The condo is beautiful with a pool and hot tub. The house accommodates 10 people perfectly, it's clean and organized, equipped with all kitchen utensils, beach towels, and extra linens. A great bonus is the availability of beach accessories like chairs, surfboards, swim goggles, and umbrellas. Shirley is incredibly attentive and always available. In summary, an excellent choice!! Came for a week with our kids and this house surpassed all our expectations. There was everything you need for the beach and then some. We didn't have to rent snorkel equipment for our kids and there were beach shoes in so many sizes. Inside we loved sitting at the table playing cards:) the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in or grill at the BBQ area. The beds and bathrooms were great and the floor plan upstairs with the three bedrooms on one side and the master on the other worked great for our family. I loved all the lanais, We plan to stay again for sure. Mahalo!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking breakfasts and dinners. We loved having access to all the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear in the garage. There were 5 adults and 4 kids in our group and the house was very spacious in regards to the common area and sleeping space. We would most certainly stay here again!

Property was as described. Unfortunately the Air Con wasn’t working. The Owner jumped onto this and also offered reduction in nightly rate. Property was clean except for stained sheet on one of the beds. This was highlighted to Owner more for their reference. We then were threatened with being charged if we did not sent photos. (Which we had already done). We were then told we had made a big issue of it because we didn’t bother to swap them. Other than these minor communication challenges we were more than happy with the property.

We always enjoy our time on Kauai and keep coming back year after year. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home each year.

This is a nice place if you are looking to stay on the north shore. There were 7 is our group and more than enough room for us. They have a lot of beach stuff you can use which is really nice.

Great size for family trip with multiple children of varying ages. Clean and great location

Super stocked and in a great location plus it sleeps 9, which we needed for our two families! It probably would not sleep nine adults comfortably but if you have kids it is a great fit. Two-car garage. All bedrooms are upstairs so there are great gathering spaces downstairs. The A/C is a lifesaver. Incredible amount of beach stuff - boogie boards, tons of snorkels and masks, beach chairs, toys, coolers, hose to wash off sand outside. I would recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely great house and incredible location, just perfect.

This property was great! It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed it. It fit our family of 8 very comfortably. It has everything you need for the beach. Lots of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, snorkeling and water shoes. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here in Princeville. The gear was a huge plus as there was enough snorkel gear for all of us as well as a few boogie boards and surfboards. Very spacious, everything was clean and nice. Overall this worked perfect for us!

Great host and nice property in a great location

So grateful for a fully stocked garage with all the beach things anyone could need. Baby and children things were a huge added bonus. Jen and Shirley were great to work with.

This is a great place for large families up to 10 people to stay. Nihalani is a neat development, with beautiful golf course views and great walks just outside the condo. The host's communication was excellent and she provided everything we could have asked for and then some!

The room and lay out was perfect for 9 people. The surrounding community and activities and very convenient.

This condo has everything you could ever need to go to the beach. For children and adults, Chairs, water shoes, snorkels and masks, surf boards, beach toys for young children, and boards for water surfing. Don't bring something you don't need this place has everything. And the condo is equipped for everything.

First the house was very nice and comfortable. We appreciated all the beach supplies and the kitchen was well stocked. There are a few things that are not disclosed until you book. You have to park your cars in the two car garage. There is NO additional parking. If you park in the outside parking lots you will be threatened with $100 fee per day. The two car garage is very awkward and difficult to fit two cars in. You can barely move around. You can’t turn the air conditioner lower than 77 degrees or you will be fined $50 a day. She also has sensors on windows and doors so she knows when they are open. She apparently has a rule that says no food and beverages upstairs but told me this after when the cleaners found a small juice stain on one of the loungers. I got charged an extra $100 for watermarks that the cleaners couldn’t get out of the tan microfiber bar stools, she sent me pictures because I saw non of these stains while there, the stain mark was in the shape of a kid who sat with wet swim trunks. I would have no problem with that charge it was the harassment after we left from the owner that caused me and my family so much anxiety. For almost a week after we left she kept asking so many questions about how we used her place. I felt very harassed by her and it has caused me a lot of anxiety because we did our best to respect her place and keep it as clean as we could but a few small things were missed and she made us feel like we were horrible. The way she responds to negative reviews is the way she will treat you after you leave unless the house is absolutely pristine. So this house is wonderful as long as you only have one car, don’t mind being a little warm and bring no children that will use the furniture.

Property is very spacious and more than accommodated the group. Would have been nice to be able to turn the AC down lower (Strict AC settings set by owner) as it does get quit hot upstairs, but fans are provided in each room. Check in and out was easy but overall- communication could be improved.

Shirley and Mike have been amazing hosts year after year! Their home is absolutely beautiful and is equipped with everything one could possibly think of needing while on vacation!

Shirley’s place was perfect for our two families of four. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of amenities/equipment (wet shoes, snorkeling gear, beach towels/chairs). I couldn’t have asked for a better way to be introduced to the island of Kauai. Mahalo!

The place was perfect for our 8 days in Kauai. It accommodated 11 of us and had plenty of space. All we needed was food as the condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed our morning walks to Hideaway Beach, Sea lodge Beach and Queens bath which were all amazing and super close. We also enjoyed the pool which was very relaxing. The fridge went out our first night there but they went out as soon as we contacted them and got a replacement within a few hours. Thank you for the chocolates and coffee, Shirley!!! Hoping to be back soon.

We absolutely loved everything about this home. It had everything a guest could possibly need and then some. We would definitely stay again!! The kitchen was spacious, the sleeping was comfortable, we loved that we could do our laundry, etc. But the best of all was all the beach equipment we had at our disposal! Thank you so much!!
