The house had everything we needed. Enjoyed the upper deck porch (although it is only accessible via the top bedroom).

We met in San Diego for a weeklong family vacation. This house was the perfect place for us. We walked a lot, rented bikes and the kids swam in the ocean. We walked to great restaurants and playgrounds for the kids. It was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. The place is set up with everything you may need for a vacation at the beach. We had a wonderful stay! Short walk from beach and went surfing most days. Pleasant breakfasts on rooftop in the mornings. Great place and clean and excellent location.

We embark on an annual "girl's trip" to visit San Diego every year to catch some sun, ride bicycles, drink wine, visit the amazing shops in the PB, MB, La Jolla areas and partake of the local flavor and great food. The steps leading up to the condo don't meet the United Building Codes. It isn't safe for older adults. My older sister, who is 80, had us check the place out before she decided to go or not. We pictured and measured the steps and she didn't think she could safely go up or down.

Great location just a few steps from the Boardwalk. Appreciated that it was an upper level condo. Would stay again!

We loved being right on the beach. The condo was clean and well equipped. Very comfortable for 5 adults and two kids.

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We were steps away from the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing and the perfect place to hang out when we didn’t want to be on the beach. You are close enough to places to eat but far enough away you did not get the crowds at night. We also did some cooking and this place had all the things we needed to do this. We would definitely come back again if we are in the area. Thanks for a great vacation!

I was a little worried about this place at first because communication from the property manager wasn't the greatest - they sent a very long rental contract, then asked for the names and ages of everyone in the house (I guess to make sure we weren't a group of big partiers). But then they didn't get back to me for over 5 days about whether or not we actually got the house. That really made me feel very skittish about trying to rent the house. BUT - then we got to the place and everything else was fantastic. It's one of the best places we've stayed in San Diego (we go there quite a bit) - extremely close to the beach and a beautiful view of the ocean from both the living room and the amazing roof-top patio. There are many great restaurants within a 2-3 block walk. Check-in was easy with the combo lock and everything else was a breeze. They even gave us an extra 3 hours there on our last day since they had no guests staying after us, which was deeply appreciated as we had a flight that didn't leave until 4. Everything at the house was clean and worked well. It was really great for our group of 5 adults. Al although it started out a little worrisome, it turned out just fine. And we would definitely stay there again.

Just a few steps from the boardwalk. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. House itself was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of bath and beach towels ...Kitchen was equipped with everything one would need. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is in a terrific location, just steps to the beach for sunsets and a block from the bay for swimming or paddling. The views are awesome and we loved how walkable everything was from this area. We rented bikes for the week (rental co. is a block away) and loved the quick rides along the boardwalk to Pacific Beach for dinner or to Belmont Park for the kids. Condo has everything you'll need; kitchen was well-equipped, lots of beach and bath towels and the garage has tons of sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. This is a show-up and enjoy your vacation type of place. The property management that runs this rental is excellent; they provide clear check-in instructions and respond quickly to any questions or concerns.

This place was pretty much perfect!!! It had everything one could need for a comfortable stay at the beach with an awesome view of the water!!! We even woke up to watch dolphins swimming in the surf! My only issue was there is construction on the house next door. This was only an issue for a few morning and we were compensated for the trouble of being woken up at 7 a.m. the first few days. Overall this place is fantastic and we will definitely be booking it again in the future.

Lovely property to spend the week days working and the evenings/weekend enjoying the beach and surrounding area! Perfect location. Very comfortable for three couples. The property has been updated a bit since the photos and the red bedroom has been painted a more neutral color, thankfully! Surprisingly quiet inside for being just right off the boardwalk. Amazing deck and views, but beware it's suuuuper windy. Would have been great to have some heat lamps ;) Overall I recommend and would rent again!

This property is one of the best properties we have stayed at on Mission Beach. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. We had 4 adults but it is definitely great for a family. We plan on booking it in the future for a family vacation with our daughters family.

This property is in an ideal location with great views the house is very up-to-date and clean and the property managers are very communicative and got back to us on any issues we had in a very timely manner was a great place for us to take a break and centrally located to just about anything you could need. The views from the deck and the upstairs bathroom as well as the living room are absolutely stunning will definitely come back again

My group was a little skeptical not having a beach front, however it is such a short distance it is not even noticeable. The patio at the top has one of the best views for being a house not right next to the beach. The house itself was clean and had numerous amenities that provide a very comfortable stay. Even though the AC wasn't very efficient, San Diego weather is perfect for opening a window and relaxing. The garage makes you feel very safe, so storing your vehicle is load off your mind. There can be some questionable people in the neighborhood however, everyone for the most part is friendly. If you don't mind the walk there are plenty of restaurants and bars just up the road. Overall I would recommend this to anyone for the price and location. We can't wait to come back!

The house is nicely decorated and clean. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants. The upstairs bedroom has fantastic views. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Fast convenient rental experience. Loved the garage too with beach toys, a bike, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The AC, bathrooms, W&D, kitchen appliances all worked great—The only thing we needed was a pitcher for lemonade. Appreciated the high chair, pack and play and child safety gate for the stairs. Thank you for a great trip.

Great location if you're looking to relax and still be steps away from Belmonte Park and PB (Pacific Beach). This location is also very close to the San Diego airport, as well as, downtown San Diego. The unit was clean and well maintained. We will definitely consider this rental the next time we come.

This property was ideal for our group of six adults. The main room had plenty of seating and lots of room for games and meals. Each couple also had their own room and bath! We wish the weather had been better so we could have taken more advantage of the upper deck. We did have one night where we grilled and dined on the deck and another where we just sat out and enjoyed the sunset. It was an ideal location for us. Easy drive downtown or to the airport. Steps from the beach and boardwalk. Nice too that we could walk to the grocery store and to many of the local restaurants! Highly recommend!

Best location on Pacific Beach with great windows and deck for taking in the views

This property is amazing. Just steps to the beach and restaurants. We made several meals in the well stocked kitchen and we were able to walk to great restaurants. The roof top deck has an amazing view and offers a great outdoor eating space with a tabletop fireplace and a large BBQ. We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to fit 2 fairly large vehicles (Honda pilot & jeep rubicon 4 door) into the garage but we got them in with some maneuvering. Having a 2 car garage in this area is not very common and parking anywhere else would be expensive so that’s definitely a bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet. We had a problem on Saturday night with noise until about 4:30 am but all the other nights were quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is perfectly located between MB and PB directly on the beach. Great views from living room and terrace. Place as described. Could be a bit cleaner (a/c vents, sofa for example) and more modern. Nevertheless we had a great time with the family and enjoyed the stay. What I would definitely suggest though are dark curtains in bedrooms as blinds don't make it dark at all.

Perfect for our family of eight. Was great to have panoramic beach and sunset views without the direct noise of the boardwalk.

The property was absolutely amazing! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay. There was plenty of room for my family. The AC worked great too. The large rooftop deck was the best part the entire property. The fire table was also a hit with the kids because they were able to make smores. The garage is a little tight and the washer and dryer are a little outdated but by no means are these complaints. There were plenty of beach items to use in the house as well (toys, chairs etc). We highly recommend this property and will definitely consider staying at this property again.

Beautiful views out front window of pacific ocean, 20 steps away, so we could play in sand, and run on both ocean- and bay-paths. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, including tower room and roof patio, plenty of room for 4.
