvacation in order to make more $$ they removed all items except 2 beach chairs to force you to rent/buy from them. Toys $20, $15 for umbrella, etc.. you have to bring or purchase items. Lugging them is inconvenient & expensive otherwise. Horrible value & greedy. Will never rent from Makemyvacation again

Pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of the HOA. Easy access to Legoland and walks along the beach to Oceanside pier. Enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was a great in this unit. All the furnishings were clean & comfortable. The kitchen had much more kitchenwares than we needed to prepare all our meals/ drinks. Very close to beach and closer to the great pool area in this complex. Enjoyed our stay, be back soon 🤗
