Stayed for spring break. Was a great location to other parts of Treasure Island. Close to the beach and right on the boardwalk. Balcony, heated pool and hot tub were great to have as well. Had everything we needed!

It was exactly what we needed for a getaway with friends. The pool and hot tub were nice those cool evenings.

The place was fairly clean and was in a great location for the beach access! Nice pool and spa. Would recommend to others! May I recommend room-darkening curtains in the smaller bedroom to block out light from the outside stairwell area. Heating element in dryer machine is also not great. Otherwise no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay for a wedding. We had family upstairs and down the boardwalk. The room was perfect for what we needed. I don’t think it was swept or cleaned very well and as in every other condo I’ve stayed in the shower pressure was horrible. But that’s the only negatives we had. Beds were comfy, plenty of beach gear and that little styrofoam cooler….please nobody break that because it is awesome!!!! The area is beautiful and we felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

I was there with my two girlfriends for a wedding . The condo was in a really nice location. Right on the water , beach was beautiful. John’s pass is a short drive , across the street is ice cream and Dunkin. The pool area was nice and I liked the security of the locked gates. The only thing I would say about the condo is the first bedroom needs new blindes. They were broken and at night you could see inside the bedroom . It’s a corner unit which is nice as well. I would definitely rent this again our next visit . The patio also has table and few chairs which are not pictured but great for morning coffee and or just relaxing looking at the beach. It did have a styrofoam cooler and two beach chairs as well as sand toys which is nice to have for the beach.

We had a wonderful time. Close to everything and the beach is stunning. Condo was great and beach chairs and towels were a bonus.

It was great It was my first trip taking my kids on a vacation as a single father of 5 and couldn’t have asked for a better place with a better location

We are a family of 4 and 4 out of 4 we all highly recommend. This place was not only clean , but the hosts were incredibly accommodating. It’s accessible to all the attractions by walking or a short drive. We enjoyed the beach every day including evening strolls . The pool was clean. We visited the Dali museum courtesy of iTrip. (Definitely use that feature of the stay ) We cooked in our kitchen at least 3 times , but they have a beautiful outdoor grill option if you prefer to grill . We can’t wait to return .

Air conditioner was broken. There was a note on thermostat when we checked in that a/c couldn't be turned down below 75 so must have known that air conditioner needed to be replaced. Had to sleep first night with no a/c and temp inside unit rose to 83 degrees. Had a horrible time with property managers dealing with moving to a another unit since a/c could not be fixed. Where we moved was not ocean front and never received credit even though one was promised. I have called iTrip multiple times and they have been rude to me in their conversations. Highly unprofessional. Would never rent through iTrip again.

This was the perfect condo for myself, two teenage boys, and my two preteen daughters. I loved the two entrances to the balcony, one through the living room and the other through the master bedroom. The bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen had all you'd need. The condo was a short walk from ice cream and restaurants and also John's Pass. The kids lived in the pool and hot tub and we grilled in the outdoor grilling area several times. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

So the condo is exactly as described. Overall the stay was good. The balcony is right over the grill area which a large family had taken over our entire stay. They used it as their hangout area everyday and no one else could get in there to grill. The ice cream shop Scoops right across was great, they were broken into during our stay also. We had left our personal beach chairs outside the front door of our condo like many others we’re doing, someone stole our chairs overnight but left our wagon and snorkels. Asked the front desk about the cameras and was informed they couldn’t look at them for us because we booked with iTrip. The beach is a little bit of a walk from the condo but the beach is beautiful. Lots of small stingrays. Everyday we were there EMS responded to multiple stingray stings throughout the day. My wife was even stung by one and we had to make that long hike back to the condo with her foot pouring blood from the sting. Plenty of good (and bad) restaurants around. Mainly ate out because the refrigerator smelled of fish really bad, the freezer smelled the worst we couldn’t leave ice in it without it absorbing the fish smell. Visited St John’s boardwalk and Crabbys on the Pass. Fort de Soto was a short drive, sliced my foot open while in the water out there but it is beautiful. Plus side the pool at this condo stays open until 11:00 pm, the hot tub stays on from 8 am to 8 pm. My kids enjoyed being able to go out to eat then coming back to swim.

