We stay here frequently and it is always clean and the owner is easy to communicate with.

We rented this property for my mom to stay for a month. The condo and view were just as beautiful as the pictures! The hosts were fantastic! They were so helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating. The information provided for check-in and check-out was very helpful. My husband and I will be renting this property for a vacation of our own! Thank you!

This cute and cozy first floor condo gave us easy access to either the lake out in the back or the pool that was just a quick right out the front! Felt right at home from the moment we walked through the door! Included all the necessities we enjoy along with all the comforts of home we love! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo is perfect for my family

We had a great time with our two little kiddos. Lots of games and activities provided so there was never a dull moment. Easy access to the water as well. Will definitely be back soon!

We spent about six weeks here enjoying Lake Conroe. The condo is a home away from home with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We had a bit of a rough start as the building with our condo lost power for a couple of days when we first arrived during a cold snap. The owner kept us informed as to what the association was during to fix the problem. She also offered to pay for a hotel room for us to move to until the power was restored. We ended up sticking it out at the condo and she ultimately gave us a refund for one night which was very generous. The owner was quick to answer any questions and was always very helpful, both before arriving and during our trip. This particular area of the lake where the condo is located allows a boat to be left in the water right outside the unit which is an amazing perk. Our boat was parked 20 feet from the patio door making it so easy to head out for a day of fishing. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone.

we had two other condos on property with other family members, we were all close enough to each other that we could walk between each other and visit. property was quiet and clean. we will be back.

We enjoyed being close to the pool and having the lake right out the patio door! Beds were super comfortable!

We had a wonderful time! Perfect location... Loved that the lake was just steps away from the back door. Beautiful view! Pool was steps away from other door. Easy access to the boat. Everything we needed stocked in the kitchen. Every bed was comfy, cozy. Our kids enjoyed the games. Melanie was quick to respond to all questions.

We loved our lakehouse trip this past weekend, and can't say enough great things about the property. The location near Walden was perfect, and included great views of the Pool & the Lake. The neighbors were all great to talk to, and I felt great about leaving my boat out over the weekend. The house was fantastic, very neat and clean, and included very comfortable furniture. While we were on the water most of the time, it was great to come back to a cozy home right on the water. Lastly, working with the homeowner was amzing. She couldn't have been more helpful before, during and after our stay. We will definately be coming back in the near future.

We were in town for a friend’s wedding. The condo was perfect. It’s well appointed and cute as can be!!

We had no problem with check in or communication with Melanie, the owner. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Sitting by the lake in the back patio was the best part of the trip. Caught tons of fish and enjoyed the trip. Hope to be back soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing time at Melanie's place. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The mattress on the king bed was incredibly comfortable and we had really good sleep. Hopefully we'll be able to visit again someday.
