The house was incredible and much larger than the pictures showed. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The property is wonderful. The house was very clean and completely stocked with anything you could need. The pool was amazing…not in full sun, so some shady spots exist for those who can’t be in the sun all day. There were beach chairs, yard toys, and anything else you might want for a beach vacation. Travel to Indian Rocks beach was about 10 minutes by car. Great beach and nice restaurants there. Grocery store was an easy walk/very short drive. This is really a perfect place for families looking for a great getaway!

Awesome & Wow, everything and more as described!! This property is set up for Family, Guest & Friends. It is maintained with love. The proximity to Beaches, Restaurants and downtown St. Pete, afford its guest with an abundance of fun possibilities. Although I've never met Dale or Cindy, it's obvious they care about their guest & the comfort of their stay. If this property is available, there should be no hesitation in booking. The home was beautiful. The layout was great and the home was provided with everything you could think of. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had as well as give advice on some places to visit. The driving distance to the local beaches was very close as well as a lot of good shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants the space for your vacation and access to a private pool. The pool is heated, however I’m not sure it was working while we were there as it was cold but the size is great and the outdoor patio space was used by us very well.

We had a great time at this home. It was stocked with everything we could have needed and then some. The owners were very easy to get a hold of when we had questions. The house set up was fantastic. The home is within close distance to several beaches. We even took a short drive to the Tampa Zoo one day. Only downfall was the pool was cold. I am not sure if the heater was not working or if it’s because of the temperatures when we were there. Aside from that I would recommend this house to anyone looking for space and access to a private pool.

Our hosts were so kind and helpful. The property was everything described and more! We stayed with our 3 boys ages 5 and under and they had a blast. Plenty to do without bringing a single toy.

Long overdue on writing this review. We stayed here end of June into July this past summer (2022). House was impeccably clean, and provided every amenity we could have asked for. The house itself was incredible, and very well laid out for our family (Myself, my wife, and 2 kids). The pool was beautiful and spotless, being cleaned halfway through our stay. The location of the property left us very well situated to explore and do everything we wanted to, from Madeira Beach, John’s Pass, Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens, Clearwater Area, and Sand Key beach and park. We had every intention of booking this rental again for this coming summer, but unfortunately that’s where we have run into the only drawback I can think of regarding this property. When attempting to book for 2023, we found the total cost for the exact same week to be grossly higher than last year. I understand a lot has changed with the world lately, but doubling the cost in the 7 or 8 months since we booked for this past year is unreasonable. As much as we loved this property, and would have loved to make this our yearly destination, the sheer principle of doubling the cost will have us looking elsewhere for the future. And to make matters worse, this is now the 3rd attempt at posting this review because they have been blocking it until I filtered information or censored certain, very relevant information, to their liking. Makes me no longer trust their review system as a reliable guidance when booking a rental.

I really enjoyed my weekend in Largo. The house was very nice. I really enjoyed the heated pool. Would definitely recommend.

The home is a little outdated in places and on a main road, but really a nice stay overall. Even if I had kids with me, the house is set back from the main road with a pull-around driveway and would be safe. Location is down the road from Publix and across from a golf course. We didn’t head to the beach, so I don’t know about proximity. The flooring in the kitchen is a little deteriorated and the backyard grass a little tall to play in, but the pool was refreshing and the patio was enjoyable. Beds were fine. The owners were easy to reach and accommodating. We happened to be there right before Hurricane Ian and they were willing to work with us if we needed shelter for a longer time. I would recommend if you’re looking to visit people in the area

The decor of the house was gorgeous, with every room having its own look but still fitting the overall theme. The yard was incredible, with beautiful flowers and game spaces surrounding a gorgeous lanai and covered pool. The location was easy to get to and the front circular drive was fairly private and hidden from view. It was easy to get to the beach and to major streets. The house was welcoming and comfortable for adults and kids alike, and very well appointed. I was very happy to stay here and would gladly stay here again.

This was the first time visiting the west coast of Florida with my husband and daughters. It had a very relaxed vibe, beautiful beaches, and everyone was so friendly. The home was spacious and clean. The outdoor space was serene, beautiful and relaxing. We spent our evenings outside and the pool was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable too! Overall, we had a very relaxing stay.

