Great locationa and easy access to all Cosmopolitan pools and services. Room could use some updating. Kitchen could be better stocked. All in all very good.

This condo was awesome for a 9 night stay in Vegas, had everything we needed. Nice and clean & whilst being set back from the strip was a easy stroll down to the action. felt safe at all times. Added bonus were the BBQ's out by the pool and easy access to the Cosmo casino floor. Fridge was a little small but we made do. Having access to full kitchen was great for such a long stay. Wifi was a bit ordinary, I had to do some work while there and the connection wasn't the greatest, but I had a US sim card so could hot spot no problems. Bed was super comfy & the included parking saved us a fortune! Little tricky to find but once you do it is easy. Plenty of included coffee & creamer & toiletries. Will definately stay here again when I next visit Vegas from Australia. Bought a couple of items that we left behind ... hope the next people enjoy the sharper knives in the kitchen :)

Talk about being right in the heart of things. You could not get a better location or set up in my opinion. My wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly and the staff were amazing to work with. I would stay here again for sure.

This property was location perfect. The bathroom is in the main bedroom for those with companions on the sofa bed. It could use a good deep cleaning but had everything we needed and was updated nicely and gave 3 of us plenty of room. We would for sure stay here again.

They say it’s all about the location and this place definitely has it. Between Bellagio and Cosmopolitan and has entrance into Cosmopolitan. However there was a mix up or no communication that we were gonna check in which scared the crap that we would be spending Christmas on the street. Not a great feeling but VRBO was able to contact host and then we were able to check in. The shower had some hot water issue so please be careful but we made do. There is water pressure issue in the kitchen faucet sink but we didn’t use it very much. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Some noise issue from being in lower floor from outside but can’t help that. Property itself could you use an update but otherwise clean and host is very communicative. I appreciate that.

This was the perfect place for our Vegas trip! We would definitely stay again!

First off, I'd like to say great communication from the host. The room was as described in the listing. You do get a view of the side of the Bellagio, also across the road of Paris and their Eiffel Tower Very close to the elevator and had no issues accessing the Chelsea Pool at The Cosmopolitan. Location is great. Literally less than 5 minutes from room to the Cosmo, or the strip

The condo is in a great location and easy to access. There were two of us staying and had plenty of room. All amenities were as described. Check in was easy, as was parking. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our Billy Idol weekend. Cosmo is awesome, but The Jockey Club tamed the hassle and bustle of Las Vegas night life. We love the location to Las Vegas Blvd. & the ease of access Cosmo amenities.

Awesome location! It was great to have the convenience of a condo (kitchen, etc) and you are right in between the bellagio and the cosmopolitan. It took some help to find the check in desk/security office, but other than that it was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

My stay was great. Perfect spot with easy access to everything. Room is as described. Comfortable bed. I’d strongly recommend this place to anyone. Only nitpicky complaint would be that a new iron and ironing board is needed. I was in town for a conference and needed to iron clothes each day. I was able to make it work, but they both should be replaced.

It was in the middle of The Strip, a lot of food options nearby. Great shopping, exploring was easy, highly recommend!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for a get away! We were in town for a wedding at the Bellagio and this was perfect distance from the big main stream traffic of the cosmo. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 10 nights - perfect place, very spacious and clean, being centre strip it is close to most of the things we wanted to do. A couple of comments: * The "mood lighting" is great if it is only a couple, but there needs to be an easy way to turn it off if you have someone sleeping on the couch ( we did find the switch in the cupboard ) * The bathub is very slippery and could do with a rubber bathmat to help prevent accidents

The location is PRIME! It's in the center of the stripe. The condo was as stated in the description. How you enter the condo is a little confusing especially from the casino. Other than that is was prefect and if I visit the area again this condo will be my first choice.

We were looking for an idea to do something before the holidays and thought Las Vegas would be fun. This spot was right in the middle of the strip in between the Bellagio and the Cosmopolitan. It’s a little over a mile walk to the north or the south of the strip.

It looks amazing on the VRBO website, but it was a terrible experience. At check in, we were informed by security that the previous renter had damaged the pullout couch and the cleaning person was still onsite. We headed to the room to discover the couch was not usable and they had removed the mattress. We could not sit on the couch. The cleaner never left until 5:15 pm. The picture shows a nice glass coffee table, there is no coffee table, the chairs for the kitchen table are steel white chairs, not what is shown in the picture. We removed our shoes when entering the condo to discover that the floor was disgustingly dirty, our socks were ruined by the filth of the floor. At this time we decided to clean all the dishes by hand because we looked in the utensil draw to find food particles and long brown hair in it. It was disgusting. The dishwasher was still full of dishes from the previous renter when we arrived and was broken. We never used it all week. We took a paper towel and wiped the floor and it was black. The bathroom door has a fist punch mark in it, the bathtub a chip in the base of the tub, the walk in closet light switch is broken. The curtain rod was falling off the wall. The previous renter had locked the safe and the cleaning staff did not know how to reset the combination lock, therefore they gave us the manual key to use to lock and unlock the safe. The next morning our first full day of vacation we spent 3 hours cleaning this place. I contacted our host Jason, his response was "this is a high traffic rental and we should expect this". He gave me a $100 refund for our troubles. I can live with a broken couch, but a I can't live with a dirty condo. Not what you see in the picture.

We rented for 8 nights and for this length there are something’s could be better as bigger refrigerator, more clean towels. Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken. The sofa bed also may need a mattress replacement. Great location for sure.
