The location is perfect, the new fit out is great and the kitchen has everything you require. washing machine excellent. Having a lift is a godsend. The host along with his wonderful Dad were excellent in communicating. The front of the building is in need of updating BUT that does not affect your stay at all. Your onto the promenade and beach in seconds !! Grt for solo or a couple.

I have nothing negative to say. It is as described.

An ideal studio for a couple who wants to enjoy all the charm of the French Riviera, at reasonable costs. The studio is very well equipped and maintained, with a terrace that provides a view of an interior tropical garden. It is quiet and equipped with air conditioning, which is a special advantage in the hot summer months. The building is located on the first line towards the sea, with a charming pebbles beach in front of it, and only 15-20 minutes' walk to Place Massena, following the picturesque Rue de France. Right behind the building there is a boulangerie. A grocery store is situated less than 100 meters away. The studio is very easy to reach from the airport, with tram no. 2, Port Lympia direction, Center Universitaire Mediteraneene station. Yves, our host, to whom we want to thank again, takes care that his guests benefit of all the facilities and the information able to ensure them the best experience of the Riviera. Last but not least, we want to send warm greetings to Yves father, who showed great solicitude on the day of our departure, helping us with our luggages.

You clearly pay for the location here. You are just across the street from the beach. There is also a train station behind the house. The train goes to the airport or the harbor. The apartment is pretty small, slept in bigger hotel rooms but it's big enough for 2. Be aware that your view is not to the beach, it's to the backyard.

Check in was horrible. Ask to check in at specific time, but no one was there., no answer when calling the phone number of the owner. Only after calling booking.com and waiting 1,5h in 40°C with a 4 year old someone would show up to let us in. No apology, nothing.. A check in method of the 21st century (keybox, door code) would help. The bed is okay, but as soon as someone moves it makes horrible sounds. Wakes everyone else up in the room. We stayed there for 4 nights and got one role of toilet paper. The apartment has a washing machine but no powder. You are asked to bring your trash downstairs but we also only got 1 trash bag. It could be a good place to stay, but our experience was unfortunately just average.

The location was great,the facilities included and the host was friendly and helpful.

The bed-sofa.was strange at first but you get used to it.
