Love this floor plan. Can’t go wrong staying here.

This property was absolutely wonderful. The unit was even better in person than it looked in the listing pictures and the location in Princeville was great. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and if we could give it more than 5 stars, we would. There were also several beach accessories available in the garage. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to be back soon!

What a beautiful condo in the heart of Princeville. Very comfortable and very clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Beach/pool towels were available as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They also had beach chairs and we left a few pool floaties, but there already were a few. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had a Grand Cherokee which fit in the garage. Not sure anything bigger would so stay away from an Excursion, although there are visitor spots available. This unit is on the main street through Princeville so there is some road noise, but I wear earplugs so it didn't bother me. Nice view of the golf course from the Master bedroom. Very nice reclining sofa that seats 5-6 comfortably. The pool is about a 3 min walk and is a nice size, as well as the hot tub. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Princeville.

Such a great house! A lot of details that just made our stay amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I would like to give this five stars, but there were some little problems. The directions for the lockbox had a missing number, so we couldn’t get in, and couldn’t contact the owner. We are lucky to get into the garage and then inside. There were places that needed repair, and I’m sure the owners will take care of those in the future. We appreciated the cleanliness, beach necessities including bikes, towels and chairs, and the comfortable air conditioning! I do recommend this lovely condo once the repairs are made.

This condo and entire complex is well kept and beautiful. We had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it for friends and family. Close to golfing and really nice pool and barbecue area.

House and owners were fantastic. Great location if you want to stay close to the North shore and an easy drive to the rest of the island. House was clean, very well stocked, great air condition, and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and Jacuzzi in the evenings definitely would stay here again.

The place was beautiful and very large! Located in a very nice neighborhood. Parking is a little challenging if you are not used to tight corners. Place was very clean but we did have see bugs in the kitchen. The host came and sprayed for us as soon as we reached out about it though. I would recommend staying here!

The townhome is very spacious. Everyone enjoyed having their area to relax. There is a keurig in the kitchen! There are walking trails and a beautiful swimming pool that we never seemed to find time to enjoy.The entire property is beautiful. My entire family loved it. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing time and the place was fantastic. We had everything we needed and Cathy was amazing in helping us. The place was clean and spacious. Location was on the princeville area and its just beautiful there. So much greenery. Fell in love with this place. Loved it so much that it is my dream to retire here now. I would highly recommend this place.

Great locating and beautiful home we will be back

The location was beautiful, clean, and well kept. We had everything we needed. Close to the golf course, walking/jogging areas, scenic views, and close to Hanalei which is where we attended a wedding. It was perfect.

Would stay again in the future.

The property was as expected and more. We loved that it was close to our favorite beach and in walking distance of turtle cove. The property owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family to stay ❤️.

This was a perfect place for 6 Adults and traveling to the beautiful beaches and waterfalls and even got to snorkel with the turtles on the last day. Next time I will bring the family

This townhouse was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. It is located in a quiet neighborhood right across from the golf course. It was a little farther from the beach than we had originally realized. We were able to walk to a beach, but it took a good 30 minutes to do so (would definitely recommend driving!). We really appreciated the availability of a cooler, beach chairs, beach toys, and a shop-vac. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and items we might need (trash bags, a couple of spices, dish detergent, etc) The bathrooms, however, did not have any bath soap, shampoo, or conditioner, which differed from all the vrbos we have stayed at in the past. The listing also eluded to the availability of an electric BBQ, but we couldn't find it anywhere. We went to the pool area and found two gas grills, but neither would light because of the rain. One thing that was a bit off-putting were the interactions we had with the neighbor. Within only 10 minutes of arriving she came outside and told us to not use her hose and that we'd need to be quiet at night because her window is close to ours. We shrugged it off assuming she's probably had bad experiences with past renters. But then the next night (around 6pm) she rang our doorbell and asked that we turn off the light on one of the lanai porches because it was shining into her bedroom. We were using the porch, so we didn't turn it off immediately. She then asked my husband again when he went outside. Super annoying.

Location was fantastic! Great walking paths, beautiful neighborhood, landscaped and clean. The condo was very nice, but could have used a few more helpful things like spices, cocktail glasses, garbage bags, bath soap for the bathrooms and items to use at the beach. Other VRBO's that we have stayed in have always had these things. Also, several lightbulbs needed replaced and the window in the master bedroom was broken. Overall, a nice place just needs an owner's touch.

Everything was as advertised, great place to stay, we would do it again.

The check in/out process was easy and everything was spotless. They even had lots of beach items/coolers to use and a couple of bikes.

We have five adults and the space was perfect for us, waking up to watch the sun rise over the golf course and having all the biking and running trails was ideal. Loved everything about it.

Condo is in a quiet community (except for the Roosters!). Close to shopping, beaches, and excursions. Easy to get to. Kitchen is well stocked and everything was as advertised!

We arrived ready to hit the beach but stopped in our tracks when we took in how beautiful this home is. Not only was it immaculate but it’s beautifully decorated and furnished. It has all the things a family needs to have a easy and comfortable stay.

This Princeville property was perfect for our family of 4! We loved the size of the condo and how clean it was. There was plenty to do near by with a good variety of activities just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!!
