Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή και είχαμε εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και άνετο! Η εξυπηρετηση και η επικοινωνία με τον host ήταν εξαιρετική. Πολύ άμεση και πάντα διαθέσιμος να μας βοηθήσει.

Υπέροχος χώρος & άνετος κοντά στο κέντρο! Το κατάλυμα πολύ καθαρό! Ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα!! Βρίσκεις parking εύκολα στην γειτονιά δίπλα στο σπίτι.

I booked the room for my parents. They only stayed one night but had positive review. The was a good coffee machine, room was clean, and they had a good sleep at the bed. The apartment is big enough to accommodate 4 people, since it has 2 bedrooms (double bed), and a cute living room. Personally I loved the colors and esthetic for each room.

Δύο διπλά άνετα κρεβάτια με ένα επίσης άνετο και καλόγουστο καθιστικό Η κουζίνα πολύ λειτουργική και άνετη για οικογένεια. Η θερμοκρασία σταθερή και δεν χρειάστηκε ποτέ να χρησιμοποιήσουμε τα επιπλέον κλιματιστικά, Πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση. Κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου και σε είκοσι λεπτά περπάτημα βρίσκεται κανείς στην παραλία. Το μόνο ίσως που λείπει είναι ένας φούρνος μικροκυμάτων

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι το μπάνιο ήταν δυστυχώς μικρό και κακοφωτισμένο. Η κουρτίνα δεν βοηθάει στο να μείνει στεγνό το μπάνιο όταν κάποιος κάνει ντους. Επίσης πάρκινγκ δεν βρίσκει κανείς εύκολα στην γύρω περιοχή και θα πρέπει να βρει χώρο στάθμευσης επί πληρωμή.

The hospitality of the owner is exceptional! Before our travel started, he was always ready for all our messages. I have travelled with my parents with my private car. His tips regarding parking issues, the places to go as a family was really crucial for us. My mum asked me to send a special thanks to him after our leaving :) The house is really clean and the decoration was full of tiny details and really chic! There were also nice free treats such as coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil in the kitchen as well as personal care products in bathroom. The house has also with full of certain details which increase the quality of your staying: hair conditioner, iron, good quality of kitchen items. The details such as fashion magazines on the desk, instructions about the socio-cultural rules, some useful advertisement papers were really cute. There is one big Discount Market around 50 meters away. And 20 meters away, a lovely patisserie where you can buy delicious local bakery products to enjoy your breakfast on the cute balcony! :) Again, a big thank you for the home owner, Nick for his warm caring.. If I will be back to Thessaloniki alone, with friends or with family, I will definitely chose this place again.

good and effective communication with the owner, great (traditional) hospitality, perfect location for sightseeing. we enjoyed and will come back again.

Everything was perfect, Nickchas was a wonderful and helpful host, he helped us with everything and was available to us all the time. The apartment was wonderful and even better than the pictures. It was very clean and tidy and it had all the necessary amenities and the espresso machine was a nice touch.
