What a relaxing week! The house was very clean, had plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc, a garage full of beach toys, carts, umbrellas and you will not find a better pool and slide for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I had written the property manager over a week ago but never got a reply so I am writing here. Overall we really enjoyed the trip and especially the location. The house was good but in thinking back for the fee we paid for 2 weeks there can be improvement. When we checked in the overwhelming smell of disinfectant caused us to have to open all the doors ands windows to fumigate the home and the floor had a film all over it, we had to wipe it down with wet towels. It is as if the cleaning crew simply mopped the floor with Lysol and not diluted it We told the managers but no one offered to come out and redo the floors, we did get a mop we asked for and re did the floors ourselves Also its the little things that matter. While I know these homes are constantly rented, they do need some downtime to fix the little things. The sinks were clogged and slow running which they did come out and fix. The in-suite bathroom upstairs shower floor was in need of a new grout job as it was dark with mold in the floors of the shower. Our first night when we went to bed there were no top sheets made on the bed, so we went to get one and the cleaning team had placed them back in the closet damp. The beach towels are great but the bath towels have seen their shelf. Life and could use to be replaced, they were fairly bare The bed in one of the upstairs bedroom is advertised as a king but it is 2 twins pushed together on a king mattress. The umbrella at the pool, not the one in the pool has no way to secure it and flops around in the wind , thus it really provided no shade The beach chairs and umbrella are a nice plus but should be checked and replaced every now and then as all the stands for the umbrella to place in the sand were not functional. All the fans in the bedrooms certainly worked but you can see the dirt on the fans, just not a nice site to lie there and view as you lie in bed. Overall it is a great house and a great location but it is disappointing to pay so much money and have these little things lurk over you in the vacation So as I said its the little things that gnaw at you while on vacation. Improve these things and all is great. I think the management team can do a better job in maintaining the home in support of the folks that pay these rates for the vacation

This house is perfect in every way OTHER than the beds and bedding. Super uncomfortable and the thin pillows and bedding were awful. BUT, I’ll just bring my own next time. Backyard is literally an oasis. Stunning. House is gorgeous and clean. Walk to the beach is a breeze. Loved it!!!!

We have stayed on AMI 3to 4 years in a row. Every year our party gets bigger and every year we need a bigger house. This house was perfect for 12. Very roomy would stay there again for sure.

This is an awesome property. It is prettier than the pictures. The outdoor area is like having your own personal resort. We loved the pool and even though our family was ages 20-79 the majority of us loved the slide. Having 2 king ensuite rooms downstairs is great when you have older adults staying. A total of 4 king rooms with 3 ensuite is awesome. Our only complaint would be the bikes and beach supplies. Out of the 5 bikes only 2 were in working order. It was not a big deal for us but we would have enjoyed them. We did appreciate all the beach towels. There was an issue with the dishwasher and they had someone out within 30 min on a Saturday. Overall this house is great and you cannot go wrong staying here. Looking forward to our next stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The house was clean and modern and the backyard pool and patio were truly like a resort. My teens loved it so much that I had a hard time getting them to leave the back yard and go to the beach! We had a hurricane pass by while we were there and the response and communication by the property manager, Emma, was excellent. We had a few bug issues as is common in a tropical locale which we were able to handle on our own. Would definitely return!

My wife, four children (11, 8, 7, 4), and I hadn't been to AMI previously, but the island this house were great! House is a couple short blocks to the beach. A few parking spots for cars and golf carts at entry, but not enough so to make it crowded. Everything is a quite bike or golf cart ride away that you'd need, but yet far enough that you don't have any of the associated noise. The accommodations were are stated and the water slide was a huge hit with the kiddos! Garage is loaded with kayaks, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach cart which was very convenient! Also nice touch to have beach/pool towels there...one less thing to pack! Highly recommend this home and AMI in general! We'll be back for sure!

This house was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach, very clean and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

As advertised. Very pleased with the location and amenities that were included.

Fit our family of 10 perfectly. We cooked at home daily with entire family. All are together. A short walk to beach and trolly stop. Had everything you needed!!

House is as described. Does have some minor maintenance things that need to be addressed. Location is ok, about a 6 minute walk to the entrance of the beach. They should look to change the beach cart to one with much larger sand tires as the current cart is a bit difficult to haul through the sand. The pool area is great. The in-pool umbrella is the spot to be in. Had a couple of minor issues come up during our stay (BBQ ran out of propane and pool slide stopped working) and the property manager had them addressed very quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My family spent a week at this property in July & it was perfect for our needs. There were 7 of us, 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 11 and 8). The house was set up perfectly for our needs, the kids LOVED the bunkhouse and the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed for dining at "home." And the location, 2.5 blocks from the beach can not be beat. Highly recommend & hope to stay again in the future!

We loved this home- the back deck is fantastic, the pool is amazing, and the house is beautifully done and a great layout. I wouldn’t change a thing!

We rented this house for four couples and it worked out great with four king beds and four baths. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. Spent a lot of time on the outside deck as well and enjoyed having an outside refrigerator for beverages. Plenty of room and seating throughout the entire house. Although we don’t cook meals while on vacation, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed if you did choose to cook. We hope to book this same home for future trips to Anna Maria! Nine of us stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. As nice as the pictures were, the home was even prettier in person! It was very spacious and laid out well. The pool was a highlight for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect Beach Home for all ages. Tastefully decorated with lots of space for everyone. The pool and decks are ideal for families and couples alike. Easy walking distance to the beach. Every amenity. Enjoy!!!!

This property was amazing for our stay. The house is absolutely gorgeous! Very clean with many essentials. The outdoor space was great! Loved the patio with outdoor sink and TV. The pool was wonderful with the waterfall and water slide. The only downfall was the water temp. Very warm and we couldn’t figure out the heater for the pool. A small manual for pool controls would have been nice but hey it’s Florida and it gets hot! Emma our property manager was very attentive when needs arrived. She responded to us within 20 minutes on a Saturday to ensure our needs were met! Extremely close beach access and the house has everything you need to have a fun time at the beach! AMI is a great place to vacation, we will definitely be back.

Long week end with family. Six Adults and four kids ages 6, 3 and 2 yr old twins. Great property. Wonderful pool that the children loved as well as the adults! Great location. Will book again.

The layout of the home was perfect with two bedrooms on the main floor, required few stairs to climb for the older folks. Four rooms had a king bed which made sleeping so comfortable. The interior decor of the home was fabulous. Thank you for sharing this home with our family.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7adults and 4 children (ages 4, twin 19 mo olds, and a 1 year old). The house was beautiful and the pool was perfect for both family time and adult time during naps! Loved the location to some great dining spots and the fish market was outstanding. House is amazing. Pool is amazing. Kids loved the slide and preferred that to the beach. But if beach if your thing, it's just 3 blocks away. The bunk area is open (no door) but wasn't a huge issue for us. Check in was a breeze. Loved that they ask you to donate unused food instead of throwing away because that was always the worst part of the week...so wasteful. Book it. You won't regret it.

Great place and very accommodating! We had problem with the DVD player and a new one was shipped to us within the first couple days. House has everything you need and the pool is amazing!
