Proximity from railway station staff preparedness at odd hours of night.

Location marker not provided on way. Main signage is not so pronounced add visible from far. Another property with similar name exist in other location which sometime creates confusion.,

The staff of the hotel were super helpful. They guided us on what to do during our tour & what not to do.

Rooms were not cleaned. The place where food is served is not clean and is unhygienic.

Bathrooms are very small.

Only the location was good.

Nothing was good in the lodge. Firstly it was horribly unclean. Bathroom was horrible and with stains. Water was leaking from the washbasin pipe and drain was blocked. Water was not passing from there. Bed stands were broken. The pillows and comforter reeked of oil smell. The floors we full of dust and stains. The whole lodge and corridors were so so dirty and smelly. They never clean the place and rooms it seems. It was a family trip after almost 4 years and my family was so dissatisfied with the experience.

I had booked this property for my Parents who are Senior Citizen. Very good location, easily accessible. The behavior of proprietor is very nice. Food quality is awesome.

Room size is average but clean and comfortable.

Professional approach is not upto the mark.
