We did enjoy our stay here in Warrnambool. The property is close to the beach and breakwater and a short drive to the shops and restaurants. Three stories of town house means lots of room to spread out.

This property was not very clean, l had to ask to empty the bin ,the railing on the wall is just hanging on.over all condition of the property needs some maintenance.

Hosts very accommodating- made a mistake with booking was rectified with no hassle - would definitely stay again !

The management was very understanding and helpful with our booking. The booking was on again, off again then on again due to Covid Border Closures. Worked around issues like a gentleman

A fabulous location and great set up for families with separate areas for adults and teens. Although the building is clearly not new it is clean and functional. Would recommend and stay again.

The property is in a great location next the parks and beach. All amenities provided and can comfortably cover family groups. It was clean and well maintained and the owner was a coma dating to our requests. The spa was a great touch. We'll be back.

Great place to stay

We took or cousins who are visiting from Chile to Warrnambool for a 3 night stay. It was a great choice of accommodation! All we needed to take was clothing, toothbrush and tooth paste. The property was fully equipped with clean linen, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for breakfast, lunch and dinner and not to mention the sporting equipment and soccer table. The kids were entertained and the bikes were great and allowed us to explore the area. The location was superb close to the beach and Pertobe park. It gave us a great opportunity for walking and leaving the car behind during our stay. The BBQ was a great too and made lunch easy to prepare. It was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. Great location and great accommodation! Thank you :)

The location was great, the kids play room was well used by the kids and the kitchen and lounge rooms were good for the number of adults we had. But the fold out lounge type beds were so uncomfortable that even the kids would not sleep on them so I would not recommend staying there with more than 6 people. Also stove top did not work and washing machine had to be filled by a bucket.

We stayed one night in April 2016, there were 7 people including 2 kids. Everything was perfect, a lot of space especially for kids, they spent all the time upstairs playing games table. Ideal location just minutes to the beach and famous "oddball" island, close to huge adventure playground.

Great spot and clean ,affordable ,we walked and road the bikes.had a enjoyable night and would recommend the castaway lagoon to our friends.

Not a bad place good location needs a bit of a tidy outside and in thanks.

We loved our stay, only had to take clothes and shoes. Plenty of space for the whole family even during wet weather. Kids love it. if you take a crawling little one maybe take along a pop in gate, we use boogy boards to block the stairs but if you're there a few days a gate would be better.

I was glad we were only there one night. The kitchen was well set out but everything else seemed second hand - the beds were not comfortable or the pillows - it was a nice touch though having the bikes.

We stayed the property for a night last year, it's a great house, clean and warm in winter, would come back again.

very good location, near to sea side with great ocean view, and a beautiful lagoon is near by, just shrot stroll.

Best family accommodation that we've ever stayed in. Everything was provided, we only needed clothing and food. Perfect location, walk to the beach, Lake Pertobe, the Skate Park, the BBX track, and the breakwater. Even on the rainy days the kids were entertained with games, and the fooseball table. The addition of bikes, skateboards, and boogie boards meant that our 6 kids never had a chance to say "I'm bored" for the entire week that we were there. As a family with limited income, we are saving like crazy to come back, hoping to make this destination a yearly event. Thank you Tony and Elise for a wonderful, relaxing and stress free holiday. You truly have thought of everything for families.

Amazing location for the property! It cannot be understated just how well equipped the apartment is and the inclusion of bikes and boogie boards made packing and transport during the stay a breeze. We found the property to be more than adequately clean however ran into issue with the hot water not being very hot, or having the longevity for the 8 people as advertised. Owners also deserve commendations for being fair, understanding and easy to communicate with whilst also offering an incredibly good deal. Thanks for having us Tony!

Although this is in a great location, the cleanliness of the place wasn't good, I had to vacuum  floors and clean bathroom and kitchen as cleaner had done terrible job. Also the spa doesn't ever have hot water only tepid water so no romantic hot spas and takes ages to half fill using hot tap only as otherwise water would be cold! Would be nice accomadation place if things ironed out.

What a lovely place!A delightful property which has everything you would want for a getaway. Our only regret was that we only had one day. Our children loved the bedroom in the loft which had a lovely entertainment area with a great game table. All bedrooms were extremely comfortable, with the kitchen well equipped and very functional.
