The location is perfect. The unit could use some updating, but Mirium and her staff were most responsive to my every need. I'm planning on renting the same unit again next year.

A lovely apartment, with wooden floors and a patio with a spectacular view of the Pacific. Across the street from the luxurious old L'Auberge hotel, with privileges.

Quiet, pleasant environment. A little more crowded on the weekends, generally quiet. Liked having designated parking available. Did not use the hotel facilities but they seem nice. Having 2 bathrooms is a nice plus ! Would definitely rent again, and from Myriam. Have not settled security deposit refund yet, but am not concerned. Myriam is very attentive and seems understanding and fair.

This was a perfect place for us to quarantine in anticipation of our new grandbaby. Instead of going out to restaurants, we enjoyed meals on the balcony with an amazing view of Del Mar Beach and lovely sunsets. We walked the 1-2 blocks down to the beach in the early morning or late at night when there were few people around. In additiona to the grounds of the resort, there are two parks above the beach. The condo is simply laid out with a living area and a bedroom area, both with balconies. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. We slept verty well in the brand-new queen size bed. The living room furniture is leather and includes a great recliner for watching the Samsung Smart TV. The kitchen is very well-stocked for full-time cooking. Bring quarters for laundry. The owner was very accommodating and any requests we had were promptly addressed. Great location. We hated to leave. Enjoy!
