Our family stayed in this property for 2 nights during a quick trip to NOTL and the Falls. Overall, it met our needs for a short stay but the property has some opportunities for improvement. Interior was spacious and the kitchen was large and functional. Living area furniture was not particularly comfortable and didn’t have adequate seating for our family. TV’s throughout were strangely small. Exterior maintenance of property was substandard for the price. We sat down on wooden bench on front porch and it fell apart, nearly resulting in us falling to the ground. Siding was green with mildew in spots and deck steps were sunken with missing railing. The pictures are not completely accurate - the futon In upstairs sitting area was not there and chairs in basement were missing. During our stay, the basement flooded resulting in the lower level being unusable and was a significant disruption in our stay. The location was good, with beautiful surrounding homes and short walk to downtown area. It was also nice to have access to garage during rainy weather.

Location was fantastic and house layout was great. Walked in to town daily and easy drive for winery hopping.

Very nice home in quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to Queen Street shops and restaurants. Vwry beautiful area and easy access to many wineries, vistas and of course the falls. Terrific visit.

We loved the property, each had our own room and bathroom. Very pleasant outdoor space. Great location and value. I would definitely return.

This home has a great location and everything you would need.

Recently stayed here for a small family reunion. The house is very large with an ensuite washroom for each bedroom. One room is designed more for children than adults. The living area is large but not too comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful for a group to relax around the island with wine and snacks. I would recommend more wine glasses especially being in wine region. All in all, except for more comfy furniture in the living room, we wouldn’t change a thing. Perfect location to walk to downtown NOTL.

The house was certainly as advertised and was very bright and clean. It was difficult to get the lock box open though

Minimal furniture and adequate amenities. We liked that it was easy to keep track of all of our things and to clean up and leave feeling that we did not leave anything behind.

Overall, very good house. Only things that weren’t ideal were kitchen knives and can opener weren’t great and upstairs bedrooms were quite a bit warmer than the main floor so people using them didn’t benefit from the air conditioning as much as when using the main floor. There was a lot of ongoing construction at the house across the street, but that isn’t the fault of the owner of this house - just a note.

This is a stunning house, with glammed-up features you wish you had at home. We enjoyed having them for a week.

The house is very spacious and well appointed. It's located on a quiet and leafy street close to the heart of town. Everything was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the patios were great for chilling out with a drink. Highly recommend.

This contemporary home was very comfortable, clean and within walking distance of everything - restaurants, Shaw Festival, parks, groceries and all the boutiques and stores. Very quiet historic neighborhood of beautiful homes and gardens. Beautiful place for walks just outside your door!

Very nicely decorated and comfortable roomy house. Many amenities included. Easy check-in. House was as listed. A 5 minute walk to the beautiful town of Niagara-on-the-Lake with little shops and restaurants. Close to most vineyards. We had a great time.

Everything about the property was as described. The outside living area is excellent as it is comfortably shaded. Kitchen well appointed. House impeccably clean. Extra towels available would be appreciated - especially for stays that are longer. Overall an excellent stay and we would come back!!

This was my first getaway since the reopening and it was fabulous! The house was modern, spacious and luxurious. The outdoor patio was perfect for hosting friends. I felt pampered while away. I also really enjoyed the location. I have typically stayed on the other side of town but walking the tree and flower-lined streets everyday into town was lovely. Overall, it was great to be out and about, eating out at restaurants, biking to wineries and visiting the falls, of course! I would definitely recommend staying at this home and will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this bright spacious property. Perfect for our family of five - comfortable beds, en-suite with each bedroom, spacious outdoor area and large functional kitchen. Great location - close to veterans memorial park and Queen street historical district. Would recommend.

My sister and I brought our mother to Canada to visit family she had not seen in over sixty years. The home was lovely and perfect for our visit. NOTL is a beautiful place and we plan to encourage others to visit NOTL and this home.

We were three couples from across Canada having a reunion. The bedrooms in a separate wing was appreciated as staying up late or rising early did not keep anyone awake. The house is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. It had everything we needed when we ate at the house. The kitchen was large enough that most of us could meal prep without getting in each other's way. The location is excellent - within easy walking of downtown. We wished we could have stayed longer.