What a breath of fresh air to be in a place that feels like home and in a part of town that is quiet and pedestrian friendly, yet close to all the perks of the beach life. The house was so beautiful and well supplied that we wanted for nothing. The house is set up for all kinds of relaxing, from board games, reclining for movie night, swinging outside in their garden, swimming, and more. The kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of pots, pans, blenders, cutting boards, lots of silverware, etc. The bathrooms were a good size, well vented, and the host even had complementary soaps. We didn't have any rainy days on our trip, but if we had, a day in this house would still feel like a vacation!

Excellent property inside and out will definitely stay again . Can’t say how much we enjoyed our trip.

Lots of room to spread out for our family of 5. Easy location to get to Indian Rocks beach and Clearwater beach. Enjoyed the backyard pool in the evenings. Grocery store nearby that was very handy. So nice to have the beach supplies to play in the sand.

Stop looking and stay here! Property impeccably clean. Feels like a family home and has literally everything a family needs. Baby items, arm floats, pool toys, plenty of dishes and glasses. Beach cart, chairs, separate toys for sand use, umbrellas, coolers. Fabulous heated pool with plenty of comfortable outdoor space. Huge backyard for kid’s to explore. Publix 2 mins away and Indian rocks beach 10 mins from public access. Owners were extremely responsive and catered to all of our requests. Thank you for helping our family make such happy memories together!

We had a family gathering at the house and it was a perfect house for this. We really enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything that we needed.

Very well appointed large 3 bed bungalow and filled with a large collection of kitchen/cookery items along with a very well stocked collection of kids games/toys etc. It also had a very generous sized garden again filed with plenty of activity for young children which we appreciated along with a firepit. Nice swimming pool which we could not use due to cold weather and cold water.

Our recent week 's stay in November was our first visit to this home and we certainly plan on returning. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and stated. The pool was heated, well maintained and a cleaning crew visited once during our week to check that all was OK. The kitchen is well equipped which was nice as we dined out only a couple of nights. And there is a wonderful Publix grocery store just a few blocks away. The owners leave a 3-ring binder Visitors Guide with suggestions for the many attractions and things to do, plus menus to numerous nearby restaurants. Thankfully, they included directions to beach parking (only about 2-miles away) so our one visit to Indian Rocks Beach was easy to do. It's a long beach with beautiful sand and endless ocean to the horizon. The back yard is a real bonus, especially if you have children in your party. Tampa's International airport is less than a 1/2-hour's drive away and the Clearwater/St. Pete airport is even closer. We had a very pleasant and memorable stay!

It's really a nice house. It feels more like you are staying at a relatives place - lots of character, and really everything you would need (kids toys, kids pool toys, Pack 'n' play, high chair, baby monitors, beach gear, fully stocked kitchen utensils, etc). Plenty of room for a family of four. Could probably accommodate another family and have plenty of room. Very close to the beach (Indian Rocks Beach). Which is much more low key than Clearwater Beach (close to that too if you're looking for that vibe as well). Overall a really nice stay!

This house was perfect for our family vacation, the pool was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the overall house turned out to be larger than we expected. It had a fire pit out back which was a surprise and got good use. The house is very close to the beach and with Publix just down the road you don't have to go far for anything. We would use this home again if we had plans to be in the area. Thank you for everything.

This property was very hospitable and perfect for family with teens. The pool, lanai, and backyard for volleyball and badminton, were ideal for time at home. The property felt safe and was a short distance from anything we could need (grocery stores, Target, even a great surf shop) or want (the beaches, restaurants, activities along the shoreline.

Nice home, nice location. Easy access. Smooth communication. Lots of space and a beautiful, large pool, too! Would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was so surprisingly spacious! There was room for everyone without stepping on toes. Kitchen was stocked (we cooked two of three nights). House was wonderfully decorated. We loved that the master was on one side of the house and the two other bedrooms were on the other side! The pool is AMAZING (with all the toys you can imagine), and we spent hours in it. Even better were the pool area that provided space for relaxing out of the sun. The spacious backyard with swings (including a beautiful tire horse swing) was a hit with the 5-year old. The house is one minute from Publix and just minutes from beach access. This is a real gem (especially for families with young children)!

Our overall experience was very pleasant. The beach is a short 3 minute drive away, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. We all enjoyed the pool which was properly maintained. The pool is sheltered from the blazing sun by the beautiful large trees surrounding the property. Despite the owners mother and father both being in the hospital at the time we rented, they we’re readily accessible to us and any need that we may have had. The home is well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. There are bikes in the garage, along with chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for the beach. We will definitely rent here again!
