Outstanding time at the house. Great location and the house had everything that we needed. Gas grill and a Fire pit that we used a couple of nights. Second time there and planning on returning.

Very nice, roomy rental with wonderful features. Best things about the house are the short picturesque walk to Circuit Avenue, the number of bathrooms and the beautiful outdoor back and front yards. Enjoyed my stay at the house and would use it again. Thanks Carrington.

This Oak Bluffs home is lovely. It is well-appointed, with everything needed to enjoy your Martha's Vineyard vacation, from comfortable furniture to kitchen necessities to board games to beach chairs. The owner, Carrington, is responsive to questions, and provides great recommendations for activities and restaurants.

House was just as described, with a very cute back porch that we relaxed on. We honestly didn't spend a ton of time on the house, more out and about enjoying the island. The only odd thing we found was the bathtub on the front porch, but other than that it was a very nice house and stay. Thank you!

Our family enjoyed spending time together, and with friends, at this nice home on MV in the East Chop area. When we weren’t traveling up island or to Edgartown, we very much enjoyed the short walk to Circuit and jetty beach, as well as quick drive to Vineyard haven. We stayed here for a family wedding. The location was perfect, a very quiet street in September, you can walk to Oak Bluffs or an easy bike ride. The owner was easy to communicate with, he sent me a welcome text the morning of check-in (first time an owner did that) and later that first day, we wanted to play corn-hole but couldn't find the bean bags. He suggested a locked closet and they were there. Very responsive and even at check-out I had a question and he responded within minutes. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you would need. Would stay again if I had a big group, we had 5 adults.

Carrington was a dream to work with and communicated with us every step of the way. He even had extra pillows and blankets delivered right to our door. Five-star service at its best. Neighborhood was quiet & situated just a short distance off of one of the island’s main roads. House is spacious & easily accommodated our large group with its 4 bedrooms & expansive basement space. The 3 full bathrooms & the other with only the standalone tub was extremely convenient for a big group & helped avoid competing for showers after long days on the beach. The multiple dining areas, inside & out, made it a great spot to dine in & avoid having to go out for meals constantly with such a large group. Large back deck with grill for cooking out accommodated our group for multiple meals at home.Living room space, basement & back deck provided excellent areas for relaxing & watching TV. Front porch provided a nice quiet spot to hangout & the yard provided a decent space for children to play.The multiple AC units throughout the home are a nice convenience & given the average temperature during our stay was in the high 80’s to low 90’s, the AC was able to sufficiently keep the entire home quite comfortable.Would suggest guests bring extra towels as they were limited, however the onsite washer & dryer allowed us to be assured of having clean towels at all times. All in all is a great & highly recommended spot for large groups or families looking to take in all that the Vineyard has to offer in a comfortable, spacious & well located home on the island. This was our third stay in this house and it is always fabulous. The location is perfect within walking distance to a great beach and Oak Bluffs center. Carrington, the owner/manager, was incredibly responsive and always made sure our questions/requests were addressed. We loved our stay and hated to leave.

The property was nice, the owner was very accommodating, and we could walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We came for a wedding and found the house worked well for the seven of us who shared it. It would have worked well for one more couple since there was a sofa bed in the basement that we did not even need. All we needed to do was pick up personal items and food for our stay, and that was all available in a 5 minute drive from the house.

Very good property. The layout was completely amenable to the 9 of us. Master bedroom was really nice with a small office and a nice bathroom. Other rooms were comfortable and sizable enough for 2 each. Yard was decent for some bocce and cornhole but not big enough for our badminton net. Gas grill was on its last legs but worked overall. Full bath on main floor is a tub with no shower, but there are 4 other showers including the outdoor shower. Carrington reaches out before our stay, as well as after some bad weather that hit the cape and islands. Overall, we were really satisfied - had great meals, great cocktails, great sleep, and easy access to OB, East Chop, and VH. We would all happily return.

The house was perfect. We had a big group so used all 5 bedrooms including the basement pull out sofa and the fact that there were 4 bathrooms made it all so easy for such a big group to be living together. The outdoor patio in the back was perfect for all meals and just hanging around and the outdoor shower was a good size and very convenient to use. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet but was also only a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and oak bluffs. Carrington the manager was really helpful and easy to work with and always responded to our many emails promptly and was always friendly and courteous. We loved the house and will be back next year.

We recently visited the island for a girls trip to celebrate my birthday. This was a very nice property and was perfect for our occasion! The property was the perfect size for our group and was very clean inside and out. The location was great, and was accessible to everything we needed. The customer service provided by the owner, Carrington, was excellent! He made the checkin/check out process very easy and comprehensive. He also recommended many services on the island, which were very helpful to our group during our stay. I would be happy and look forward to staying at this property again when returning to Martha's Vineyard.

My wife, mother, daughter and son all stayed at this home for 3 nights after my son's graduation from law school. It was a fabulous location for us. The home is very warm and welcoming and it makes you want to relax and spend time together. It is easy to walk into town or down to the beach near the yacht club. Very inviting rockers on front porch as well as large deck and backyard on the other side. The house is very comfortable and it is a great place to just hang out. The washer and dryer in the basement are an added bonus if you pack too light. The house was far larger than we needed, but we had a fabulous time. We rented a car, after some debate, and are glad that we did as it is difficult for my mother to walk long distances. There is also quite a bit to see and do if you are inclined to see the rest of the island and having a car makes that easier.

I stayed in this lovely home the last weekend of any real tourism in MV. Matter of fact, most shops were starting to close for the season but we were looking to experience the island, have some down time and enjoy the home so it was still a perfect vaca. The house is spacious and beautiful. We didnt really access or use the basement which had a full bathroom and bed and recreation space because we were all comfortable in the main level space. Everything was clean and orderly. We had one small snafu of a very loud freezer but the owner was contacted and had it repaired within the day and it did not disrupt our stay at all. The owner was exceptionally responsive and the on island care appeared immediately. The master bathroom is beautiful and as pictured. The sitting room in the master bedroom provides a calming space to read and get relaxation. There were 2 senior adults with us and 4 additional middle age adults other than myself. Everyone had adequate space to spread out and be comfortable. The house was equipped with a bar area and games and it was just a pure joy. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would most definitely stay again. Each room had individual heating/cooling systems and that was a plus also. I truly enjoyed my stay
