Very unusual b&b . Very homely feel . Catherine the owner is Wonderful . Here breakfasts are a rear treat.

The hostess goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy with the stay. Really, she is amazing and the food she makes is even better. I would (and have) recommend for others to stay here.

The location isn't the most exciting but the countryside around there is pretty especially if you are on a roadtrip.

Everything was fantastic, from the warm welcome, the tourist information available, the facilities and the breakfast. Superb!

At first appearance we wondered what would be on offer at a small semi detached house, but it was outstanding!

Exceptionally clean, exceptional host, exceptional breakfast. We were treated to the best rhubarb crumble and a gorgeous breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and the host had thought of everything, including a folder of important info and a folder of local restaurant menus. Brilliant.

Catherine was just the most kind and incredible host! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. Catherine welcomed us with such warmth - giving us plenty of ideas and recommendations about where to visit and eat. The room we stayed in, the ‘blue room’, was absolutely beautiful. Catherine had delicious cakes and coffees set out for us on our arrival and even gave us a flask of fresh milk that would last hours so we could have tea and coffee in the morning. The attention to detail was immense! The bathroom was so modern too and had shower gel and shampoos for us to use. Breakfast was as the previous reviews have described - absolutely incredible!!! A delicious three course meal that set us up for a day of cycling and sight seeing! Catherine, thank you so much for such an amazing stay!

Kathleen is a very friendly lady and takes time to talk to her guests. Her house inside is very nice, modern and clean. The breakfast is excellent.

The house is in an Estate and is not a single dwelling house. There is no garden.

Everything! This is by far the best BnB we've ever stayed in. Catherine is an exceptional host, so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautifully decorated and she went above and beyond with the facilities. Breakfast is a whole new level of dining for a BnB, more like a 5star restaurant, with three course breakfast menu and an amazing Vegan option. Definitely recommend staying here, no better place to stay in Dungarvan than this beautiful bed and breakfast. Location is perfect.

Room was amazing,great decor and beautiful furnishings . Breakfast was awesome the eggs Benedict were delicious . Easy to get into town with a taxi .

Our stay was exceptional, Catherine was such a fabulous host and her breakfast was out of this world. She made lists on what to do in the area and where to eat, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Catherine is a wonderful host. Her place is immaculately clean and tastefully designed. The location is great, 20 min walk or 5 min taxi to town. She provided lots of extra touches - local info, taxi nos, local menus in booklets in the room. The bed was huge and comfortable. Her breakfast was far better than you would get with any hotel stay! A top class host and place. There was even extra treats as it was NYE.