Nice condo good location. Walk to beach is a little far. Check in time is a little late.

This unit had pretty much everything my family needed during our stay in Treasure Island. Very clean, great location, awesome iTrip staff to work with , easy instructions for check-in/check-out. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!!!!

Best location on treasure island. Steps from the door to the beach, a walking path, and many restaurants. My son and I stayed for 5days…next time it’ll be longer. The views and access to shops and things to do and see are amazing!

Beautiful Beach. Great Location. The room served our needs. The beds were very comfortable. One suggestion would be to replace refrigerator. Looked like it has been used for quite a while but it did keep our food cold.

Suggest plug ins. Place was very musty smelling. View was nice.

This condo was in such a perfect location for a family. From the beach to restaurants and a nice heated pool. Everything was beautiful.

Awesome place! Management was more than helpful with fast responses to any questions I had. Very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Of course the beach spot was incredible too!

We had a wonderful time! The unit had a great view! It was clean and beautiful! We really loved the easy access to the beach and pool, as well as all the restaurants and activities nearby.

Location was fantastic! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Owners were responsive.

We have stayed at several different locations on TI. First time at Surf Beach. Love the location-easy walk to everything you need. This unit, however, was disappointing. This was the most I have ever paid to stay on TI. The unit is small. The living area furniture is old and uncomfortable. The kitchen is poorly equipped. It doesn't have pot holders but it does have 2 tea kettles?? It needs a new refrigerator. One of the windows seemed to be broken when I tried to open it so I didn't force it. The a/c is not allowed to be set below 75. There are no screens on the sliding doors to the patio. There is plenty of beach equipment available in 206...towels, toys, chairs, coolers, an umbrella. Photos on the Surf Beach website show many units that look nicer than this one.

This property in my opinion, needs a little TLC, with a beautiful location on the beach, we would consider renting again in this area.

Incredible stay. Location is in the center of Treasure Island close to the areas best restaurants. Right on the beach with great views of Gulf of Mexico from balcony. Nice well equipped kitchen.

The property was clean and well managed. We loved being on the beach. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We even grilled some hamburgers. The grills were clean and well maintained. The only issues we encountered were the cutting board we took out of the cupboard was gross and needs replaced. Also our friends said the bed in the 2nd bedroom was uneven, had a low spot on one side.

The condo had a comfortable king sized bed and was in a great location. There was mold on the bathroom floor and on the floor of the tiled shower. The refrigerator controls were broken off and our food froze. The dishwasher had standing water inside and smelled awful. My wife is hearing impaired, the closed captioning on the televisions did not work. They sent someone to try to fix it and he could not. The water from the kitchen faucet only trickled out. When I looked at it I saw it was covered in black goop. I had to clean the faucet myself. The tracks on the sliding doors were filthy. Couch in the living room was hard and uncomfortable. The washing machine had rust and laundry detergent oozing down the front. We informed the technician who tried to fix the tv about the cleanliness issues and his answer was the owners were here last week. The unit needs a serious cleaning and some updated appliances. We were disappointed.

We went several days with a broken heater while a severe cold front impacted the nation and Treasure Island specifically.

Condo was as advertised. Very nice everything functioned and had great views.

I would stay there again!

unit was very nice, great location in Treasure Island - right on the beach, own parking space, pool very nice. Centrally l.ocated near many restaurants, super market, etc.

Close to restaurants and stores. Eat at Middle Grounds Grill!! Nice short walk to the beach. Cabanas and umbrellas easy to rent. Fun Tiki bar. Would like to have had more toilet paper provided. Overall excellent!!
