This is a beautiful place! The apartment is in a quiet area with a great boulangerie and charcuterie just a 100 metres away, the garden is peaceful, beautiful and the apartment is fabulous. The owners are really lovely and provide a delicious breakfast! The bedroom is spacious, as is the bathroom which has a great walk in shower. There's a very secure bike storage area outside within the garden.

There's nothing that we didn't like because we enjoyed walking and cycing in and around St Malo. If you are staying just be aware that you are not on the seafront.

Attractive, spacious cottage, with all the amenities required, surrounded by a beautiful walled garden. It was very peaceful stay that was improved by the company of the owner's friendly white cat. The breakfast is delivered to your door in the morning. It was very tasty, but it was very carbohydrate heavy (croissant, jams, fruit, etc). So if you need a protein/fat-rich breakfast to feel satiated, I would ask the lovely owner for eggs/cheese/another form of protein with your breakfast. The owner kindly provided an egg with my breakfast on our second day.

We had a wonderful time in Saint Malo. The city is beautiful, full of history. We departed the town wishing to stay for a longer period. However, I believe that the apartament where we stayed in and the kindness of the owners made all the difference for this fantastic experience we had in Saint Malo. The owners of the apartment gave us the best tips on where to go, what restaurants to try, where to shop. We reached them several times and got quick answers. The place we stayed in was neatly decorated, super clean, and well equipped. I mean it, very well equipped. I loved the clean towels and sheets. Appliances are new or really well maintained and easy to operate. There is plenty of everything among kitchen utensils and stuff. Just one day before leaving I found a tea pot and a tea filter. Everything is of very good quality. The apartment is close to grocery stores, a fancy bakery, organic grocery store (you cannot miss that) and not too far from local beaches. Despite all that, it is located in a calm and silent area. Towards the end of the day I loved to open the windows and listen to the birds chirping. Ah, and parking. There is free parking just a few steps away from the apartament. The best!

Our stay could not have been nicer. This was a great find! Our room was beautiful. Everything was up-to-date. The shower was fantastic. We were treated to very nice breakfasts with plenty of coffee both days. The street parking was very easy and safe.

Gorgeous property! Stylish, modern, comfortable with a beautiful garden. The host is amazing, friendly and helpful. The bedroom is really comfy and the breakfast delicious! We had bikes with us and it was very easy to cycle into town, enjoy a morning swim in the sea and also explore the surrounding coast line.

We loved the beautiful apartment- it was so clean, fresh and modern. You can tell the owners took a lot of time designing and decorating the rooms - they were so tasteful and carefully furnished. The owners informed us that everything is ethically sorced. The owners were very pleasant, kind and helpful, especially as we were catching the 6.30 am ferry on our last day and left us some breakfast for our early start. We loved the beautiful gardens - again very well designed - and the friendly cat! It's also in a very good location for all tourist sites and quiet for sleeping. In fact, we loved everything and would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Fernanda is a phenomenal host! The breakfast was great and also the location is like being in paradise. The garden she has is so beautiful and also the appartment is just perfect, very new and beautiful. If I am in Saint Malo again, I will definitely go there again.

We stayed there for four days and have really nothing negative to say. The host is one of the friendliest people we’ve ever stayed with, who had many good recommendations about the area that were not on our list but ended up being our favourite places during our trip. The room was attached to their own residence yet it was always calm and quiet. The bathroom was my absolute favourite as it was modern and very clean! We woke up everyday with a beautiful garden few on two sides of the bed, which was a welcoming change to our Parisian building view. We would have loved to stay there for an entire month if we could have. Definitely worth every penny and we will surely only stay there if we visit that area again :)

The room was beautiful, the facilities excellent. It was good to be able to have breakfast in the room. Fernanda was so welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
