We had a great stay in this cosy cottage. It had everything we needed, and heaps of character as well. Four comfortable bedrooms meant we could all have our own space. Two bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped. Host communication was great. Highly recommend!

3 women - each with their own large bedroom . Very happy with our 2 night stay at this lovely cottage in pretty Milthorpe, using it as a base to drive around that region of NSW

This house was very clean and tidy. It had great spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well set up and the living areas were large enough for our family group of 8. The outdoor spaces were beautiful with a lovely garden and plenty of outdoor seating areas. We had a lovely getaway to Millthorpe at this cottage. We really enjoyed the short walk into town past all of the cottages with lovely gardens.

Our family of four loved our stay in this spacious home and its gorgeous garden, within walking distance from beautiful Millthorpe historic area. Joanne’s hospitality is outstanding: we appreciated the gifts and enjoyed relaxing with the games, videos, playground, outdoor seating after a day exploring the region.

This was a great place to stay in Millthorpe. Walk to all the spots in town and a terrific base for our cycling long weekend, especially with the garage for bike storage and games of ping pong.

The house is large & the kitchen well appointed. The beds are comfy with electric blankets if needed. This was our second stay & we will be back next year. A short walk to the main street. Just love it.

We rented two houses in Millthorpe owned by the same people for a group of 12 adults. We all had a wonderful time; the houses were cosy and well equipped and a short stroll to everything in Millthorpe. We are already talking about a trip next year.

Property was fine, however, when stating it has a fireplace, we assumed it was a wood burning fireplace, our only must have, instead a puny plug in electric fake fire, not impressed. Should specify

A fantastic stay in Millthorpe
Joanne’s house was so warm and well equipped for the whole family! We thought winter would be a chilly time but the house was super lovely and cosy.
A little playground out the back for the kids was awesome too.
A fabulous stay, we can’t wait to come again.

Winter escape
Great property and can tell a good thought process must have gone in setting up the place. Warm cosy place with great heaters and electric blankets. Kitchen equipped to the all needed items. Two TVs with plents of DVds and board games to keep children occupied. The entire family enjoyed the place.

Great host, quiet street and amazing property.
We stayed at Joanne's place during Easter school break and we really enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and tidy and Joanne has been an amazing host. The house has decent backyard for kids to run around and play and is in a calm family friendly neighbourhood. Highly recommended!

Great homey stay in Millthorpe
This house is a great place to stay in Millthorpe. We have stayed here before and come back because Kathy always makes sure we are looked after. The house is large enough for multiple families to stay together. We come here for family reunion holidays. The house is well equipped with great sized rooms and comfy big beds and well equipped kitchen. The yard is perfect for the kids to play and run around. Thanks and we look forward to staying again next time

Relaxing stay in a beautiful country town
Spacious home and property with everything you need for a short stay. Could be improved with the addition of an internet/wifi connection, and whilst heating was adequate in spring it might be different in winter. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Lovely 4 day break in Milthorpe
Lovely holiday vibe that reminded me of childhood holidays. Deceptively large and cosy house with lots of varied alone spots to read or just sit indoors or outdoors in the glorious large old fashioned garden. Generous dining spot for large group and comfy beds. Second bathroom with bath great with plenty of hot water.

Warm, comfortable, and convenient
We had a lovely stay at Kathy’s place in Millthorpe. Beds were very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is excellent. The showers were fabulous - water is piping hot. The weather was cold so arriving to a lovely warm house was great. Electric blankets kept us all beautifully cosy too. Good location close to the quaint town of Millthorpe with its variety of shops, cafes and the Royal Hotel (great Saturday lunch) Highly recommended.

Great place for a weekend away.

It was an amazing experience, the place was perfect for our family. There was plenty space for my kids to play.The yard has several fruit laid in trees which was great experience for our kids coming from Sydney. We were presently invited to a yummy chocolate cake and a bottle of sparkling wine.Wifi connection would really help..

Lovely place
We stayed at this cosy and beautiful cottage in Milthorpe. Kathy is a wonderful host and has included everything in the house you can probably ask for. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, has a wonderful coffee machine and many more things. The house has a warm and home-like feel to it, you won’t want to leave. We enjoyed our stay and our puppy was over the moon to play in the lush grass of both front and back yards. Thank you Kathy, we loved it very much!

Loved it alot
The house was beautiful & clean we had a cake on arrival as well 🥰 the only problem I had was the washing machine & dryer both didnt work 😭 & we had a heap of dirty clothes that needed to be done. Everything else was amazing the yard, BBQ two bathrooms.
