Excellent unit, really nice place to stay and great reviews are all true, ski shuttle picks you up and drops you off literally at the front door, 5 full bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms, outdoor hot tub and nightly ping pong tournaments in heated garage, 6 burner Viking stove for cook in the group, excellent communication with Jon the manager, book with confidence!

Our group consisted of adults, teens and children. The house was immaculate! We could walk to the hill and many other restaurants close by. The hot tub was a game changer at the end of a long day of skiing. Kids loved the pool table and ping pong table! They could also walk to the pool. Property manager, John, made sure we were taken care of and responded quickly when needed. We used a grocery delivery service (Grocery Mom of Steamboat) and our fridge was full upon arrival! We could shuttle into the resort or into town anytime we wanted. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was perfect for our extended family. We had a great time in Steamboat. We only had one small problem with the heat, and the house manager was very prompt in helping fix the issue. The hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were enjoyed by several family members. The large dining table was perfect for meals and playing games. Also, the shuttle system picked up right outside the home and took us anywhere we wanted to go. Very close to the base for skiing. We had a great time!

We were impressed from the start. John (property manager) could not have been more helpful. The whole experience felt like we were being welcomed by friends instead of renting a condo. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Convenient to thr mountain on foot or by shuttle and a great place to relax if you’re not skiing.

Beautiful, clean accommodations in Steamboat for girls annual ski trip. Spacious layout, fully equipped home with quality appliances and accommodations. The hot tub on the deck, was a welcoming plunge after a hard day of skiing. Ping pong table and pool table added entertainment. Front door shuttle service made getting to ski area and downtown a breeze!

Loved hot tub, salt water pool, shuttle to any destination. Excellent responsiveness of property manager.

We do ski trips every year and the powder house tops all other places that we have stayed. We walked to the slopes (with 4-5 year olds), took the private shuttle anywhere we wanted which was very convenient. The three levels of the house were all immaculate and updated and allowed for 4 families to stay very comfortably. Grocery, restaurants all within 1-2 blocks. If we could stay here every year when we come we would, outstanding house!

This place was a great for our sibling gathering with a wide range of kids. Well appointed, convenient location, and easy check-in/check out. Would book this place again!

Overall great stay. Only complaint was that gym on property was open to owners only...If we can stay in their homes, we should be able to work out in their gym. Everything else was great and John the property manager is fantastic.

Close to slopes and the shuttle is a wonderful amenity. Arrive and drive no more.

We absolutely loved this property for our annual ski trip. Everything was clean, perfect location, extremely well managed, great shuttle service and the perfect size space for our group. When (not if) we come again we will be sure to book this property!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We had a chance to spend a week at this wonderful house. Very clean, large living/kitchen area and bathroom in each room. Jon the property manager, gave us a complete personal tour of all the amenities. Free shuttle service, on demand! New brewery opened the week we were there as well. Perfect!!

This house is as described and better. There were 11 of us (all 21+) staying here. Plenty of comfortable room and bathrooms for everyone. Great for skiers and non- skiers as well. Shuttle stops right at the front door. House manager and homeowner were excellent to work with. Super clean, well stocked, gourmet kitchen, 2 fireplaces, pool table, ping pong table, hot tub on the unit deck and also next to the heated community pool, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, floor heating so the house is always warm and comfy. Walking distance to the base of the mountain, although there is an equally accessible and easy shuttle through the whole resort. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at the powder house!

Powder House was the perfect place for our vacation! The home’s hot tub on the deck was wonderful and used every day! The property owner was responsive answering questions prior to our trip and the property manager was amazing regarding check-in and answering questions! The shuttle was perfect for getting is around! Would definitely recommend this property!

The home was everything we expected. Fantastic location. We had a really great vacation.

This condo was spacious, well planned, and comfortable for our family group of 11. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms so that all could have space and privacy. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need, so we did some meals at home as well as trying new restaurants. The condo complex was beautiful and quiet with green space and parking . We loved the pool and hot tub; our kids splashed and played every day. Jon, the property manager, was wonderful. He was always available and fixed any small issues immediately. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Highly recommend this property, one of my favorites! Walking distance to gondola, shuttle system was fast and easy to use, the house was perfect for 4 couples. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Loved the fireplaces, hot tub, pool table and ping pong table. Really a wonderful house and hope to come back again soon!

Great way to start the summer and get away during pandemic! This beautiful home was very comfortable for 4 couples.....all bedrooms were lovely and have own bathrooms, comfortable living spaces, pool table was lots of fun and kitchen/dining areas were awesome for great meals in! Although the pool was not open, we enjoyed the hot tub! Property manager John was very helpful and dealt with a few issues right away. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Property was awesome. 5 minute walk to the gondola. Shuttle service was great to take us into town. Slept a group of 10 guys easy.

The property is described as being steps from the gondala. This would be accurate if your steps would around 200m each. It is a difficult walk and is wrongly described on VRBO. we always needed shuttle transportation as a result. The shuttle company was great. The house was unclean (I have children and they pick up everything from the floor) and the property manager was rude and aggressive. There was a particularly disappointing incident on check out when he turned up at our door demanding we vacate the property at 10am as the owner was arriving. This was despite notification from VRBO that checkout was not needed until 4pm (a notification which we shared with him). He failed to apologize and entered the house where I was alone with two small toddlers demanding we leave before the cleaners arrived. I indicated his manner was threatening and asked him to leave at which he laughed at me. My husband then returned and was also confronted by him. We left the property shortly after with the help of a shuttle driver who helped us load up all our stuff. The driver witnessed the property manager and apologized profusely for our terrible treatment. So big thumbs up to resort shuttle and thumbs down to the powder house. There are plenty of preferable accommodation options closer to the slopes that would avoid the property manager.

We loved this house, which suited our two families with a total of 6 teenage kids perfectly. Well equipped, comfortable bedrooms, a short walk to the Gondola--what's not to love? Plus the property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive. Book it!

The condo was the perfect home base for our trip. With six adults and four kiddos the size was just right. The furnishings and everything on the property were refined but still had that comfortable home feeling. Location was great, we walked each morning to the Gondola. John, our on site point of contact was already wonderful. Not only did he make sure we were settled in to the condo but he also made himself available for a special delivery made to the house while our group was out skiing. I would definitely recommend this condo to all family and friends.

Very comfortable house spread over 3 floors. Loaded with games, hot tub, sound system and kitchen loaded with accessories. The living area is very spacious. Shuttle to town (slopes or anywhere) was terrific. Property manager (John) was very easy to work with.

We loved our stay at Powder House. We wouldn't change a thing!

Our family of 9 stayed at this home for a week. John - the property manager - greeted us and showed us around the home. He was always on call for any needs that we had - which were few since the house was so great. A short, beautiful pathway walk to the gondola and restaurants within walking distance around the square. A shuttle consistently runs so no need for a car rental! The kitchen was more well stocked than mine at home - and all the basics were provided which was a bonus treat! Everyone slept great and the home served us well - ping pong, pool, large TVs for good football watching and a table that fit all of us for long meals! The community hot tub was awesome too. Book now!!!

Our group could not have been happier with the accommodations, the house was in perfect condition and we truly enjoyed our stay! Can't wait to return to the Powder House!
