location by the sea..

bottom door was left unlocked and the guests down stairs could get into our apartment - the booking agent wasn't interested at all in fixing it until i began to get vocal.. then they gave us the house keeping keys to lock the door, then next day they gave the bottom apartment the keys to lock the door but he unlocked it again... bathroom leaked and behind the bath it had not been mopped or cleaned for sometime.. other than this the place was excellent

Location was excellent. Bed were extremely comfortable. Key pick up was simple. Changing the check in time was helpful and easy to do. Clean and modern bathrooms.

The carpet was filthy. The house smelt of cigarettes. There was chewing gum in the sink. There were stubby tops on the verandah. There was food on the fridge door handle. Dishwasher and oven rangehood broken. Lounge was dirty. Definitely NOT value for money. I rang the real estate twice about this and they never returned the call.

The property was clean, tidy and located just near the beach.

Could hear downstairs playing pool at night
