We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was clean, well furnished, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. Extras included children's toys and books, board games, spices needed for cooking, 2 washer/dryers, portages crib, plenty of towels for the beach, wood for the fireplace and lots more. The views were stunning and staying directly on the beach is magnificent. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Lots to do in the little town of Rockaway and a half hour drive to Canon Beach and Tillamook. We had an amazing stay and I hope we can return again soon!!

This was a great house for our 3 generation family to enjoy The beach. Everyone had enough space to get away or Engage with the group as a whole. Wi-Fi was not reliable, and a couple of mattresses should be replaced. Beach access was a little harder for the older folks, as no handrail available. Lots of towels and beach towels, 2 refrigerators, 2 washer/dryers and excellent sound system. Overall we would happily stay here again.

Location was great. There were spectacular views, so the ocean could be enjoyed easily from inside. A lot of time was spent on the patio , and down at the beach. The beach could be accessed directly from the house or via stairs down a house or two. The house is stocked with plenty of sand toys, so there is no need to haul any to it. There was adequate shopping gift and grocery in Rockaway, but you could get better deals on groceries at the chain grocery store in Tillamook. Garibaldi bay offered chances at clamming and crabbing. You can also take a fishing charter out from there. Some of us took the garibaldi fishing charter out for deep reef lingcod, and it was a very successful trip. All in all the house was great and the location was perfect with enough to do that no one could complain! Thank you for the great memories!

We had 14 people in our group, and it was a very comfortable home. It was clean, beautiful, and had a wonderful view! We would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this listing!

Amazing property right on the beach. Well appointed rooms and nicely stocked amenities.

We stayed here for a mini "family reunion" in the month of May. We had 10 people - two couples, 4 kids, and two single adults. This house was incredible. As soon as you open the front door, walk into the living room, and see the panoramic view of the ocean right there in front of you, you know this house is something special. The two master suites are great for couples, the kids room with the bunk beds and TV and large size is awesome for the kids to go get some chill time after a long day at the beach. All the bedrooms are good sized, and very tastefully decorated. And did I mention the views?! The kitchen is not incredibly huge, but it's very well stocked, and the layout is great. My wife loved how much stuff was already there. Things like zip-locks, foil, spices, pancake grill, etc. That was one thing she kept saying about it was "I love how much is already here". The deck was so awesome to sit on in the evenings and watch the sunset. It sits up high enough to see the entire beach. It was great with our kids (who are 10-17) because they could head to the beach and we could watch them right from the deck. Like you're literally a stone's throw from the water. Overall all the guests that stayed with us agreed it was the perfect property for a large family getaway. Nobody felt crowded or left wanting their own space. We would totally stay here again, and Matthew was more then helpful with any questions we had. Thanks again!

We have stayed here 3 times. So it is obvious that we thoroughly enjoy coming back. We have rentals, but not for vacarions. If I were to have nightly vacation rentals, I’d want to manage them like Matthew does here in Rockaway. Thanks!

Home was very nice, well equipped.

The location was absolutely wonderful; the house was very comfortable with a great family layout and beautiful view from just about every room in the house. Bottom line we would/will stay there again for our annual family spring vacation. Just a couple of nitpick things: instructions indicated that there were 3 propane tanks for the BBQ & it listed where you could get refills if you ran out. Not sure what that means because there was not enough propane in any of the tanks (which we didn't check before we went to BBQ). We didn't feel that, as the person ending up with the short end of the stick, we should be responsible for filling up a tank so we could BBQ. Now if we knew ahead of time that this was the case, we could have made a decision beforehand about whether or not it was worth using the BBQ and taken a tank in during one of our trips to Garibaldi or Tillamook. Oh well, kind of a bummer. Caught us by surprise. Also, all kinds of extra light bulbs but unfortunately no night-light replacements. We did figure out we could just dim the the bathroom lights to their lowest glimmer which worked out just great. There REALLY is everything else anyone could want for extras!! Many thanks for the use of your beach getaway. We enjoyed ourselves. And next time we'll check the propane tanks FIRST when we first get there.

My family had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful - we spent lots of time just looking out the windows! This house had everything a person would ever need, from a well stocked kitchen and plenty of extra linens, to lots of games and puzzles! We liked it so much we might just have to make a return trip sometime!

Everything about our experience was 5 Star. Matthew was a tremendous host, and we wanted for nothing during our stay. Can't recommend highly enough!

This property is perfect even when the weather is not. We enjoyed 5 days of beautiful Pacific Ocean during high winds, rain and sleet. Windows all around gave us spectacular views and sounds while the fireplace kept us cozy for playing cards, puzzles,and reading. Perfect reunion site for us 7 seniors.

Very spacious and clean home right on the beach. The views from both floors are amazing and having 6 bedrooms and 5 baths made our large family comfortable. Definitely worth booking again!

House and location were just a listed. Everything we needed was well stocked. Matthew was great. He called to check on our arrival as well when he heard the power went out due to the winter storm. We will seriously consider renting again should we return to Rockaway beach for another family trip. Thanks again Matthew.

Had our late Christmas over New Years weekend with three generations. Great house with excellent beach access!

4 couple from 2 generations and 1 family. We can only tell you how wonderful our stay was. You know how people can get grumpy if the beds are too hard or too soft? There aren’t enough towels or even the basics in the fridge? Well none is that the case with this beautiful home and THE VIEWS!!! You won’t regret booking this one.

We had the best time! This home is so big and comfortable. The location can’t be beat! We strongly consider asking to buy it. 😂 We would love to come back.

We enjoyed time with family and friends at this beachfront home. Beach access was convenient and the view is unbeatable. It is clean, comfortable and the house has 4 and a half bathrooms. The latter is unusual in a beachfront rental.

Rented this house for a week for a family get together. This beach house more than met our expectations! It was perfect for our group of 7 adults. Very spacious, very clean and extremely well stocked. The ocean view is spectacular! This house was the perfect location for us to relax, walk the beach, enjoy the sunsets, and just enjoy being together. Mathew is a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 4 couples and 2 twenty something gentlemen staying at the home. We struggled to find a home big enough for everyone. This home fit the bedroom and bathroom quota and then some! The home is located directly on the beach and has spectacular views of the ocean. We had sunny days and rainy days and this home accommodated all of it! Movies and football and cards with an ocean view from inside. While sunny days included beach combing, long walks and sitting on the deck which had ample seating. The kitchen, dinning room and living room had ample space and seating for our large group which was so nice. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms and showers and they were very clean. We were thrilled with this rental and plan to return to this home in the future.

Had the best time celebrating my birthday with family & friends. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped. The view is amazing inside and out. The house is also walking distance to Rockaway and short drive to other coastal towns. Didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful house and great view of ocean view and access. The house had many amenities in the kitchen since we cooked many of our meals. Bedrooms were very comfortable and good number of bathrooms for all. We struggled in the evenings in finding restaurants open due to issues at the restaurants. We were able to find options B or even C if original desired restaurant wasn't open.

We had a lovely time. The house was perfect, both in views and amenities. We had everything we needed for a weeklong family vacation.
