The house was just as pictured! It included all necessities such as beach towels and chairs, robes, toiletries, etc. I have no complaints about this property, only positive feedback! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a great place to stay, especially with a lot of people in your group! There was plenty space for 3 adults and 1 child. The pool is closely and conveniently located from the unit. I definitely recommend utilizing the driver every day. He was very personable and punctual. When going out for day activities or even just grabbing dinner, he was a necessary addition to the vacation.

The house was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Everything we needed or wanted was done very quickly. Kamela is the best property manager. She is wonderful at her job One thing is that you need a car for everything. It is not close to anything

This was a nice place no complaints. Would stay again in the future. They kept great communication. One issue which was addressed as soon as they were made aware of it. Place felt safe and secure as well.

The pool area was amazing and was utilized frequently by all of us. We also can’t say enough for Kamilah and our drivers Hartley and Tevin. Kamilah checked on us to ensure everything was going as planned. Tevin was at our beck and call for whenever we needed to go out and about. He even helped arrange excursions and grocery shopping trips. When we come back to Jamaica we will definitely consider staying here again if it is available. We did have a great time. The place was exactly as shown online. Host was courtesy and welcoming over the phone. Security is superb gives no chance to feel unsafe or worried especially if you are not from the area. Would recommend and come back to stay.

Renting it was easy. The owner and property manager replied quickly to any questions and we really enjoyed the space.

The pool was a small and they need updated lounge chairs. Defineily sign up for the Montego bay lounge at the airport during your departure through Viator.. Worth the 30 dollars per person. You go through security faster and there are free food and drinks. We will definelty stay again in the future.

Loved the property. The house is well-appointed and beautifully styled with all the amenities of home. The complex is quiet and not overcrowded and is very close to the Hip Strip area of Montego Bay and Doctor's Cave beach. The pool on the property is quite nice and peaceful. The property managers are fantastic and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a good one - their service is more like a concierge than a property manager. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

Words can't describe how much fun we had in Jamaica! We booked our vacation less than 2 weeks before our travel and Vinroy / Raquel were outstanding in responding to our questions and ensuring that everything with our trip went smoothly. The house is exactly as pictured.... Very well maintained and having the option of getting it cleaned every other day is a big plus! Raquel checked in with me every other day to make sure everything was going well with out trip! We were also provided a local cell phone to use during our time there at no additional cost to us! The pool and the view from the pool side was gorgeous! Montego Bay was a perfect location given we were 90 minutes away from Ocho Rios and Negril! We spent 1 day at each location and the rest of our time in Montego Bay... We had Hartley as our driver for our time there and he was the BEST! Chef Marlon came over and made us breakfast and he was also amazing! Both the driver and the chef came with additional cost but every penny worth :) Overall - an outstanding vacation! We have been to several Caribbean islands but I will say that Jamaica beats all of them with its beautiful landscape of mountains and the ocean....amazing hospitality with always smiling people and yummilicious food! Must go destination and we will probably repeat Jamaica in a few years! Thanks again Raquel, Vinroy, Hartley and Marlon for an amazing experience :)

This property was amazingly beautiful. The property manager, Raquel, was very responsive to any questions. She called and kept in touch to ensure the stay was going well, and attended to all of our needs. Our driver, Hartley, was amazing, too. Hartley was very responsive and came to take us to the market, outings and to any and everyplace needed. He gave our family a great tour of the areas, and provided suggested place to visit and shop. He did not hesitate to take us around. This was the first I have ever stayed at a place aside of a resort and I must say it was worth the while and very relaxing. I will definitely visit again and contact Raquel and Hartley when planning to come to Jamaica.

My wife and I traveled with two other couples. We were very pleased with our accommodations-; from the personal touch and accessibility of property manager, Raquel, to our own driver (Hartley) and the beautiful decor of the home. It truly felt like home away from home with all of the amenities as what we have at home. The beds sleep WONDERFULLY (we’re going mattress shopping after sleeping so soundly in Jamaica). We had a couple of changes to our itinerary, and Raquel was very flexible and willing to make things work for us. We give this location a 5/5 and would recommend it to anyone looking for secure lodging that is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and full of amenities. Thank you for the memories.

This property is definitely a home away from home. Every amenity is at your disposal. The place looks exactly like the pictures show it. We loved our stay and all of its comforts but we enjoyed Raquel (property manager) and Hartley (Driver) even more. They are both wonderful people and at our disposal whenever we needed them. My 50th Birthday was perfect!!!! Thank you

Amazing experience from start to finish. Arrival instructions were clear and concise. Raquel was extremely welcoming and helpful. She was there to greet us upon our arrival and give us a tour of the house. We were also provided a cell phone to use for local calls and to contact her as well. Every time we reached out to Raquel she was immediately responsive. Our driver's Hartley and Tee Jay were both great. Hartley was extremely patient from the time we meet him. It took us longer than anticipated to get through customs. He probably waited an additional hour from our scheduled pick up and we had no way of letting him know but upon exiting the airport he was standing there with a sign. When we went out to eat, to the beach, and to bars/clubs our drivers waited for us or we agreed to a pickup time to meet them out front. From our airport pickup to the drop off at the end of our trip we had no complaints. The property itself is beautiful and immaculate. The neighborhood is quiet but welcoming. I consider myself a clean freak and it was to my standard in regards to cleanliness. The only thing I regret was my vacation wasn't longer. If I'm ever back in Montego Bay I'll be staying here again in a heartbeat.

First off I’d love to say thank you to Vinroy, Rena and Sandra for making our stay as comfortable as possible. The condo itself has everything your own home has, it’s modern and clean as a whistle. The beds are incredible and not one of us, even my 75 year old mother woke up with a backache. The pool and grounds were beautiful. There’s a great ocean view and it’s a gated community. Any issues we had, which were few, were addressed immediately from either the owner himself or Rena. Anything we wanted to know, tours, beaches, Negrill, etc... Rena and Sandra would look into it for us and relay the information back to us. I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat. This is the second trip I’ve booked with HomeAway and will book through them from here on out. I’d again like to thank Vinroy, Rena and Sandra for making us feel right at home and taking exceptional care of myself and my family. 5+ stars ⭐️ 😎🇯🇲

This was my first time ever renting a house. I've heard so many bad things about airbnb so I did some research and found out about homeaway. I read all the reviews and kept doing research before taking the chance of booking and may I said I made THE BEST decision booking this house!!!! Booking was easy and once I was approved the homeowner communicated with me each step of the way. They answered all my questions in a timely fashion which put me at ease. The house manager Rena was awesome she provided places to go based on things we wanted to do. Once in Jamaica we were picked up by Rich! He's the best and sooooo patient with all 6 of us. He was our driver for our time and took us everywhere and WAITED for us! I couldn't believe it. When we got to the house it was BEAUTIFUL everything as described on the website!! We were very please with the house. We had chef Marlon cook breakfast and dinner which was so delicious! I loveeeee my entire stay in Jamaica and can't wait to go back! Thank you so much for your beautiful home and hospitality! I will definitely book again without any hesistaion!
