Coffee machine would be great addition to this excellent apt.

We liked it was close enough to the centre. It was quite large to be honest for what we needed. We thought it had air-conditioning as we'd read it had heating this was our mistake. It was extremely hot in the home and really didn't cool till dark. We loved how it stated it had a coffee machine but a percolator is not a coffee machine & no coffee to go with it. For travellers we didn't have ground coffee on hand. This is a cool self contained apartment if you we're staying longer and wanting to cook at home. For ourselves we just wanted a room for the night so it was ok. Make sure to pack toilet paper as you only get 1 roll and no spare paper anywhere. So luckily we had a roll in the car for our road trip.

Very clean, comfortable apartment. There is everything what you need for a comfortable stay - the beds, the bedding were of high quality.

(January) House was very cold when we arrived. I slept with clothes on.

Everything was nice, it is not a hotel is just a house and the good thing is that you have the opportunity to see a traditional house. Ann was really helpful. The house is not far away fro the castle but you have to walk 10 minutes but is nice walk!

Ann didn’t speak English even the basic so you need a google translator, however she was ready for all.

Very friendly family owners there are two rooms and one kitchen for your usage.

Smooth meet up for picking up the keys and the owner let us up to leave our luggage and get the keys before check-in time. There's private parking, which is great. The apartment is huge with with two bathrooms and all the amenities that we need for cooking, etc. It's a 30 minute walk to Florence city center, otherwise there's a bus that can be taken (we didn't do it).

Excellent sized apartment for family of 4 up 2 flights of shallow stairs. Rooms are very big with lovely traditional furnishings throughout. Long balcony available. Apartment was presented beautifully clean. Host was very friendly and provided a good introduction to the apartment, ensuring we were familiar with it and offered helpful info to visit centre of San Gimignano, which was just a 10 minute walk (uphill but not too strenuous) from apartment. Parking was available immediately outside of property. A local festival was taking place nearby which we enjoyed after evening in San Gimignano. Highly recommended.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Everything was smooth. The location is convenient - less than 10 minutes walk to San Gimignano city. There is parking available just outside the apartment which is a bonus.

Nice, authentic italian, large apartment,with balcony and free local parking spots. We enjoyed our stay and it's very close to take a walk to beautiful San Gimignano city.

The owner was very kind. Available parking places near the building. The flat was very clean, well furnished, with two big double rooms, a kitchen and a balcony. It takes 12-15 min walk to the center.
