Stayed a month, played pickleball everyday, floated in nearby adult pool, attended some great club meetings. Wish I lived here!

We loved being able to walk to the square or golf cart to nearby activities. The property was just as described and had a large kitchen which was great. Would stay here again on a future visit.

We had a great time at the Virginia Trace Villa. The property manager answered all question both before and following the booking in a timely manor. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The house was everything we were looking for. Everything was well organized and very clean. The area is close to all the stores and restaurants. We enjoyed every day we were there. The owner was very helpful with all my questions. I would truly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay.

Wonderful property! Everything we needed was there . We were able to cook our meals and had all the tools we needed. It was also nice to wash our clothes before we traveled home. Very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay in this home! It was exactly as described, very easy to check in and out of, very clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was so convenient being close (but not too close) to one of the main roads and walking distance to the square. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Everything went smoothly. The house was exactly what we needed. The owner is very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. We had trouble with the TV and he called us on a holiday to resolve. Very responsive.

We are trying to decide if we want to spend some of our retirement at the Villages. This was the 2nd time we visited. Really enjoyed our stay. The rental was adequate for our needs. We did have a problem with the tv & Steve responded quickly. We loved how close we were to Lake Sumter square. We walked there everyday.

This property was perfect for our needs during our recent stay in The Villages - great location, beautiful home and wonderful managers. Highly recommend this location and will definitely use it again in the future.

We enjoyed this home and all its amenities. It was located close to a pool, a park and numerous restaurants. It was also close to Lady Lake which is where family we were visiting lived.

Great stay
Property was super clean and kitchen fully stocked with everything you may need. Very spacious. Thank you to the host for the guest passes, we were able to enjoy golf and the pool.

From New Zealand we knew nothing about the Villages and it was with some luck that we booked this very comfortable villa close to Sumter Landing which is a 15 minute walk away. We found the owner to be very obliging and helpful. Highly recommended.

An excellent choice
We stayed at the house with 5 adults and were extremely happy with our choice. The house was better than expected, clean and in a great location for our family reunion. It’s the perfect house for 2 couples. We enjoyed walking in the mornings to Sumpter Landing.

Had to adjust the bed frame in second bedroom but that was not a big deal. Would recommend a few more pans for kitchen 👌😎

My wife and three adult children visited my mother, who lives in The Villages over Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and spacious. The photos were authentic and the hosts instructions and availability were excellent. Easy 15 min walk to Lake Sumpter Landing.
